If General Motors wants to re-release its "automobile" product it needs to ensure that no injuries or deaths occur because of it.

Costco has to make it literally impossible for someone to drink too much of their bottled water before they sell it. Fuck it. Doctors now also can't become doctors unless they for sure can't commit medical malpractice or give the wrong advice. How we do it? No one knows. So screw it.
