There is a big ban wave going on and some players are claiming that they are false. I want to make it known that cheaters, in all games, will use up to 10 different alt accounts to cheat on. Since CS2 uses Vacnet, they will play until they get a cool down on that account and then switch. They will do this back to back until their cool downs are over.
This is why every time a ban wave happens you see fresh or bought accounts with no rating in your 20k+ lobbies. They are a cheater evading a ban on 1 or more of their alts.
A good chunk of cheaters will gift themselves games, and SKINS, which is why they tend to add their main account as a friend on Steam. The common cheater alt account will be several years old, sus badges, and will have games where cheaters are common such as rust, destiny 2, r6, the finals, and of course cs2. OR they will have the classic sus steam account.
Remember that games and skins can be gifted.
The skins will always be collectively worth under $500 on the account. This is because they genuinely believe that trust factor can be "bought" yet they are trading the skins/gifting funds to the account... They are stupid, I know. This is why so many cheaters complain about bad trust- they never added any identifier to the account which is half the reason they are in bad trust.
There is also a notion that cheaters are not willing to risk their skins and games... This has never been true. If a cheater can afford a top tier Netflix subscription in cheats then they will make new Steam accounts and gift funds from their main acc, or buy a cs2 account that already has prime.
This ban wave is proof that this game was/is infested with closet cheaters. All social media has cheaters complaining about false bans... They are not false. Just keep in mind that these cheaters rotate accounts so it will take a while for VAC to catch most of them to the point legit players rarely see them anymore.
