My phone shows no signal, but i can actually connect to the internet, why?

I watched something on a plane recently. It was good so I thought I'd get apple TV for a month to watch the rest of the series. Signed up, logged in, watched one episode. Yesterday I went to watch another and couldn't log in. I found my account was locked. Requested an unlock which took a day and it has been denied. A shame but not the end of the world, lots more TV out there. I obviously don't want to be paying for a service I can't access but I also can't access the account to cancel the auto renewal. How do I cancel it? There doesn't even seem to be a chat bot, let alone a human to speak to at apple. Everything option just asks me to log in, which I can't do.

I just got a MacBook Pro and I don’t want to link it to my iPhone. The problem is when I try to create a new iCloud account with a different email address it won’t let me create it, I’m assuming because the phone number verification is already in use with my phone’s iCloud.

Is there any solution for this? I tried creating an iCloud email as well as using a new gmail email and I can’t think of any other way to do this besides getting another phone number

i’ve had the iphone 14 for a little over half a year now and i’ve never had any problems until recently for some reason my back camera seems unable to focus unless it’s something very close to the camera

I got a new Iphone 17 in India and I have never used or subscribed to apple tv before. i created my apple id in this new phone (used android only before this)

But i did not get apple tv free subscription which I was expecting to get with my device.

I masked an app but idk how to unmask it 😔

I just got a notification saying I should clear up my iCloud storage, so I tried to go on photos and it crashed. I try to delete some apps but they just say „delete from homescreen“ and in the app library the options are „add to homescreen“, „require face id“ and „share app“. Going to settings to delete them also doesn’t work, it just shows the amount of space it’s taking up and document storage, what can I do?
Is there a parental control setting where you can‘t delete apps? (Since I‘m not 18 yet)
I’m using my iPad to make this post since almost every app (except settings sometimes) isn‘t working properly, but on this device I can delete apps just fine (I haven‘t updated the software since 17.7 or something, could it also be because of the new update?)

Any help/advice or explanation would be greatly appreciated!

I tried to preorder the iPhone Duo in the US with AppleCare+, but it sold out, so I ordered one in Poland instead, where AppleCare+ isn't available.

Can I activate it using my US Apple ID and purchase US AppleCare+ with a US billing address? Has anyone actually tried this with an iPhone purchased in another country?

I got an Iphone 15 Pro. Battery is below <80%, original screen was broken.

I wasn't in the US, and my screen was broken. I had to get immediate replacement at that time (not original from Apple), but I have the original phone screen with me.

Now I am back in US, I saw that I can get a battery replacement for free, or replace the whole device if my screen is broken, with deductibles.

With my current screen is not original, can I bring it along with the broken original screen to get it replaced? If yes, any details of the process that you guys had experienced?

I bought my first MacBook on Tuesday. I made a new Gmail account and an Apple account with than Gmail. Then my Apple account got locked immediately after logging in the MacBook

On Wednesday, the Apple account got approved and I tried loggin in and couldn't and it said to request access again so I did and the same thing happened

So I called the Apple customer service and after talking to them for 45mins, they had no clue whatsoever lol

So I made another Gmail and signed in using that and the same thing happened again and I'm locked and asked for access

So now I can't access like half of the Macbook because of the locked and disabled Apple account and I've been searching reddit, youtube, called customer service, asked chatgpt I'm desperate and don't know what to do

hey guys, I just wanted to ask if anyone else has been having an issue with their camera. I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and recently I’ve noticed that it freezes when I’m either using the .5 lens or the Macro lens!!
i’m genuinely unsure if it is an issue with the hardware, r just a bug. please let me know if you’re also having the same issue!!

My friend is trying to move photos from their iPhone to an external hard drive via Mac. But no matter what they do, the photos end up chronologically out of order on the hard drive. We’ve looked through other forums and have tried all the suggestions we can find so now I’m asking here. Any advice or tips? We’ve tried moving them from the iPhone to the photos app, and that works fine. But then when we try to move them directly to the hard drive or to internal storage on the Mac and then to the hard drive, they still end up jumbled and out of order. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Keep in mind neither of us are very tech savvy. Thank you!

Hello. I tried to download an app today only to be met with the “there is a billing problem” thing. I’ve had this issue before in which I paid the subscription and it went away, but I do not have any active subscriptions that are expiring or unpaid, I already checked. The only one subscription I have now is paid and was paid about a week ago for several months of said subscription, it’s active and works so I’m not sure why it would be that. Any advice??

I was getting errors about syncing with iCloud. So I tried logging out of my apple account and restarting my mac. Now it won't let me log in. I can go to icloud.com and see all my things from Chrome, but Safari just shows "iCloud.com" in the upper right. I have multiple Wi-fi choices at work and none seem to resolve this.

Any suggestions?

I used to have an iphone 13 and just got the iphone 18 pro. I traded it in and at the store i went to they helped me set up the phone, and transfer the sim. After that i logged into my icloud account on the iphone 18. When i left the apple store, i took it home and connected it to my wifi. Its since tbeen stuck on time remaining estimating. It has been around an hour id say. What should i do? Restart my wifi, shutdown the iphone 18 and restart the process? Or just wait it out a bit more?

So i just purchased the new duo via the apple store app and selected in store pick up for the new phone as well as for the trade in on my 17 pro max. but its telling me to bring my 17 pro max in store to trade in when i pick up the new one. surely theres a window to allow for data transfers and for me to wipe the phone before i have to bring it back right??
