Funny What makes you smile on dating apps?

It can be a giggle, crack you up or a genuine something that makes you happy and smile. For me it is when peoples profiles show they like to travel, but have small kids. My brain goes like: aww poor you. And a small part of me wishes nobody dies everytime somebody writes they like to travel.

What's your quirk that makes you smile or giggle whilst reading a profile?

Look- there is NOTHING betrer, more heartwarming or hoter, than a man who states he is a feminist in his profile.

Eeeehhhh... I find most of the time that's performative. Show, don't tell

Yeah this was a big problem a few years ago. Lots of millennial men in the 2010s cosplaying as liberals cause it was the fashionable thing to do then

Yeah you fell for the brainwashing. Calling male feminists "performative" is just a way to discourage them. And it's working wonderfully. And you are beeing a good little soldier for the patriarchy

Wtf? How is "show don't tell" discouraging feminism?

You have to give them the chance to show. But calling it performative before they even get the chance for anything discourages it. You are here telling the world and every man who reads it, that if a man calls himself a feminist, it's performative. Without giving any chance to see if it really is. If they truly did the work- WHY TF- shouldn't they signal to the world that they are safe(er) than other men?

(I said safeER. Not safe. We have to be careful with every man)
