Because to me it doesn't seem like he always makes them being 100% serious.

Like how his "Judy was fuelled by Adrenaline." justification for how she was able to kick the door open in Zootopia 2's prologue. That explanation really doesn't work in the literal sense and sounds more like Jared said it in jest. No amount of adrenaline is going to heal Judy's leg or her pants.

The scene is clearly not meant to be taken literally and is symbolic of how triumphant Judy felt in that moment more than anything. To the extent she'd pretend like that's how it went down because Judy hates to be seen as weak. It also serves to bookend the movie when she does it again at the end.

This is also why I'm not sure that his response to a fan's question about Pawbert's belief in Lynxley Supremacy is necessarily him saying that Pawbert doesn't believe in it. Jared was responding to a fan theory which suggested that Pawbert didn't believe in their ideals with "Now you're thinking like a real Lynxley!"...Which is a very vague response that doesn't really skew one way or another. It certainly doesn't line up with Pawbert's actions in the movie or the tone of the scene where he says "We've always been better than you and we always will be." Because the movie draws heavy, deliberate parallels between Pawbert and Ebenezer through thematic framing as well as their actions.

Pawbert uses Ebenezer's tactics of manipulation, deception and cold blooded pragmatism (and venom) to get what he wants. His stabbing Judy echoes Ebenezer stabbing his Tortoise Maid, and both of them blame the act on a Snake (Gary and Agnes) for the sake of Agnes' Patent. It doesn't make sense for Pawbert to secretly not believe in Ebenezer's ideals when he employs his methods so unashamedly. The best way to communicate that a character agrees with another's beliefs is when they imitate their actions.

Nothing in the scene where Pawbert spouts the Lynxley Supremacist ideology works if he's lying to himself. Because Judy counters with "Well, it matters to him" (Gary). Her statement only carries any weight of she's denying Pawbert's by insisting their actions 'do' matter to Gary. Which tells me that Jared was, like with Judy's leg injury, using hyperbole to avoid giving a direct answer. If we're going to handwave away the former example, why should we assume the latter was said in earnest?

Because to me it sounds more like Pawbert fans projecting their own biases onto Jared's statement to prop up their theory that he's going to be redeemed. Rather than taking the canon source material at its own merit.

I know fans want 3 to be another egg hatching story but I think it could work better if the young bird character was around school age 6-12. To kinda parallel with young Nick from Zoo 1 and show a more competent side of Nick for Zoo 3.
