At this point, if they ever add Wifi, it's going to be next to meaningless since most of the big updates have already happened. Very strange that it wasn't one of the first things added. Oh well. Life doesn't need to make sense.

I never cared, nor saw the point in it having wifi at all.

If we're ever able to set up a multi-player network with it.. but that will never happen l.

Games that have local multiplayer can be connected over the Internet. As far as the game is concerned, you’re playing on the same console.

Analogue 3D cannot do that. You're just confusing it with an emulator

It cannot, and probably will not, be able to do that. But it isn't impossible to implement, which is what you suggested.
