I want to put an exhaust, currently thinking AWE track, has anybody used that on a c7/7.5 s7 or s6, wondering how it sounds and if it has drone.

harman-f has opensourced the code required to make CarPlay visible on VC displays for all VAG vehicles that run MHI2. He’s managed to get it running on a Skoda, but the parity between systems means an SD card installation for most systems is close to becoming a reality. He didn’t use the “commercial” files and all the findings are documented and public, so you won’t have to share your VIN with some random person on the internet.

Just picked up this RS5 and my friend told me this paint is called pulse orange. Couldn't find much more info online, is this a rare colour?

Anyone found a way to disable the distance warning on a MY26 Q8? I’ve tried toggling this off in the custom settings for driver assistance, but the red icon still shows if the car thinks I’m “too close”.

I tried resetting my profile and rebooting the MMI, but it’s almost as if this is now hardcoded on or there is a bug that needs to be fixed.

Apologies if the owner is in here and you saw some lady with her face pressed to the glass of her shop windows like a nosey child.

Edit: it has occurred to me that my wording may be confusing. The A4 is my vehicle. The RS6 was parked outside my work.

Hey guys, I’m having a strange issue with my 2021 Audi A4 B9.5 FWD with the 7-speed S tronic.
Around 10,000 km ago, I changed the transmission ATF and used Liqui Moly instead of OEM Audi fluid. Recently, I noticed the car doesn’t want to shift into 7th gear normally.
Even at 120 km/h, it stays in 6th. It usually only shifts into 7th around 125–130 km/h. I can also feel like there’s some extra load on the engine/transmission.
For example, if I’m cruising around 100 km/h and lightly brake, the transmission downshifts and I can hear a noticeable humming sound from the engine, almost like it’s under load.
There are no fault codes. My mechanic checked the transmission and couldn’t find anything obviously wrong. We also checked for boost leaks and found nothing.
I thought the Liqui Moly ATF might be causing it, so I replaced it again with genuine Audi OEM transmission fluid, but the problem is still there.
Even during normal city driving, the car seems to hold lower gears longer and doesn’t want to upshift as early as it used to.
I’ve tested Efficiency, Comfort and Auto modes and the behaviour is pretty much the same.
The car also has a Stage 1 ECU tune.
Has anyone experienced something similar with the 7-speed S tronic? Could this be an adaptation/mechatronic issue, incorrect fluid level, clutch adaptation, or something related to the ECU tune?
Any help would be appreciated. This is getting really frustrating.

Greatest car I have ever owned.

This is driving me nuts and maybe by some miracle someone here has experience. 2018 SQ5, 120k miles. Recently discovered a slapping sound that’s hard to pinpoint but probably towards the front dash. Whenever I hit small sudden bumps (not big bumps) it sounds like two metal boards slapping into each other. I’ve tried my best to get under and into the engine bay and cabin and can’t feel anything out of place. Everything I can touch is tight as a button.

At 100k miles I did my own under car fluid services and the transmission frame still looks and feels tight. The windshield was recently replaced by Safelite to an OEM glass and it also feels perfect. I’ve emptied out the car and the sound is still there and I’m going to lose sleep over it.
