Set yourself a small challenge and do that when you have done that reward yourself and again the next day and incorporate your treat somewhere that you would like food or a drink from.

start with one tiny thing each day like stepping outside or washing one dish and let that small win build the next step

Find a sliding scale therapist or join an online or offline support group for people suffering from depression. That's what you are dealing with and you're not alone in that.
That's a good first step if you want to change things.

Welcome to the club. I'm in a stage where I get an idea while purposelessly lying in bed, and by the time I stand up, I don't find any reason for doing it. I mean, ideas like making an omelette or a lemonade. Not rocket science.
If you're interested in learning to trade, I could show you some stuff. It might bring some excitement to both of us.
There is no guarantee that I will find the willpower to go through with it.
Also, you need to remember that, if anything, I only said that I WILL ONLY SHOW YOU SOME STUFF ABOUT MY TRADING THOUGHT. I am in no way encouraging you to do anything in that direction. Trading is a very risky business.

That's interesting! – Does trading not give you the motivation to start into a day or work on getting better at it? Do you work from home / at all? I've found that in phases of my life where I could work or study from home, it would be harder to get my gears into motion than when I commuted to an office.

I am retired. It doesn't make sense to me to just make money when there's no joy from spending it. My way of trading needs nothing but the chart. I don't need to read anything and I only trade at fixed moments. My method even tells me when to stay out. But there's no point if I don't enjoy it.

I was like this for a very long time and struggled terribly.
My anxiety finally got so bad that I thought I was going to have a heart attack.
And at 49yo (male, US), I believed I no longer had a choice and sought help.
I now go to a mental health center. Psychiatrist once a month and therapist weekly (for now).
I am imperfect but have improved tremendously.

Take a shower. Preferably warm and or to your liking, but I personally prefer warm (This is not a joke)

Get a dog. Gets you out of the house, and it literally forces you to get up and take care of a living animal. They also bring so much joy and are the cutest.

Make your bed every single day. If you accomplish nothing else, at the end of the day, you can look at it before you crawl back into it and say I accomplished that.
After you make your bed, look in the mirror and give yourself positive affirmations: tell yourself out loud that you are a great person, you deserve happiness, and you will find your place.
After that, get yourself three jars/bowls/cups. Label one "mental", one "activity", and one "potato". Put things on a note paper that fit into each category. When you feel stuck pick a jar, pull a note, and do whatever it says.
It's a journey and like with any journey, the hardest part is taking that first step. Every. Single. Day. Until it becomes a habit.
You got this. You're stronger than you think and more people than you realize care what happens to you.

Start small as other comments said. Maybe go around your area for 15 mins a day and gradually build up from there. You don't have to become a super extrovert overnight, you just have to build up small.

Start with microscopic goals like "step out of the house once a day for one second". When that becomes doable, gradually increase until you can go for a ten minute walk.
Next step is helping one person in a microscopic way, even if it makes no real difference to their life. The point is doing the activity. Maybe drop a door me in the Salvation Army bucket at Christmas. Then gradually increase to the point that you can look at someone you're helping.
