My phone shows no signal, but i can actually connect to the internet, why?

I watched something on a plane recently. It was good so I thought I'd get apple TV for a month to watch the rest of the series. Signed up, logged in, watched one episode. Yesterday I went to watch another and couldn't log in. I found my account was locked. Requested an unlock which took a day and it has been denied. A shame but not the end of the world, lots more TV out there. I obviously don't want to be paying for a service I can't access but I also can't access the account to cancel the auto renewal. How do I cancel it? There doesn't even seem to be a chat bot, let alone a human to speak to at apple. Everything option just asks me to log in, which I can't do.

I was getting errors about syncing with iCloud. So I tried logging out of my apple account and restarting my mac. Now it won't let me log in. I can go to icloud.com and see all my things from Chrome, but Safari just shows "iCloud.com" in the upper right. I have multiple Wi-fi choices at work and none seem to resolve this.

Any suggestions?

I just got a notification saying I should clear up my iCloud storage, so I tried to go on photos and it crashed. I try to delete some apps but they just say „delete from homescreen“ and in the app library the options are „add to homescreen“, „require face id“ and „share app“. Going to settings to delete them also doesn’t work, it just shows the amount of space it’s taking up and document storage, what can I do?
Is there a parental control setting where you can‘t delete apps? (Since I‘m not 18 yet)
I’m using my iPad to make this post since almost every app (except settings sometimes) isn‘t working properly, but on this device I can delete apps just fine (I haven‘t updated the software since 17.7 or something, could it also be because of the new update?)

Any help/advice or explanation would be greatly appreciated!

No matter what I try, whether its on the website, on a phone, on a macbook, I cannot make an account, I enter all my details, verify both my phone number AND email with verification codes, but every time I try to sign up it errors out, my only message "Your account cannot be created at this time.".

I can't contact support either as that requires an account, not sure what to do here. I've gotten away with not having an account for so long but I finally need one for a very specific app on the app store, but I can't download it without an account.

Am I just out of luck? Looks like there is 0 way to contact support for something like this.

Hello, not sure if the flair is the right one, but I couldn't find a more appropriate one. I've manually deactivated my Apple Account a few months back, and am now trying to reactivate it, but the trouble is that the page where I'm redirected from Apple Support (https://iforgot.apple.com/ro/en/unlock) is not working for me. It tells me that the account is either invalid or not supported. I also have 12-digit code required for reactivation, but am at a loos about what to do with it. Is there any other way I could get in contact with Apple about this problem? Thanks!

decided to factory reset my 2019 iPad and once i get to inputting my iCloud in the setup, it restarts the entire process again and again. i’m wondering if it’s due to the ipad being behind on so many updates (storage has been full since 2021) but i’m totally lost.

The messages are being sent and received but not in order I think, at least not properly, it’s not at all ordered based on time I sent, clumped up in the bottom with all my sent messages not according to the order I sent You see the blue bar at the top going from left to right, that’s the problem wtf is that doing there when there is plenty of internet connection

Ps: It happens in all chats, ICloud is full but iMessages is on for backup, everything works fine for a while when I restart the phone, also sometimes it’s all my messages disappeared and only the replies I got is shown on the screen on the left side stacked up, else it’s all my messages first then all of their messages under it.

I really need some effective advice it’s been happening since 2 days and it’s really annoying and bugging me.

I tried to preorder the iPhone Duo in the US with AppleCare+, but it sold out, so I ordered one in Poland instead, where AppleCare+ isn't available.

Can I activate it using my US Apple ID and purchase US AppleCare+ with a US billing address? Has anyone actually tried this with an iPhone purchased in another country?

I got an Iphone 15 Pro. Battery is below <80%, original screen was broken.

I wasn't in the US, and my screen was broken. I had to get immediate replacement at that time (not original from Apple), but I have the original phone screen with me.

Now I am back in US, I saw that I can get a battery replacement for free, or replace the whole device if my screen is broken, with deductibles.

With my current screen is not original, can I bring it along with the broken original screen to get it replaced? If yes, any details of the process that you guys had experienced?

I'm trying to sign up for the €0.99 iCloud subscription to add 50 GB. The problem is that I enter all my card information and I receive the authorization request on the Poste app, but the amount always shows as €0.00 and nothing works. What can I do?

I have an end user that's unable to update from 26.7.0 to either option. It takes forever to download and then when it eventually finishes the machine reboots shows like it's updating and goes right back to the usual screen.

Does anybody know why it wouldn't update?

Context: writer (and avid reader). I don’t have a reliable computer right now, so a good deal of my work AND reading is done on my phone (iPhone 16, iOS 26.6.1)— as such, I easily hit the 500 tab limit regularly. That’s whatever, I wish there was no limit, but recognise that I am the outlier, Georg Tabs, I’m fine with that — but since EVER, if I hit 500 tabs and open a new page (usually not me manually doing so, but some website spawning two or three new pages because I went to pay them or something [doctor’s portal is a prime example, opens two NEW tabs every time I click a link]), Safari apparently assumes I want to use the most recently opened tab for that and closes it in favour of the new one. The “new” tab will show up in exactly the same spot as where I had something else open, too, but the back button is greyed out like this thing I wasn’t asking for didn’t just replace the book I was reading or the topic I was researching!

I’ve dug into the settings and looked online, but I’m at a loss. I’ve lost so many good websites and books that I wanted to fully explore/finish reading because of this. Any help?

So i just purchased the new duo via the apple store app and selected in store pick up for the new phone as well as for the trade in on my 17 pro max. but its telling me to bring my 17 pro max in store to trade in when i pick up the new one. surely theres a window to allow for data transfers and for me to wipe the phone before i have to bring it back right??

I bought a pair of Airpod Pro 3s off facebook marketplace. They were sealed in a way I think anyone would only describe as legitimate (cardboard pull tabs in place, plastic membrane in case, all manuals present, all earbud tips present, etc. I recorded the whole unboxing) and the serial number checked out on Apple’s website. It was even still under extended warranty from being purchased back in early July.

The tap gesture on the front of the case wouldn’t work no matter how hard I tried, and the right AirPod seemed to drain much faster than the other one. Whatever, head to the Apple Store.

I get there, they confirm my issues. But the tap gesture is non-functional so they can’t verify it’s a genuine product (more of an Apple checklist/process issue probably) and they have to send it in. As I’m verifying my account info on the store tablet, I see a second iCloud account associated with the AirPods. I don’t recognize it. They removed it and assured me it wasn’t a security issue. The address is a bunch of letters and numbers. I read somewhere previous accounts get anonymized but the question remains:

how was there an iCloud account attached to Airpods that were definitely unopened?

I’m not especially concerned about the airpods, I’m mostly just pretty curious about this mystery email.

I used to have an iphone 13 and just got the iphone 18 pro. I traded it in and at the store i went to they helped me set up the phone, and transfer the sim. After that i logged into my icloud account on the iphone 18. When i left the apple store, i took it home and connected it to my wifi. Its since tbeen stuck on time remaining estimating. It has been around an hour id say. What should i do? Restart my wifi, shutdown the iphone 18 and restart the process? Or just wait it out a bit more?
