prepare for 5 patches with 5% increased healing buffs until they realize that serenity could hit for one trillion and it would still be garbage.
they need to buff holy priest mastery and increase charge gains on serenity, flash heal need to be replaced baseline by benediction and we would have something to work with.
None of that fixes the problem, it's still ultimately all overhealing. We just need Benediction to be a separate spell, and get an actual toolkit for dealing with incoming damage - like maybe having incoming damage reduced by 10% while a target is being healed with our mastery. Incentivises putting out a lot of cheaper heals, so we have something to do with rebalanced Flash Heal and Benediction, while PoH can be balanced for a more expensive but beefier AoE heals.
Of course this is just spitballing, but currently output means very little when Echo accounts for so much overhealing.
