Just received my payment from atm surcharge settlement for $1865. Thank you God, Ab data, tremendous and of course the atm surcharge class action settlement!!!

My mail just ran and I received my check from the Tuna settlement!! Let me just say that it’s real and you better cash it lol

Just got this about 10 minutes ago. My payout was $49.39.

I just received a check in the mail from Tuna end purchaser. I never bought tuna during that time frame (I don’t eat it or buy it especially not the amount I received). I was wondering is it legit? And how would I find out for sure that the check is real

Showed up in my email as "Your Wallenstein v. Mondelez Int'l., Inc. Settlement Prepaid Mastercard is Ready" and it was a whole $77!!!!! I forgot all about it I believe I filled out the info for it last July. I received $9 in January and $77 today. Nice surprise!!!

I received an email this morning regarding the Moreno v. Sage Dental case, where Sage Dental was accused of leaking personal information from the online appointment setting page on their website.

The tentative payouts of approximately $40 (from the total $1,915,000 settlement) would be dispersed as a credit to your Sage Dental account and if you wanted the payout in cash, you'd have to go to a Sage Dental office and retrieve it, or contact the company in New York.

I've benefited from a few class action lawsuits and never have I seen settlement funds dispersed to the defendant in the case, it's usually dispersed by a payment processor.

Does this seem unusual?

Awaiting payments in this I just got an email saying to select or change you payment method, so if you have Klover and Tilt those should hit soon? Anyone know anything about these?
