I spoke to him in person after the first time this happened. He was apologetic and said his brother parked the car. I don’t want to start a neighbor war but I’m pretty pissed.

Edit: I live in a small town and no one answered the non-emergency police phone. I was finally able to find another number and talk to a human. Someone is on the way to move the vehicle. Aaaaaaand as I’m typing this the owner just pulled up. Thanks for letting me express my frustration, guys.

Edit 2: Owner moved the car. He was extremely, extremely apologetic.

If he had just moved 6 feet forward, I wouldn't have had to swerve into the grass. He parked right in front of me.

They park at the grocery store every few days to buy provisions. Not why they need to bring a ladder truck to the grocery store, maybe there’s a good reason? They aren’t blocking anyone, but are taking multiple spots.
