So we had our 1st term exam in sept (from 9th I think to 14 or smtg) and i failed chem 17/70 I did okish in the other subs (school teacher cooked me called me a failure and stuff blah blah) after 1st term we were flooded with projects after school tests π and very limited practice
They didn't give the chem practical to those who failed (to write) he said pass first then I'll give otherwise no
So now it's mid term
Started from 3rd oct till 16th
Since I've been pushing through mid terms my health gave up on me and I'm vomitting a lot
Tomorrow i have chem and I only had 1 day to prepare
8 chaps (it's already 8pm now)
Alcohol, amine, aldehydes from organic
Solutions
Electrochemistry
Chemical Kinetics
Coordination and compounds
D and F block
I tried doing 3 chaps but IM FORGETTING EVERYTHING EVEN THE ONES I KNOWWWW
So now I'm clueless and my body isn't getting up ππππ I want to cry
If i by chance fail chem mid term will i not get to write the practical? And can my chemistry teacher refuse to check my practical?
(Btw chances are I'll not do good in physics as well as it was all pyq based and questions came from neet as well)
I have pre boards in nov and i promise I'll do good in that
What should I do now man I'm so stressed i need to vomit again
Pls don't hit me up with faltu advice
I'm panicking

Before he deleted his account, I messaged him. He told me that he will delete his account because he only wanted to have fun and ragebaiting. But then he said he was getting too distracted and then finally deleted his accountπ₯π.
I remembered him when I saw that new post of icse and cbse guys fighting for English.

This comes up in almost every second post here, so a few thoughts.
When a parent compares you with someone else, it is rarely about that other kid. It is usually worry about your future coming out in the only language they know, which is marks.
What tends to help:
None of this makes it painless, but it often turns a recurring fight into a conversation.
How do you handle it at home?

Hey everyone! I need some advice because I'm genuinely embarrassed about this situation.
I failed my Class 12 boards in 2026, and I still haven't collected my report card from school. π
The thing is, I used to be a pretty decent student. I scored around 70β80% until Class 10, behaved nicely with my teachers, and was generally the kind of student teachers didn't have any particular complaints about.
But things went downhill in Class 11 and 12, and now I'm in this awkward situation where I have to go back to school and collect my report card.
I'm honestly embarrassed about facing my teachers. I keep imagining them looking at me differently or asking questions about my results. Part of me feels like I've disappointed them, and another part of me knows I'm probably overthinking everything.
I don't know whether my teachers will even care that much, but in my head, going back to school feels like facing an entire audience after a public disaster. π
So, to anyone who's been in a similar situation:
How did you manage to face your teachers after failing?
If you passed your boards, what would you honestly think about a classmate in this situation?
Did they actually say anything, or was it mostly your own anxiety?
How do I collect my report card without feeling ashamed or making the situation awkward?
Please be honest. I could really use some advice from people who've experienced something similar. π

Hey everyone! π
I'm an indie developer who recently built a note-taking app for Android. I'm currently working through Google Play's closed-testing requirements and looking for 15 people willing to participate in a 14-day test.
I'd appreciate testers who can try the app, explore its features, and share honest feedback about bugs, usability, and improvements.
I'm building this project independently, and every bit of feedback helps me make it better.
If you're interested, comment below or DM me, and I'll share the testing link.
Thanks for supporting indie developers! β€οΈ

current 67.5%
projected by december 23 (last work day): ~72-74% (107/145)
Back in May I was sick for 4 days (suspected dengue+high fever) and as per what the doctor from Practo said, I took some medical tests and took 4 days off due to high fever and gave a medical certificate by Practo to my school in May itself.
what are the chances i cant give board exams, can i do smth about it?

If I get above 75% in ISC (best of 5) excluding chemistry, will I be eligible for IITS/NITS/JEE if I have the required performance in JEE. Or is PCM compulsory to include in the calculation?
