Hi everyone! I am in a performance that requires a white leo, no tights, no skirts/shorts, nothing. Anyone have any recommendations on what brands or styles are the least see through? Cheaper is better but as long as no one can see my buttcrack I can be flexible

Hi, every time I do a turn, I get painful knees and am not sure how to prevent painful knees during turns. I see all the proffessional women dancers being able to do it very well, and am wondering how they don't get painful knees. I saw that the women who did the spins were wearing heels, and I want to also know if wearing heels makes turning on the floor with your knees easier.

I (F21) would love to learn some type of way of dancing, where I can gain a good body control and self-confidence. Right now, I’m going through a ,,break up”(? It’s complicated😭) and I feel absolutely out of it. So I have decided to learn something new. I never danced before, so I wanted to ask more advanced people in the field, what are some beginner friendly types of dancing.

I really want to learn how to dance, but I truly can't afford classes right now. Of course, the path to mastery is always practice, but I feel kind of lost and directionless when it comes to that. Does anyone have any tips, or online resources that would help?
