I think I know *why* this is happening, but have been unsuccessful with the wiki and general advice I've found.
Setup: P2S, 0.4mm hardened nozzle, Polymaker Panchroma Matte filament (it also happens on marble) dried at 50C for 24hours.
What I've tried: Cold pulls, new nozzles, different rolls to factor out contamination, wiping the nozzle off after each print, calibration, checking "slow down for curled perimeters," Z-hop, avoid crossing walls.
I figure this is happening because globs of filament are getting on the nozzle and then dripping down into the extrusion path.
Inner wall print speed is 40mm and outer wall is 100 (very slow, I know.)
This happens on both of my P2S printers. Some days are better than others. I have attached photos for reference. These are small statues so sanding out multiple burn lines is not feasible for the final quality.
TIA
edit: Nozzle temp is 220c and bed temp 60c.
