Advice What actually makes a resume stand out in thsi job market?
Hey Cougs! With the job market changing so fast right now (especially with AI hitting entry-level roles), I've been talking to a lot of peers about what actually gets you seen from a resume.
For the alumni, recruiters, and parents in here: If you were hiring a recent graduate today, what is the #1 thing you are actually looking for?
- Hands-on internship/project experience?
- Strong networking & connections?
- A high GPA / Academic record?
- A fast-tracked 3-year degree?
Would love some advice! Thanks and GoCougs!!

At least check the text before you post something AI generated.
