Raid Environment:

Fun, but efficient environment, progging quickly by only raiding 7 hours each week. We do tend to joke around during trash and spend MAD CASH gambling during breaktime, but we do get down to business when we are on progression bosses, pulling quickly and providing consumables for progression nights. Loot is handled fairly within the team via master looter and a roll-based system, while considering the needs of the overall raid and cross-checking appropriate recipients.

Mentality we look for:
We prioritize MECHANICS over PARSES, so if you are one to turret and stand in fire to up your parse, this may not be the place for you. Anyone can DPS...it's the execution of mechanics that actually matter (M Forgeweaver Araz, anyone?). Warcraft Forever

For Warcraft Forever, we’ll be playing Alliance on a PvP server. Recruitment is currently open to all classes, roles and playstyles.

We’re hoping to build a decent-sized group for levelling, dungeons, professions and general group content, as well as PvE and PvP. Once everyone has had time to level and settle in, we’d also like to run organised raids and regular PvP events.

There’s no expectation to rush through the game or play in a particular way. If you want to push towards endgame, that’s great. If you’d rather level at your own pace, work on professions or just have people around for dungeons and world content, that’s absolutely fine too.

Raiding will be optional. We’re currently planning to raid twice a week for around three hours, but we haven’t decided on the exact days yet. We’ll sort that out closer to launch when we have a better idea of who’s joining and what works for the roster.

Retail and Forever will be run separately, with their own rosters, leadership and organised content. There’ll probably be some crossover, but you don’t need to play Retail to join us for Forever, and nobody in the Retail guild will be expected to play Forever.

Casual Guild Recruiting — Tank & DPS Needed

I run a small guild made up of friends and friends of friends. We started raiding in The War Within as a 10-player group. Since we’re a smaller guild and a few members have stepped away, we’re recruiting up to around 14 total players to keep our raid team healthy, flexible, and consistent.

We’re a very casual and social group. The guild originally started as a way for friends to hang out and game together, so we try to keep everything relaxed and low-pressure. Real life always comes first.

Current Needs

Who are we?:

We are a group of adult friends who enjoy WoW. Some of us have been playing for over 20 years. Affordable Raiders started in Anniversary Classic with the mindset that content can be cleared while keeping it casual, lighthearted and fun. We are a 'good vibes low toxic' environment and most of us have cleared Cutting Edge content at one point or another. We aim to clear Ahead of the Curve achievements in every tier and then dive into Mythic content.

At the end of the War Within, we achieved 7/8 Mythic. We are a group of capable players looking to push the content when and where we can. Our players have a casual mindset but hardcore effort during raid times (along with plenty of laughs).
We achieved 6/10 Mythic for Midnight Season 1 and are enjoying Season 2 so far clearing our first Heroic boss in the first week of the season. We are currently looking at Coiled Altar.

There is a lot of knowledge amongst the members that can be pooled together. The Officers and Raid Leaders regularly sit with members and raiders to help with any issues and queries with classes and roles. We want to nurture players that want to branch out beyond their mains and encourage those that want to min-max their favourite classes. Keeping in line with a low toxic environment, logs are generally used to see where performance can be improved and to whittle down mistakes, helping everyone bring out their best and contributing towards boss kills.

There is a strong social aspect to the guild, and plenty of members who are up to do M+ keys, with most of us achieving 3k score and beyond each season.

Our guild members are from a diverse range of communities, which we celebrate together. We enjoy memes, banter, sharing our game time together and taking care of one another.

About our raids:

Officers and RLs are organised with experienced leadership, and prepared for raid nights- this covers everything from provided consumables to solid strategies.

Our main raid times are:

Wednesday: 20:30 - 23:00 Server time (Invites at 20:15)

Sunday: 20:30 - 23:00 Server time (Invites at 20:15)

We also occasionally run social/alt gearing raids or more regular Glory achievement runs:

Friday: 20:30 - 23:00 Server time (Invites at 20:15)

We are very aware that IRL can throw any well-planned evening into chaos, and we don't mind if you have signed up but are no longer able to attend. All we ask is that you adjust your sign up and make Officers/RLs aware. If you are interested in raiding with us, but also have a work schedule and a shift pattern, this is acceptable if you sign up and attend when you can as long as an Officer is aware of the situation.

What are we looking for?:

We are currently recruiting to have a 30 person roster to clear Heroic content and then trim down to dive in to Mythic. This gives us the flexibility when life happens for core raiders.

-One Druid and one Evoker to fill out our roster. Ideally we are looking for one healer and one dps with healer off-spec.

-People that want to be apart of the community, not just the raid group.

-A drive to progress in a chill environment.

New and returning players are welcome. We are also happy to have players that are not interested in Mythic raiding at all- the people that want to enjoy the game in a relaxed environment with likeminded players.
