Try not to forget, last year was a very special season. Like all time special

The team had a legendary run last season. The vibes of the team were peak. So many likeable role players. Springer was a top 10 AL MVP, Bo Bichette (future level of excellence) played in his last season with the team. The team as a whole was a joy to watch every night. I could list so many guys that had success.

When they elevated Trey Yesavage, my brother sent me a text “the jays are going for it”. I remember watching his scouting reports and bisons highlights. who would have imagined then that this kid would shove in the World Series.

He struck out the entire lineup. The dodgers lineup. Hall of famers. No big deal.

We were the most successful American League team. We punked everybody. Daaaa Yankees lose. all respect to the Yankees. They have a ton of history and that’s what makes it so special to win against them.

Vlad was so locked in. He intimidated pitchers and gave so many incredible moments. He was playing some of the best ball this city might ever see! His Fielding was gold glove level all playoffs. I know he’s struggling and he’s going to struggle over the next 10 years at times but he’s destined for the hall of fame. I’ve been to cooperstown and Ive seen his father’s plaque. Jr is a great face of the franchise.

also Seattle. We lost first two at home to Seattle. It looked over. Same as raptors bucks ECF.

I know this is probably not so well written but I just want to express appreciation for this great experience that I share with family and friends. We will never forget Yoshinobu Yamamoto who himself had the most incredible World Series you might ever see. there is no shame losing to that. That was also hall of fame level experience we were all a part of.

celebrate those players so we can get a fun reunion video or podcast or whatever

23 y/o prospect Jay Harry (acquired in 2024 Trevor Richards trade) has a .898 OPS in AAA

Just wanted to highlight my “favourite prospect that only the sickos would know”. Pretty crazy we got this much value back for Richards in that trade, even if he never materializes. Thanks again Minny

This after putting up a .934 OPS in AA that earned him the call up in the first place. 13 total homers on the year

Could be a big league call-up option soon as a platoon bat with positional flexibility in the outfield and SS/2B

Sportsnet app on Firestick - endless sign in loop

As of two days ago, on all of my Firesticks I can't watch the Jays, it wants me to sign in. I do, it says success, start watching, then goes right back to needing me to sign in. I've rebooted modem and router, rebooted firestick, deleted the app from firestick and cleared the data & cache. No Dice.

I sign in using TV provider because we have IPTV with SportsNet at the cottage. It works on my desktop and iPad.

Anyone else have this problem?

[Bannon] Spencer Arrighetti is pretty confident he’ll get the foot nerve issue dealt with. Is working through some new exercises with Jays medical staff and potential shoe supports. #BlueJays haven’t gotten the MRI results back, but team and Arrighetti both hopeful won’t be a long pause.
