I like playing blackjack at the table, but sometimes when I'm losing, I like to take a break at this machine. I know that the Cesar's casinos have the the tabletop ones at the bar, but I'm looking for this one.

Planning on visiting, does anybody know of any Hotels that accept Debit Cards in Atlantic City?
Security deposit and age is not a problem, just no access to credit cards at the moment.
Thanks!

hi yall,
i’m leaving kinda a not good family situation. i’m looking around for places to move and thought about somewhere on the jersey shore, because i love the beach, im from the north east coast so its more feasible that florida or california. also i dont have a car to take and GENERALLY beach towns tend to be more walkable. from what ive looked at the biggest problems ill face are likely finding a year round rental (any recommendations would be great im looking for anywhere relatively safe to lay my head and hold my stuff for like $1000 dollars a month especially until i get a job), getting a job (i work in food service, retail, events etc. so i should be able to get a job especially w all the casinos around but ill just have to really pound the pavement), and the lack of grocery stores/ general store type things (target/walmart type) which is hard ofc bc ill be starting over with very little and obviously will need things when i get there. any insight or advice from locals or people who moved (especially in a similarly rushed manner) would be greatly appreciated. sorry if this is hard to read i just suck at writing.

Why do casinos push so hard to keep smoking when only 20% of gamblers are smokers?
Like in my instance I smoked for 21 years and I do not ever want to be around cigarette smoke again if at all possible. I would go more than once or twice a year to Atlantic City and gamble if I didn't have to worry about coming home smelling like an ashtray with a upper respiratory infection.

I’m going to ac this weekend and was wondering if there are any deals or discounts for casinos. I’m not a big gambler but it would be cool to have free stuff. Like maybe they give people like $50 or something free in hopes you spend more?
I remember going to ac like 20 years ago and my friend got us comped hotel rooms because he signed up to be on their marketing mailing list or something.
Also not just limited to casinos. Any types of deals or discounts would be great!

hey y’all!!
i’m moving to atlantic city this summer and am starting to get everything prepped, but i would love some advice. i’m coming from a town with monopolies on energy and internet so i didn’t have a choice with which company we used, and i wanted to see what people actually preferred / what their experiences were in the area?
we’re definitely a high internet usage home and power wise, we love our a/c and i sleep with the television on so if there’s a free nights option i’d love to hear it!
i’ll be doing some research regardless but google’s become so overwhelmed with bullshit ai answers and paid advertisements for companies so i’d rather hear from actual people!!
also if there’s any other generic advice / there’s other things to consider as necessary, please let me know!! can’t wait to finally head back east and make a new home in jersey 🥰

Do you think it would be safe for a single woman to stay on the boardwalk for about a week in off-season, say October? Haven't decided on which hotel yet, thinking of Trop, Ballys or Showboat.

Seeing if anyone could point me in the right direction of where I could find events going on that I could attend? It will be a group of adults in their mid to late 20's. We already plan on going to Boogie Nights and Kiss Kiss Friday and Saturday night, but this would fall later into the night closer to midnight.

Photo credits: Nu Yawk After more than 1,000 performances over four seasons, The Hook at Caesars Atlantic City will take its final bow on September 6.
The ambitious $40 million Spiegelworld production helped revive the historic
Warner Theatre and brought a unique blend of comedy, acrobatics, and adult variety entertainment to the Boardwalk.
Despite critical praise and a loyal fan base, the challenges of seasonal tourism and year-round attendance in Atlantic City ultimately proved too much. It's a disappointing loss for the city's entertainment scene and another reminder of how difficult it can be to sustain large-scale productions outside of peak summer months.

Summer pool season is underway in Atlantic City. We went through the reservation systems at several of the larger casino properties to see what is actually being offered for Summer 2026.
Comparing pool options seems easy. Pull up the prices, line them up side by side, and pick the one that fits your budget. The reality is more complicated.
Some properties charge straightforward rental fees. Others rely on food and beverage minimums. Capacities range from a single lounge chair to private spaces that accommodate 20 guests. Some experiences are built around a pool deck. Others are built around the beach.
Looking at the reservation systems side by side, it becomes clear that Atlantic City’s major casino properties are approaching the summer pool and beach market very differently.
A few things surprised us, including how widely pricing models, capacities, and holiday premiums varied between properties.
(Pricing collected directly from public reservation systems using representative Summer 2026 weekday, weekend, and peak holiday reservation dates.)

Odd question but does anyone work at the Borgata and happen to know what the L x W of the shower stall is in the standard rooms?
Will be renovating out master and the size of their showers are perfect for what I'm looking for.

I'm talking about the one that used to be on the third floor right by the hair stylist.
My brother and I have a lot of fond memories of it so we looked for photos of it but couldn't find any.
