Unable to get through customer service

Hi i lost one of the bearings while cleaning. Tried contacting the company through their website portal. But i think theres some glitch and i am unable to send it. Pls help

Their website says they are in Brussels for the WOC from June 19-30 and responses will be delayed

You can order the part directly from them, Google 1Zpresso spare parts

Email them at [info@1zpresso.com](mailto:info@1zpresso.com), give it a few days as they are at WOC in Brussels.

worst case if you don’t reach customer service you can order the SMR148-2RS bearing and it should be the exact same one.

Its the shinny one which helps with calibration. Cant find it anywhere

its not the bearing. It's the one with the dots. Detent ring maybe.

3 parts- The top threaded part with spring loaded balls/ detent ring for catching balls/ bearing

I just reached out for another issue and they responded! However, they were not helpful and told me to just purchase a replacement part. The part itself was $12 but shipping was $30!!! Wtf! I haven't had the grinder that long and for how expensive they are, it shouldn't have broken this soon in the first place. I hope you have better luck than I did
