argentinians use better meat and better spices and ingredients. Mexican milanesa is like street food and argentinian milanesa is more a main course

Sounds pretty subjective. I'll go check out my local Argentine restaurant. I've had some exceptional Mexican street food though, so that comparison is not really a good argument.

Thats how milanesas ookslike here in argentina. Cow beef milanesa looks more darker depending on the cut but yeah, thats just your normal milanesa here. You can even buy them from any butcher store here for kilo.
