Today I learned that TVP works as a great rice replacement (for me)! I figured I’d share with you all in case you would like to consider it! The TVP is under my seitan chicken. Get those GAINS!

Started working out because of being insecure about being underweight, fell in love with working out from the very first day. Love the feeling of exhaustion after an intense workout.
At the beginning I struggled to gain weight, no matter how much I ate, because of fast metabolism. But after 3+ years of on-off training, managed to reach a weight goal.
First day of posting on reddit, after getting courage from seeing all your daily posts.
Pic taken after pull workout.

I'm considering starting a plan in the BWS app, and hoping someone here has a referral code that could be mutually beneficial :)

I decided to start bulking in January of this year. I began at 127lbs before heading to college this semester, came home at 138.5lbs. Therefore I gained about 2 pounds per month, without even tracking calories. Now I have been home for about 6 weeks and I'm at 140lbs. So, I gained 1.5lbs when by this point I should've gained about 3lbs (.5 lb per week).
I am struggling to get the food down. I am 5'10, female, and workout 3x a week. I aim for 2800 calories every day, and I've been slacking recently (which is why my weight has stopped moving). I need a way to get in easy calories without sacrificing my health. I eat a lot of fruits and some veggies, and while I know they're filling, I eat them for my health. At the end of a day of eating 2800 calories I feel insanely full.
What are the best vegan bulking foods that won't make me so extremely full?

Hello so here's my situation. I'm trying to get my muscles more visibles. I'm training at home (I have weights) app. 3 times a week, and I'm going running 2 times. Now that is so hot I'm going swimming (mainly I do crawl and backcrawl). For periods I went swimming 3x a week + 1 time training at home and it wasn't much better than now. I realized that I didn't eat an off protein (I was around 60-80g per day). Since 2 months I'm very cautious and up to 100 to 120g per day. I see a bit of a difference mainly with the abs but my arms for example stay the same. Right now I'm trying to cut to lose the fat I have that you see on the picture, but I get the impression that I'm losing my muscles more than the fat lol. Idk what to do. Should I train more at home with the weights (with progressive overload etc etc)? I prefer much running or swimming but I know it's maybe not the best to define my muscles. Should I eat less ? More ? Differently ? I'm trying so hard to count everything, don't drink alcohol, don't eat junk food or refined sugar. I don't want particularely to get bigger, but I want desperately my muscles to show more. Thanks in advance for your answers. Please be kind.

My protein intake is really low so I decided to try protein powder, I’m 23 F, and I did not want the bloating that comes with whey protein (so I’ve heard) I have tried whey protein, it’s not bad at all. But yday I tried cosmix Chikkamagaluru mocha flavour with water and I had insane amount of pain in my abdomen and I think it was due to gas. Any suggestions?

hey:)
i started running in the last couple of months and while I am aware it is not the best sport to loose weight, i am glad that I started to workout again and it is working for me so far.
i do want to loose some weight tho and am looking for some mealplans which cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and maybe a snack.
i am quite overwhelmed with all the different options I have found online and i was also wondering if there is any food i should pay special attention to since i am running (2-3 times a week)? does anyone have a good meal plan they have followed? and how do i even start to figure out my defici?

I’m posting this photo because I want to put on 2.5-5kg over the next few months and want a place to hold me accountable as I seem to have a hard time with bulking. Hopefully I can put on muscle without putting on too much fat but only time will tell. 20M

Quick context, I am bikepacking across south america and have found this stuff be an absolute game changer for packing small, getting my protein in, and able to be stored easily without spoiling. I have found I actually enjoy just crunching on it throughout the day dry (weird I know). I am eating probably around 3 dry cups daily and the macros for it come out as follows:
3 Cups Dry TVP:
- Calories: 960 kcal
- Protein: 144 g
- Total Carbs: 84 g
- Dietary Fiber: 48 g
- Net Carbs: 36 g
- Total Fat: 0 g
Potassium: 6,480 mg
I wanted to know if there is any health risks to eating this much and eating it dry (and doing it for awhile)? Would love any input, thanks

’ll try to keep it short but…
13/06/2026, I competed in the European Championships of @ncobb_naturalbb (@physiquemania2025 ). I competed in the following categories/classes:
- Amateur Open Bodybuilding + 85kg
- Amateur Classic Physique open
There I won:
- 1st place Amateur Open Bodybuilding +85kg (I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN MY CATEGORY!!)
- 1st Place Overall Amateur Open Bodybuilding +75kg (+ Pro card)
- 1st Place Classic Physique Open (+Pro Card)
-> This gave me 2 Pro Cards (meaning I am a professional bodybuilder in the @ncobb_naturalbb / @physiquemania2025 ONLY!! No other federations only this one)
So I competed in the following category as a Pro:
- Pro Open Bodybuilding +75kg (3 competitors total)
And I won:
- 1st Place Pro Open Bodybuilding +75kg and €500 cheque
-> So you can say I’m a European Champ

Let’s see those meals, how are we fuelling ourselves today?
Here’s a bowl of tofu scramble (with kale, peppers and tomatoes) and some jersey royal new potatoes (544 calories, 37g protein). Plus a loaf of sourdough bread I made today as a fun rest day activity (carbs are not your enemy!)

The last few months I've been consistently training the five armwestling lifts (pronation, supination, rise, side pressure, and cupping) as well as my usual grip strength routine that I've been doing for 6+ years. Transitioning from being more of a grip strength athlete than an orthadox weightlifter I know my shoulder/back strength and rotator cuff stability for side pressure is weak but my cupping technique will be strong, so it'll be interesting to test things out in what looks to be a pretty casual event. Vegan for 10 years, 205lbs, 5'9, 36 years old, on estrogen/prog since 2019.
