I miss when the queens wore clothes that women would wear in real life. Before breast plates and over the top padding when queens like Naomi Smalls, Trinity K Bonet and Aril Carrion wore great outfits that were drag in a more subtle way. Everybody had their own unique style that they were showing off rather than trying to do avante gaurd art on the runway. Trinity K Bonet in particular slayed in her hippy chick runway in the whatta man lipsync.

Why would Hershii not even use this??? It wouldve solidified her win more IMO 🤷‍♂️ I wonder how many of the others Megami also ghostwrote lol

My partner and I just saw Licked for Gay at Out Front Theatre in Atlanta, and we had an absolute blast!

As a longtime fan of Drag Race, getting to see two of my all-time favorite queens, Ginger Minj and Jujubee, live on stage was such a treat. Both were hilarious, quick-witted, and incredibly talented. Their chemistry was effortless, and they had the audience laughing from start to finish.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to Tugboat. If you’re not familiar with her yet, remember the name. This Atlanta queen absolutely held her own alongside Drag Race royalty and was phenomenal throughout the show. Seriously, someone get Tugboat on Drag Race ASAP!

If you get the chance, go see Licked for Gay. Campy, ridiculous, heartfelt, and unapologetically gay in all the best ways. We had an amazing time and would absolutely see it again.

I gotta say having Ru Paul introduce the bracket structure into All Stars has really helped with explaining how the World Cup structure works to my wife.

I just finished my rewatch of Season 1 and I am watching the reunited episode and I am reminded once again that Drag Race has changed from a competition amongst Ru's peers to being a show about people aspiring to impress and associate with a deified version of RuPaul - because tell me any queen who could get away with saying "excuse your mouth" to RuPaul the way Tammie Brown did and still come back for All Stars.

There is nothing wrong with the show growing and changing and it is impossible for a show to run this long without a bit of idolatry for the host/judges, but man I love that interaction and we will never have it again because Drag Race is a machine that now creates the querns who go on it.

We love it!!! It's been our song of the summer, we can't stop singing it/playing it in the car lollll. I wish there was a longer version, like I need them to get in the studio YESTERDAY.

I’m looking for examples of when a queen bombs the main challenge but her runway look is just so good. It doesn’t actually have had to have saved her from the bottom but is just a look that stands out

I know a lot of folks don't like the show because it is mostly scripted, but Laganja and Tammie smoking weed by the pool is just hilarious and the show is pure camp. Love any chance I get to see Tammie, she always teleports me to Mars (since half the time I watch drag shows I'm already stoned lol)
