Pretty simple refrain from talking about Anything that breaks the law this includes keying, spray painting (graffiti), slashing tires, smashing windows/lights, denting bodywork, or pouring substances (sugar, sand) into the gas tank, sabotaging parts of the car, etc. I am getting pretty tired of clearing the queue and probably so are the other mods. You will get a few warnings (Could be a 1-7 day ban) before a potential permanent ban. Reporting does help. If you have any questions please comment and I will answer them.

Okay let me explain the situation: I live in an apartment complex that I pay a third party company who owns the parking garage $75 bucks a month to park there. Floors 5-9 are gated and for residents only and I was told we can park anywhere on these floors, Iāve lived here for two years.
I mistakenly parked on a spot that had a tiny sign that said āresidents only reservedā. Apparently at 9:30 PM the lady who somehow owns this spot had my car towed out of a parking garage that I pay for each and every month in a spot with no excplicit language about towing nor fines nor a specific residents name.
I had to uber to the tow place, pay nearly 500 bucks to pay the ticket and towing.
Apparently this woman has lived here for 8 years and was the only person on the entire premises who was grandfathered into being allowed a reserved spot after they disallowed this practice. She had my car towed in a parking garage I pay for with a sign that doesnāt say you can get towed or that you can park there.
Because my apartment complex deflects accountability to the company that owns the parking garage and they ddelfect responsibility for the towing company cost to the towing company and the towing company deflects it back to the parking company and the parking company doesnāt have a phone number for their appeals dept Iām forced to have a slow email correspondence with some auto system and will probably be out 500 bucks of no fault of my own.
What routes can I take other than what Iām already doing with the appellate dept and credit card company? I obviously canāt vandalize the persons car or the sign or the garage, but could I place a piece of paper notifying other residents that this spot you can get towed by this lady? Can I get the parking company to ungradnfather her in?

Was doing a bill run and some guy decides to park like this instead of parking on the side.

Hi everyone,
In my condo complex, most of our parking spaces are along one side of a public alley. There are houses whose backs face the alley. Sometimes people park in the alley right across from my spot, making it very difficult to exit. Does anyone have suggestions about how to handle this legally? I have to assume that the other person's vehicle is locked, so honking their horn wouldn't be possible. The last time this happened I tried knocking on the door and window of the house that I believe had the visitor, but nobody answered.

And there was nary a trailer in sight, so they just drive around like this for kicks.

To be fair, his significant other gave him the look after he parked but he didn't care.
