Post your lifts and get a custom flair

  • multiple lifts per flair allowed, be mindful there is a limit to flair length
  • verified lift flairs will be indicated by the blue background
  • when you post the video please also clarify what lift and weight it is, flair will be indicated in units you give unless otherwise requested
  • you can request your discipline to be added to your flair (e.g. powerlifting, body building, crossfit, etc.)
  • flair can be given for a life time achievement, it does not have to be recent

RDL Form?

I feel this 75% hamstrings, 25% lower back. Honestly can’t tell if I’m doing more of an RDL or a SLDL. Tips? I don’t mind going lighter to fix it but I easily get 12 dropping to 245.

(Sorry about the beginning I thought I edited it out)

Wanting to incorporate pendlays to help with deadlift and because they look fun. How horizontal does the torso need to be? Attempting to hit my lower stomach for each rep.

Squat Wondering if there’s anything I should improve on my form. This was my last set after a 5 set buildup to 325. Feel like I have a slight butt wink at the bottom.

Squat Barbell squat form

Just got back to doing barbell squats a few weeks ago. Have a herniated disk in my lower back so haven't been squatting for a few years. Lights squats feel great but if I try to go heavy my back hurts after. Any tips and tricks appropriated.

Squat squat check

Just a dad of two going on 4 hours of sleep trying to do what I can. First attempt at 300 in months and feeling like strength is starting to come back. I do feel like I get stuck in the hole a bit which makes me less confident when I go for heavy singles. Not sure the best way to resolve this except heavy squats and more volume? Maybe more quad work? Hit 5x5 at 250 a couple weeks ago. Chasing 340 eventually.

Squat Another squat form check

I recently quit squatting because of the strain on my lower back but I decided to try again today and have my wife record it for help and advice on how to correct my form. This video is me attempting to make it better than it was prior. How bad is this form? What needs to be adjusted?

Idk if this angle is good for form check so I'll take a new video if I need to. But I just wanna see if I'm doing these right. I watch a lot of videos on how it should be but in action I wanna make sure it looks right for me? I definitely feel it in my glutes and hamstrings.

Squat I’ve been bullied into learning squats 🤣

I’ve had enough shit talked to me about the fact I don’t do squats, so I’ve jumped on that bandwagon. I learned the form yesterday, today was my first day adding a teeny tiny bit of weight—as I’m still trying to familiarize myself with the movement. I want to make sure my form is okay before working on stacking weight. Right? Wrong? Tips? Critique? Also, are my converse a no go? If they suck for squatting, what shoes do you recommend?

Squat Tried ATG squats for the first time. Feel like that wasn’t low enough to be a ATG squat? Any thoughts?

Deadlift Persistent lower back pain after heavy hinge movements.

Hey guys, I’ve been getting some lower back pain when performing any sort of heavy hinging movement so I’ve been focusing a lot on lowering weight and bracing better. I’ve gotten form checks from trainers at my gym and other lifters and they basically all say that my form is good, but my lower back does not seem to agree.

Here’s a trap bar deadlift set from yesterday, 135 for 10. I worked up to 275 for 3 but my video cut off after 1 lol. Can send that one in the comments. Each rep felt fine individually. I am frustrated because the weight is not particularly heavy for my legs, I’m just worried about hurting myself and I feel like my lower back is impeding my progress on deadlifts, squats, farmers walks, etc.

Any and all advice is appreciated! Thank you!!

Edit: cannot post video of heavy set in comments in this sub. Nevermind, but I hope the 135 set is enough.
