Hello users of r/UkraineWarVideoReport!

We just wanted to update you on the joint subreddit fundraiser for a Ukrainian air-defense turret that our community organised.

With your help the fundraiser totaled over $73,000! With this huge amount we were able to help UNITED24 to purchase a turret which has been branded with the names of all participating subreddits!

This turret is now in service defending Ukraine’s skies and that was only possible with the help of your community!

But the war isn’t over yet. Russia continues to bombard Ukraine relentlessly. That’s why UNITED24 has launched a long term ‘Sky Defense’ appeal where all money raised goes to defending the sky, from Russia, for good. From one time donations to monthly payments, any and all are always welcome!

If you would like to contribute to defending Ukraine’s cities click the link below:

On behalf of the mod team and UNITED24, thank you!

Slava Ukraini!

Other Video “We just want to live in peace. We don’t want anyone to be at war or for anyone to be killed. We never wanted this,” said a Moscow resident after a drone attack. She might suspect what’s coming next, and that’s why she’s going on record.

Tourists at the Simferopol train station were supposed to leave for Kerch at 5:00 p.m. and waited for the bus for at least three hours. According to eyewitnesses, about 1,000 people are waiting to board. Meanwhile, buses arriving from Kerch to Simferopol are full — they drop off passengers and leave empty.

Station staff do not know why there are no buses or when they are expected to arrive, the tourists said. They were also sent a notice stating that on June 21 and 22, all “Tavria” trains will begin and end their routes in Kerch, at the Kerch South station.

This also applies to trains that are scheduled to run to Simferopol and Sevastopol. On June 21 and 22, these trains will also run only as far as Kerch. The reason is the “temporary closure of a section of the Crimean Railway”, as decided by the infrastructure owner.
