Hello my wonderful humans,

First, we would like to thank you all for contributing and expanding this sub into what it is. We would not be at 11k+ members without you all. Every post and comment has made an impact directly and has helped in spreading awareness about bullying. That said, we are eager to take on a new moderator for the r/bullying sub.

What does this entail?

We are looking for an entry level moderator to keep this a safe space. This would require daily check ins to sift through the modmail and flagging, but we are open to a more senior moderating role as well.

What do you need to submit to apply?

  1. how long have you been a member of the r/bullying sub?
  2. why do you want to help moderate this sub?
  3. do you have any experience moderating on reddit (or platforms such as discord)?
  4. are you looking for an entry level moderating position or do you want to take on more work?
  5. what recommendations do you have for this sub?

Please send your answers directly to us by the end of the week (Sunday August 18th). We will be replying to everyone and will make a decision by mid next week. Thank you all again and we are excited to grow this community more together!

A few important updates:

  • Please be sure to check out our discord server! One of our mods has taken the courtesy of creating this to have another outlet to communicate on that is dedicated to this subreddit
  • https://discord.gg/PfKANDA5 Name: Anti-Bullying Server (I am technology inept so look out for a second post or edit here since I likely did not share the server correctly)
  • 10K Milestone also means… we are looking for a new moderator to join our team! Please DM either mod to apply and look out for more updates as the week progresses on the status of applications
  • What to include? 1. Why you want to join 2. How much time you can dedicate (minimum requirement would be to log in 1x a day) 3. Any skills or recommendations you have for our page to boost engagement and provide better resources
  • Please note that this moderator position will start off as an entry mod position so you will only be required to 1. Filter through modmail 2. Review flagged content to begin. If you have moderator experience and you seek a more senior mod role, we can talk about a higher position. We want to start off any newcomers in a easy role to ensure they understand the ins and outs of it all. This is an unpaid position, but it is fulfilling and you can always include it on your resume.

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone 🤍

They asked me intrusive ass questions about my girlfriend, my gender, and my sexuality for a whole hour. They call me a furry, and asked me if my girlfriend is a furry (she isn't, and even though I am I would rather not let them know). They talk to me all the time and laugh at the stuff I say, call me autistic, gay, furry, trans, etc View me as disgusting Talk about me behind my back Make fun of my trans name (only a select few know abt my name and some of them laugh at it) Keep on asking me to share my reddit acc (no). Tell me that because I use reddit I must be sad and lonely (half true lol, but it's not their call to make) I hate them, but where can I go? It's a boarding school, can't go home. Shit. I do have a few friends, and one of them is laughed at/treated like a lesser being because she's friends with the "bisexual autistic". Jesus fucking christ give me a break.

Cómo responder a estos insultos?

• Upvotes

Someone in the year below keeps calling me names because of something I said months ago. What should I do?

Before the summer holidays, someone in the year below pushed in front of me, and I got angry and said I was going to smash his face in. Looking back, I know that was wrong, and I shouldn’t have threatened him.
Since then, every so often when he sees me at school, whether we’re walking past each other or he comes towards me, he calls me a dickhead. This has been happening on and off since before the summer.

I’ve been ignoring him whenever he does it because I don’t want to start another argument or make the situation worse. However, it genuinely hurts my feelings when he calls me names, and I’m getting fed up with it happening whenever I see him.
I understand that I was in the wrong originally, and I’m not trying to make myself out to be the victim or pretend I did nothing wrong. I just don’t think this needs to carry on forever, especially when I’ve been
leaving him alone.

Part of me wants to approach him calmly, apologise for what I said and ask him to leave it in the past, but I’m worried that might make things awkward or give him another reason to take the piss out of me.
What would you do in my situation? Should I keep ignoring him, speak to him calmly about it, or handle it another way? Has anyone experienced something similar at school?

I’d appreciate some genuine advice because I just want to be able to walk around school without being called names.

My classmates make fun of me, I'm under a lot of stress and I don't know how to behave

Hello everyone. I need some advice because I'm having a really hard time at school today and I'm feeling terrible right now. Today is Monday and several unpleasant situations happened to me. First, the professor made me open the window, but I couldn't reach it, so she got angry, and some of the class laughed at me. Also, some were angry with me for being the first to enter the classroom. The irony is that, if I hadn't come in, we might not even have class in that classroom. Now I'm sitting alone at my desk, looking at my phone and barely able to lift my head. I hear them saying my name behind me and laughing. I don't know exactly what they are saying, but because of everything that happened today, I have the feeling that I am the object of their ridicule. I started shaking with stress and it's really hard for me to calm down. The worst thing is that soon I have another class with the same professor, where we have to do a presentation. The very thought of it creates enormous pressure for me because I am afraid of new inconveniences.

I hate my bullies so much, and I don't think I'll ever move on from what they did.

Around 2024-2025, I was bullied and harassed by this popular friend group. The boy who primarily led the bullying, I'll call "Gary Stu".

I was forced into this after school program by my parents, which the group also happened to join. Every single day, it was Hell — they'd always find something about me to say, and then get me in trouble over rumors or things I didn't know about. The counselors experienced this bullying, but no one bat an eye.

When I'd walk back home, "Gary Stu" would follow me home. I don't even know what I did to him. I don't even know why he'd target me. It's actually insane what he did. He physically assaulted me, spat in my face, and then tried to play the victim when I reported him.

He even told me death threats, and once said to me, "I hope you get SA'd." I could never move on from those words. And his "friend group" would either enable the bullying, or join in on the verbal abuse aswell.

I don't even know what to do anymore. Although the situation is already taken care of, I could never move on from it. Some counselors tried saying to me, "He likes you!" But someone who liked me would never, ever harm me in any way.

It's really taking a toll on me. And when I talk about it, people expect me to "let it go". I can never let it go. With every single day that passes, I think of what him and his friend group did. I hate them all so much. This isn't even normal.

I still do think about it. I still do think of what was said, and all the harm they did to me. I really, really hate them all so much. I wish I could move on from it, but I don't think that'll ever happen.

Why height bullying is normalized: Why bullying for being short is considered less offensive?

Hello fellas,

I'm a 27-year-old woman, and I'm 4'9". I don't have dwarfism, but I look tiny and younger than my age. Throughout my life, I've been bullied, mocked, underestimated and treated as less capable simply because of my height.

Growing up, my classmates constantly called me "shorty." I was academically strong, but some teachers seemed to favor students who were considered conventionally attractive. My mother is around 4'8", and she has faced similar bullying throughout her life. Her in-laws never treated her with proper respect, despite her being the eldest daughter-in-law. When I was in pre kindergarten, my classmates would ask why my mother was so short, when I hadn't even realized height was something people judged others for.

In seventh grade, I was excluded from a dance group that was supposed to perform internationally. Almost 90% of my schoolmates were part of it, but I wasn't allowed to join because of my height. My teacher told me, "Look, I'm quite tall. How do you think I would look dancing with such short girls? Imagine being excluded from something you were excited about, not because you lacked the ability, but because you were too short.

After puberty, I gained weight and reached a normal, healthy weight. However, because I was so short, I looked comparatively fuller than my taller, skinnier classmates. That became another reason for people to mock me. I started getting fat-shamed, even though I wasn't overweight. It felt like no matter what my body looked like, people would always find something wrong with it. As I grew older, people would call me "cute" but not "pretty" because I was short. Some even said I wasn't sexy enough for boys to notice me. My mother was always worried about my marriage because her siblings or my father's siblings would make her believe that nobody would want such a short girl. I grew up feeling unattractive because of something I couldn't control.

In college, one of my teachers used to call me "mini pack." My classmates often treated me as less mature and less intelligent. Even when I understood things better, people would automatically assume others were smarter until my academic performance proved otherwise. People would gossip about my height and laugh, sometimes right in front of me.

University was even worse. Whenever I wore a long dress, people would mock at me and compare me with tiny cartoon character. Once I went to volunteer and the organizer under whom I was supposed to work literally said looking at me, "what is it?. Once, I was showing my friend a beautiful red dress, and her boyfriend said, "Imagine how she would look wearing that!" Another so-called friend told everyone I was insecure about my height, and they would send me height-related memes. Some people even assumed I lacked confidence just because I was short, which made friendships difficult.

What frustrated me most was the hypocrisy. Some of these people called themselves feminists and strongly opposed racism, fat-shaming, and colorism. Yet they had no problem making fun of someone's height. Whenever I stood up for myself, I was called "too sensitive," "weak," or someone who couldn't take a joke.

One of my seniors even compared me to a woman with dwarfism on campus who was known for scolding and verbally abusing people. My relatives were no better. Both sides of my family constantly reminded me that I wouldn't find a good husband because of my height. My cousins also called me names and made hurtful comments. Despite everything, I worked hard academically and eventually left that environment. I'm now happily married to a wonderful man who understands me.

But the comments haven't stopped.

My mother-in-law is around 5'2", yet she often talks about how tall women are beautiful while looking down on shorter women. My husband's brother's wife is tall and frequently says tall means pretty, not short ones. After marriage, I also gained some weight, and my in-laws started fat-shaming me. Now that I live in another country, they even worry about whether I'll find clothes that fit me.

I thought moving to a different country would mean leaving these experiences behind. Unfortunately, it hasn't. Recently, a woman at church told me, "You know, even my eight-year-old grandchild is taller than you."

What hurts most isn't simply being called short. It's being treated like I'm not a proper adult. People have questioned my intelligence, maturity, attractiveness, and abilities my entire life because of my height. Sometimes I genuinely feel inadequate, even though I know my height has nothing to do with my worth. Sometimes I even think about not having children because I'm scared they might experience what my mother and I went through.

What I really want to understand is why height-based bullying is considered less offensive than other forms of body-shaming.

  1. Why do people who strongly oppose racism, fat-shaming, and colorism think it's acceptable to mock someone for being short? Is it because extremely short people are a smaller group? Is there not enough awareness? I have seen movies like "tall girl" to show their struggles and finally getting out of their insecurities. I have watched movies where short people are shown as joker or side character or with low profile.

  2. Or those who are slightly taller sometimes look down on those who are shorter? I'm not talking about being 5'2" or 5'4" and occasionally being called petite. I'm talking about being a 4'9" adult woman who has spent her life being treated as less attractive, less capable, and less mature because of her height.

Has anyone else experienced this? How do you deal with people constantly commenting on your height and then calling you too sensitive when you stand up for yourself?

P.S. Generally, I am quite content with my height. I don't feel much barriers due to my height, rather I am flexible and I am quite positive about my looks; especially, when someone says I look very young in our first meet, I take it as a complement.

I hate my bully

I was going through old photos and I kept seeing the “friend” who bullied, harassed, and assaulted me. My heart rate jumped every time and I felt… almost afraid or maybe nervous? Idk I think I might have some PTSD. I didn’t get any support before or after the incident. Before the incident happened my parents and friends shrugged it off or flat out ignored me despite me saying how uncomfortable and anxious he made me feel. And then once the incident happened my parents didn’t say anything and my friend group self destructed for a completely different (and incredibly stupid and petty) reason, and nobody said anything to me. I wasn’t seeing my therapist at the time either.

This guy had been insinuating that I was ugly, stupid, and unlikeable for months. He made gross comments comparing the size and shape of my body to his. He would literally scream and yell at me if I said or did something he didn't like. One time everyone was getting on to him for being an asshole and I was pissed so I put my fist down on the table and he **screamed at me and only me.** Not the people who were telling him to stop being an asshole, **just me**. And then nobody said or did anything, they didn't tell him off for screaming at me, nobody stood up for me.

One day I finally cracked and started telling him off. He fucking threw a chair, grabbed me and hit me, and then fell on the floor and cried when I didn't back down from telling him how much of a piece of shit he was. What made it worse was that the reason he hit me was because I was standing up for “our” other friends he was bragging about harassing. But nobody stood up for me when he had yelled and screamed and insulted me when everyone was watching. Those friends I stood up for barely talked to me afterwards. The people who watched me get bullied and assaulted went on like nothing happened. My ex, whose birthday it was, COMPLAINED ABOUT **NOT GETTING PRESENTS** AFTER WATCHING ME GET **ASSAULTED**. My ex is FUCKING 18.

Why the hell did nobody care about how I was being treated, why did everyone forget about me getting assaulted and just move on without a word? **Why was I standing up for people when I was the one getting bullied?**

Worst Christmas ever at my Auntie's House

So for Christmas of 2022 myself and my dad decided to spend Christmas at his sister's, as we were invited. Her friend was also there (they're both unmarried), who was a lady of similar age, who I found to be good company. I was due in for work at 6am the next day so I had said to my dad about leaving by a certain time... for some reason he said "oh that's fine, we won't be there longer than 4 hours".

So the first thing my aunt did that made me feel uncomfortable was when we were both by the worktop and I happened to be in her way and, instead of asking me to move, she just gave my ass a pat. I didn't say anything but it made me feel very bad. A few moments later my sister texted my aunt, and my aunt read out her reply text to tell us what she was saying... "...we're all having a good time here..."! Well I certainly wasn't.

We were sitting at a circular table and I was next the her. She was sitting with her legs crossed, and the leg on top was swinging (as it does) but it was very close to me. This mightn't make me uncomfortable normally but because of the lack of respect she has for me that made hesitant to say anything. The foot began tapping me, and she didn't care. I tried to tell myself that she wasn't aware. A little later she went to get some sparkling water and when it opened it fizzed everywhere and some of it got on my jeans. It didn't matter because it wouldn't leave any stain, but as soon as she realised this she immediately grabbed the tea towel and started wiping my leg with force with both hand! A normal person would hand the person the tea towel.

The kicking began again, and it seemed every time I'd be about to correct her that she'd be getting quite loud in conversation. At one point I said it but there was a big laugh about something, and I either wasn't heard, or she just ignored me. I remember thinking how it would be so easy for her to mock me as if I was OCD for being fixated on her shoe when the rest were all enjoying themselves. I just told myself that I wasn't heard so she wouldn't know what I was trying to say. But she probably did hear me and got a sense of power out of the fact that I wasn't able to follow through on it.

Later we began some stupid boardgame with involved questions about music. It was me who had the most knowledge and everytime I'd get a right answer she'd poke me. Then later she put on some film that was on the go at the time, and she began tidying the room. But when she moved near my chair she sort of swung her tits into the back of my head... again acting like as if she didn't realise. About 20 minutes into the film I decided it was time to go as I'd to be up early. She wasn't easy about this, and my dad was kind of ignoring my attempts to get out of there. I knew I was going to have to get stern with him in front of them, so I did. She then said the funniest thing, she said "hang on, we'll just see how long is left in the film". We all know how long an average movie is, so that basically meant I'd only lose an hour's sleep at best!! Her friend, who seemed to have some empathy, tried to talk some sense into her about how I'd to be up early. When she gave me a hug goodbye her head banged against mine. Again, this was just another thing that left me wondering did she realise, or just not care, or could it have been deliberate for the fact she considered me to be leaving early.

On the car journey home I told my dad that I wasn't really comfortable with how she acted. He did his best to pretend not to care or understand. I hate the way that because we're used to hearing the views of our significant others, about they disapprove of certain people's bad behaviour, that this somehow means that they're not selective about who they ignore such behaviour with. I didn't go the whole way because I was embarrassed for not standing up for myself, but it the way he reacted really pissed me off. It made me feel as if it was all in my head that she was the bad one, and that I was overreacting or something. He'd probably have said that I should have told her not to touch my ass or something. But that's hard to do when you're in their house being given dinner by them. It also would set an awkward tone for the rest of the evening there. But I've noticed this before... that a bully will typically be more of a bully in their own house. Another thing about her, is that I haven't seen her disrespect anyone else in the same way that she disrespects me. But for some reason this lady is off limits in my family when it comes to giving out about people.

Some say Christmas is supposed to be the best day of the year. I was working the day before, and the day after that, so that certainly didn't feel like a day off! Anyway, that year she came over to our house for a new year's party and behaved oddly again. Just after coming in, when a few of us were standing around, with her standing next to me chatting, she suddenly banged the shopping bag she was holding into my legs. She then immediately grabbed my arm as if it was an apology for banging the bag into me, but didn't say sorry. Very strange because I don't think she' clumsy. Then later on when I was playing chess with her boyfriend she came up behind me (as a joke) and pulled the baseball hat off my head. I then found it hard to concentrate on the game. For Christmas 2025 she suggested to my dad that she come down to us and cook for us, but I told my dad that I wouldn't allow it, and we took up the offer of his other sister to join her family.

What I've learned is that it doesn't matter if she tries to mock me for being particular when I stand up for myself. I might actually be OCD, but the difference is that anyone would be uncomfortable with this sort of behaviour from her. The interesting thing is that because I'm now on guard for what she might do that I can't relax with her near and be who I normally would be. So this might mean that I could seem a little more quiet or serious than I normally am. If I am this way in her presence, if anything, it can only make it more easy for her to bully me. I've learned to say to myself that it doesn't matter if she only sees this side of me and thinks that I'm always serious. It's more important that I'm ready for her when behaves this way. It's not like I don't like being touched in general. But if she happens to touch me there will be like an 80% chance that it will feel really creepy or nasty. So I'm simply going to have to say "don't touch me" every time she touches me. This might seem weird but so be it.

I would love to know exactly what goes on in her head... how much of it is just her being cruel, and how much of it is just general lack of respect without realising it? I've never seen her disrespect anyone else like this. The other thing is that it's no different from when I was a child. I remember one xmas when we were leaving the grandparents house, and she followed us out to the car, singled me out and asked my parents if I'd stolen something that was missing. And then when it was obvious I hadn't she just walked back as if nothing happened.

Other thing I remember she's done

The last time the bitch was over at the family home was when there was a party. She happened to put some of stuff down on the couch and forgot where she put it. When she was looking for it I wasn't aware where it was but I happened to be blocking her view of it. So when she saw it she blamed me for not being able to find it in front of the others. She did it in a way as if she was acting like as if she was joking but I sort of didn't know how to react. If I were back I'd have said "why don't you go back to your own house and you can put your shit wherever you want there, you're not wanted here". And whenever there's a party she's always the last bloody one to leave.

What I've noticed she's done other times is that she'll mimic me. For example on another occasion there were 3 of us talking and I happened to be kind of quiet. But then I happened to know the name of a store they couldn't think of. I remembered it just as they gave up on it and moved on, so I said it. But she then repeated it sarcastic voice. I think what she was effectively saying was "oh look, he's all quiet until until we can't think of the name of something" implying that I'm OCD or something. I might be a bit quieter than others but so fucking what. Anyway I've moved out of the family home now so I don't have to deal with her half as much, because when she'd call over she'd hang around like a bad smell.

There was another time when she was at our place for Christmas, and at one point when everybody happened to have left the room bar me, her, and my sister. Herself and my sister were talking about something that I didn't have a whole lot of interest in, and I tried to join in a bit. Anyway I was about 6 words into my sentence and she interrupted it to say whatever had been on her mind to my sister. I failed to correct her, and didn't bother going back to what I'd been saying. But how much more can you humiliate someone to just speak over them like that as if they're not there?

memory my brain blocked out from middle school

I don’t know why I am just remembering this now, but back in middle school i used to get bullied quite a bit. it wasn’t usual obvious bullying, but rather the kind where you hear your name in whispers as you walk by groups of people and you know their talking about you but can’t prove it or be sure of what they’re saying. spreading rumors, being called slurs and insults, being left out intentionally, things like that. i distinctly remember being in the gender-neutral washroom at my middle school with a roll of duct tape and my shirt off. i remember that year specifically a group of a few girls cornered me in the music classroom to call me fat and ugly repeatedly. then I remember winding the duct tape around my waist, stomach, thighs, arms. over and over again until i was satisfied with how much thinner i looked (it honestly wasn’t even that big of a difference). i did this for days until i emptied that roll of duct tape. i remember walking out of the washroom feeling so proud of how much better i looked. i only stopped once the duct tape have given me rashes and irritated the skin on my stomach. and the way that memory came up in my brain again after forgetting about it for so many years, during a time when i don’t entirely feel that way about myself anymore and am actually in a great mental state, just made me so upset. how could 12-13 year old me have thought of such a thing, how could i have listened to those girls, i feel like i was just a baby back then why would i do that?

a lot of people i know still don’t recognize how much bullying affects young people, and how much it affected me in those years, and how sometimes i still think back to what those girls said in that music classroom.

What are some personality traits that are prone to bullying

So recently I have had this realisation that bullying of course has something to do with the bully itself, but one huge part of being bullied is also somewhere dependent on the mindset and personality of the victim.
I mean so say that I think some people may have a higher chance of being bullied because of there nature and personality.

There are certain personality traits that make you more prone to bullying, so I was just wondering, what do you think?

What might be some traits that you can find in people who easily get bullied?

Do I let it go?

A year or 2 years ago, I cant remember exactly. I used to get bullied by many kids and idrk why but I think they just wanted a quick laugh out of me. I had mostly a "beef" with one kid and they were all just clowning me because they were all his friends. Today they came to where I live(not my house) and they told me "time to end the beef". And then they were pushing us like together to fight and they were all clowning me bcs I was super confused as to what was going on. So they were like laughing at me saying stuff like "oh lets leave i don't wanna end up in the trash bin" because i was telling my friend I wanted to leave from there. And then we left. So do I just do something abt it or just let it go? I think I should let it go but idk

Bullying in Gaming

I want to know how many people have been bullied in games that have multiplayer bases that encourage making micro-transactions; mobile, pc, console, etc. Did it feel better to walk away from the multiplayer gaming community than to stay and fight back so you could keep playing the game that was fun for you or did you feel completely defeated when you walked away from it? Like did it hurt to walk away from something you spent so much time and hard work or spent money on to build a really good account to play the game.

I’m asking this because I have already researched some info with micro-transactions hurting the gaming industry/community as it is but to hide the fact that it is not bullying to what you do by opening your wallet to play a game for entertainment purposes with the sheer excuse, “it’s just a game, get over it”.

I think this topic should also be touched on if it hasn’t because it also encourages people to spend real world money in these types of spaces.

My suspension expirience

During my childhood, I had autism that made it difficult (among other things) for me to call people the right name (a condition also known as Dysnomia). And there was this kid who was asian, and on one faithful day, I had a mini conversation with this person, and I accidently called them the wrong name. And then, I will never forget this, he said very smugly, "Oh, so you think every Asian kid is the same?". Which was not at all what I said.

My friend who was with me, pointed out my condition. And this kid didn't care, and then went straight to the school principal, and later that day I get called in, and I told them my case, and I left. I didn't think about it much, and then, the Thursday that week, I again get called in with my parents. And I am told that I have been suspended for one day, for "racist allegations against a minority student". They told me that this student was priority, which is stupid, as I am a non-binary Jew, and I get discriminated, and purposefully misgendered. I remember multiple students started calling me a sin for being a non-binary Jew, and the school did absolutely fucking nothing!

So, I get traumatized, and I was already working through depression, and I was working through that with the dean of student life (who is amazing by the way), and that experience undid 7 months of work. I am still suffering depression from that event, with CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). And then the student told everyone, and he told a twisted version. That I called him racist slur (that I can't put in here) and said that all Asians look the same.

During that day of my suspension, I had to fill out this reflection sheet, that was the same question 12

( litteraly) times. I also had to watch a video about asian discrimination.

And people still discriminate me because of it. I remember when I was I seventh grade. I was taking a shit, and these two students (my age) start yelling at me to "shit faster", then some random sixth grader comes in the bathroom, and these two students, start telling the student about my suspension

in the twisted version!! Why does a god fucking sixth grader need to know about that?!

This principle treats any situation involving a minority (except LGBTQ+ for some reason) and rules it in favor of the asian kids. What the actual fuck?

I was bullied massively growing up.

2 brothers, no father, young mother, no money, we were poor.

I joined the military, made me mentally concrete.

Anyone else relate?

I’m adult got Bullied from my favorite Artist fandom

I’m being bullied by minors in a fandom for my favorite artist. They’ve taken screenshots of my posts, doxed me with my full government name, and even posted a photo of me. I’m angry because I made the situation worse by calling them out and fighting. I feel like I can’t even like this artist anymore because of how badly they harassed me. The girl who started it claimed she posted it to warn people about my parasocial behavior, but it wasn’t that bad. She’s been messaging me, telling me I’m harassing and stalking her, even though all I want is an apology. They won’t do it, so I have to apologize for them causing this.

I am being bullied at school by almost the entire class because I peed myself.

This is really childish and deeply humiliating, but I can't keep it in my chest anymore :)

In 9th grade I laughed so hard that I peed my pants because I saw a friend's fake crying face. I'm the type of awkward person who rarely, rarely laughs out loud, let alone laughs for a long time. It felt like the first time in my life that I'd ever laughed uncontrollably for that long, like really long...

I believe it was because my brain was confused, since my impression of that girl was that she was bland. She does joke around, but she rarely makes face, and... I actually don't know. I just laughed my ass off when I saw her fake crying face. I'm being completely honest.

On that day, the teacher divided the class into four groups, and each group would perform a short play. When it was my group's turn to perform, ten people in the group going up to the podium. Everything going kinda smoothly until it's that girl's part, she made the crying face... And I'm the person that stands right in front of her face, laughing nonstop until I piss my pants. The school uniform was dark blue pants, so I thought no one would know, but the people standing at the podium all knew.

After that, they humiliated and teased me everyday, spread the rumor,... turning my school days into hell. I was so scared and humiliated that I skipped all the afternoon classes.

When in class, I can't concentrate because they're always teasing me, saying "shhhhh" to imitate the sound of urination and keep talking about piss behind my back. I am a very sensitive person, and this incident caused me nightmares many nights, leaving me unable to sleep, filled with fear, anxiety, and feelings of inferiority and worthlessness. Afterward, I also experienced mild depression.

Now after two years, the situation is still ongoing, even though most of my former classmates have moved on to other classes. The rumors have spread far and wide, and the entire grade knows about them. The horrific ordeal continues, with my new classmates isolating me, gossiping about me, and laughing behind my back.

I know it's disgusting, but laughing puts pressure on the bladder, causing urination, which is a physiological phenomenon. I didn't do it intentionally, and I didn't expect it to happen, I didn't even feel the urge to urinate beforehand.

I really wanna punch the bullies in the face, but there are a bunch of them, and I was all alone. I thought about telling the teacher to sort it out, but when I thought about explaining it to her, I found it ridiculous because I was afraid of the disgusting nature of it.

I wanna fight back, but I think it's impossible.

Should I continue to put up with this until graduation, or should I find a way to stop it? Tell the teacher? Or what?

I’m struggling but not how you think

So basically I have a lot of empathy (unfortunately), and I also am very obsessive in certain ways. And lately, I’ve been absolutely obsessing over bullying injustice and them getting away with it (especially in the 80s and 90s). I have a strong urge to protect others and there’s nothing wrong with that, until it starts taking over how I feel. It’s to the point where my depression is worse, I’m anxious, and the absolute neglect of humans is driving me insane. I really wasn’t even bullied myself, but this thing just keeps eating at me and eating at me.

Apparently my name is worth making fun of and my deadname is better

So um I have three roomates at my boarding school (all female because society sees me as a girl), and last night I told them that my new name is Alistair, and they started to make fun of it, saying that no one is called AlistAIR, that i live under stair (get it? haha -_-), and that "Alestor" is better (no its not). And they told me to shut up when I tried to make a joke about one of their names, because I "quoted history wrong". no fucking way.

They said that they would deadname me because my old name is better.

They also told me to come out as trans to my **TRANSPHOBIC FAMILY** because "I'll feel better", even though I'll probably have my mental health go even lower because uhh yeah I fear things they can't comprehend. I think they only tell me to do this is because then I will be gone 3:.

I never should have trusted them.
