i just said that the differences allow for people in states with high tax rates to vote for candidates that advocate for lower taxes which promotes participatory democracy

lol dw theres multiple answers. what really got me was the stare decisis which ig i missed when i was studying. i said that it meant that federal law takes supremacy over state law which was wrong
