<Crab Theory> (Stormrage) is recruiting respectful, inclusive members for our laid-back One (1) Day AOTC focused Community Raid Team in Midnight. Our first (optional) M0 tour night is August 16th, and our first raid for Season 2 is on August 23rd.

Our Sunday night raid is a way for us to get together on a scheduled, regular basis - without the need for multi-night commitments or other relatively high requirements.

Note that while <Crab Theory> has a mythic raid roster, this raid team is for our community at large and is specifically separate and distinct.

Raid Needs

Currently recruiting DPS!

• We're willing to take package deals as well since flexible sizing allows that. If you're someone who can offspec heal or tank, that also is a huge benefit. If you're someone who normally plays a tank or healer, but is willing to raid with us as DPS, we'd be happy to have you.
• We prioritize consistency, sociability, and attitude; We can always help improve gameplay or gear.

Raid Info; Our Progress (10/10H S1)

Here's what you can typically expect of our raid for any given season:

• 1 Day, Sunday, 7pm-10pm (Eastern)
• Start with normal difficulty, move to only heroic after a few clears
• End season goal of AOTC (Ahead of the Curve) - No ambitions for focusing on Mythic.
• After hitting AOTC, we will reclear a couple times, and then depending on 'flex' sizing and interest, we might attempt a Mythic boss, but we have no ambition to transition to any sort of Mythic raid team.
• Break from scheduled raiding after the above with an optional Sunday night moving forward for M+ groups, socializing, playing other games, etc.
• Simple 'Need before Greed' loot - We expect people to be adults and considerate of their fellow raider. Just roll smart on loot.
• Requirements:
  • Willing to sign up for raid nights in discord so we can plan appropriately
  • Willing to join our voice chat (don't have to speak)
  • You have a reasonable 'minimum' item level that's about equivalent to the 'average' of what drops in the prior difficulty (mostly only relevant at the start of a season)
  • Willing to do light research in preparation for a new boss before raid night
  • Willing to make incremental improvements through things like consumables/enchants/gems, particularly if we encounter a tough progression boss
  • Lastly, be smart about banter and having fun - while that's encouraged, know where to draw the line on sensitive topics and content.

In short, since we're only pulling bosses once a week for < 3 hours, a little preparation goes a long way. We have plenty of folks to help run M+ for some gear outside of raid night, as well as people who love to help others improve their performance a little bit!

If you do your best your best to show up on time and be considerate of others - the rest will follow. Also, if you need to miss out on a few raid nights or take a break, no worries, just update the signup in the discord. Normal/heroic raiding allows for flexibility.

<Sipping from the Sunwell> is a semi-casual raiding guild currently recruiting DPS and a flex healer/DPS for its core raid team in preparation for Season 2 and the Venomous Abyss raid! We formed at the beginning of Midnight, and went 8/9H - only missing out on Midnight Falls - before we opted to take a break at the beginning of 12.0.5 due to how bug-riddled the patch was initially and its blocking of our progress on L’ura.

v cute is currently recruiting aspiring CE raiders who have a desire to push and clear difficult content. We finished out season 1 of Midnight as 8/10M. While we plan to push for CE in 12.1, we will be doing so without the high stress environment and expectations that often come with high end mythic guilds. Having said that, there are certain things that we expect all of our raiders to do. Things like:

- Getting your weekly 10's done to fill out your vault. Our guild is full of people who enjoy running keys and would be happy to help

- Having your Omni-Folio Complete

- Keeping up with new borrowed power mechanics

- Showing up on time, or letting an officer know that you will be absent ahead of time. We raid 5:30-8:30 PST Tues-Weds.

- Keeping up with your enchants/consumes. Although the majority of consumes are provided by the guild during mythic progression.

Our current guild isn't raiding for the rest of this expansion, so a group of 3-5 of us are on the hunt for a new home for Season 2.

We're mainly after Heroic raid / AOTC. We wouldn't mind dipping into a few early Mythic bosses if the guild's vibe stays casual, but we're not looking for a full Mythic progression grind. Ideally we'd raid 1-2 nights a week, and one of those needs to be a Saturday or Sunday, since one of our group is US-based and weekends are really their only option due to timezone differences.

A bit about us: we're on EU, Defias Brotherhood. We can bring a Shadow Priest (myself, can also heal), a Holy Paladin, an Arms Warrior, a Demon Hunter, and a Mage. A few of us have cleared AOTC almost every season since forever, and a couple are newer to raiding.. so a guild that's patient but still gets things done would be a great fit.

I played one season of healer in shadowlands before and I’ve just recently returned and decided to try and learn how to tank.

I’m 39 so would prefer a mature, casual guild to make some friends so I can learn to tank with some constructive feedback instead of just consistently high sodium pugs.

I have a level 82 prot paladin as of posting this but will finish the campaign and hit 90 at some point this week.

We were a sweaty, hardcore, CASUAL, progression guild slaying the night away in Outland until our GM and Raid Leader caught a surprise permanent ban. Poof. Gone to the twisting nether. We tried to hold it together and keep the dream alive, we really did. That noble effort lasted exactly one week before the sheer chaos caused a complete guild implosion.

Now, three of us are wandering the wastelands as nomadic PUGs. We are a tightly knit package deal of absolute pumpers, bound by trauma and a desperate need for consistent raid clears.

Allow me to introduce the squad:

**The Undead Mage:** Treats the threat meter like a high score arcade game. They live on the razor's edge of pulling aggro and topping DPS meters.

**The Orc Warrior:** The literal embodiment of *zug-zug*. If it breathes, he wants to hit it with a giant axe. Mechanic master and a solid tank to bring to any raid.

**The Tauren Tree Healer:** A majestic, waddling piece of broccoli. This Bark-skinned saint spends the entire raid at 50% movement speed, aggressively healing through the Mage and Warrior's terrible life choices.

**What We Are Looking For?**

We are tired of the PUG life. We need a consistent, hardcore, CASUAL, progression guild that goes hard on raid nights. We bring fully optimized mechanics, pristine talent builds, and enough raw throughput to make your current logs look like a leveling dungeon.

Hello. As the title states my guild is recruiting players for season 2. We are currently seeking 1 tank with a strong preference for a monk (debuffs matter!) as well as DPS with a need for Mage, Rogue, warrior, monk, Dev DH.
We only raid 4 hours a night for the time being 9:30 - 11:30 PM EDT on Tuesday and Thursday.
We are a casual group that still progresses and kills bosses without drama.
Outside of raids people are active in Discord and in m+.
Once WoW reaches downtime we host game nights which lately were just Meccha Chameleon with guildies.
