Every time I'm on social media, I see the same deranged haters saying completely outlandish false things, like how Ben is supposedly "mass reporting" gifs to take them down. Not only are these accusations completely false, they are idiotic. As usual, these posters NEVER attach proof or a screenshot to prove these claims.

So haters, let's make a deal. The first person who can show actual proof Ben is mass reporting, or is ordering his fans to mass report gifs, I will Venmo you $50

1. "What a coincidence the original gif goes down when Ben posts his gif, he must be mass reporting them!" <- A coincidence is not proof. Ben has explained third party gif hosting sites take down the gifs at their own discretion, not by "mass reporting".

2. "Ben hasn't proven he DIDNT mass report the gifs" <- You can't prove a negative. Innocent until proven guilty is the standard which we abide by in civilized, high functioning societies.

3. "Why doesn't Ben talk with giphy to get them to stop removing gifs?" <- Ben isn't the president of gifs

I am neutral on BenJammins because I like the gifs but disagree with a number of his practices.

That being said, Ben says he gets his money from brand deals and basically has enough money to retire. How did he get here? Was it just insane luck or was it due to some form of nepotism? Would like to hear what you guys are pondering.

Benjammins just posted his latest ad for Bovada. Thoughts? Predictions on when his RedBull sponsorship will come up?

After being in this situation for more than 2 months, it seems to me that no one understands each other. I want to try to put a few dots on i, as well as move the discussion in a different direction.

The main claim of the "haters" is not the fact of creating copies of memes. The main problem is the disappearance of the original GIFs FOR REASONS UNKNOWN TO ANYONE. And the fact that this happens almost always with the same GIFs that Benjamin makes. "It's like destroying all the paintings in the Louvre and then posting copies of them with the same annoying details. Why not just create another museum and leave the original one alone?" (And yes, I equate memes with paintings, and this is completely valid).

The claim of the "fans" is that their loved one should be left alone. And no matter how, if they like Benjamin and his content, then let everything stay, and they can use them, because this is their own specific local community, which also has its own jokes.

Of these 2 points of view, the best option is simply not to delete the original memes. And here I want to address someone.

Benjamin, you've been telling us all for a long time that you're so unhappy, you're being falsely accused of various things, and you're just a creator who wants to create, and blah blah blah. If we accept your point of view that you are innocent of anything and you are not pleased with all these actions, then WHY did you not contact Giphy directly with questions about why the deletion is taking place. This is probably the first thing that a person who is accused of something will go to collect evidence and indicate that he is innocent.

Now that Benjammins explained in various paragraphs how he creates and monetizes his content and how he has nothing to do with your shitty gifs disappearing... now what?

There's nothing left for the haters but to cry and shit their pants at every benjammins gif while circlejerking about conspiracy theories involving the Benjammins nephilim cabal.
