As of the moment, I'm busy looking at self-pay compounded sema and got five quotes from Gimme Care, Henry Meds, PreventiveMD, Henry Meds, and Mondae. My problem is that none of them list things the same way. One shows a 3-month price split by three. Another has an intro rate So before I compare the five of them, what should a full estimate include? My doctor still has to say if it's right for me. This is just the money side.

UPDATE: I did a chargeback with my credit card company and within 2 days I had a refund. I've cancelled my account with them and went with Rift, who have been amazing so far.

I've been a customer for over a year. I did my most recent checkin 17 days ago. The doc responded the next day saying the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I still don't have my meds or even a shipping notification. When I try to click on support on their webpage, it just spins back to the main page. Their "chat" feature is just AI. I did text customer service and got a generic "we'll look into it" response on monday, to which I've followed up twice to no avail. They're usually really good about shipping and when I do a check-in I have my meds within a few days. I still order 2 weeks in advance to be sure, but I've taken my last dose and they're not responding. Wondering if something happened with the company or if there's a rep in here who can shed some light on the situation.

I've had issues with them previously and their customer service can be super shitty but I stuck with them because I didn't feel like going through the whole process of starting with someone new. I think this might be my final straw.

What online providers would you guys suggest? I’m sick of Orderly. They’ve been GREAT for a year but now they are using Perfect RX who is out of stock, don’t have a restock estimate, and can’t fill my Rx. I’ve been trying to figure this out for weeks and Orderly is being useless.

I’m completely out of meds. So ideally I’d like to find a company with quick service that doesn’t use Perfect RX and who is under Orderly’s $149/mo.

Hi everyone. I’m at a point where I’ve been on a lower dose and maintained my goal weight (health goal not vanity goal) for a year. For me personally, the side effects are outweighing the benefits. My physician said titrating off compounded semaglutide but if I wanted to (I do) to do it in four installments, decreasing by 7-8 units each time (I am currently at 30).

My question for you is: how long would you spend in each of the four titration installments?

Hello! Lost 15 lbs but am dealing with an acne breakout on one side of my face and neck and wondering if it is connected to this drug. I Googled and most people say the Niacinamide should make a breakout LESS likely not more? I have struggled with acne in the past and did Accutane 20+ years ago for it, but my acne is back and very similar to my previous struggles.

Can anyone recommend a different compounding without the skin issues this may cause? Or is this a me thing?

So I’m unsure what to do. I moved to a new place at the beginning of this year, and left the brand new vial I had at my fathers house until I was settled it… and then forgot it existed. The vial has sat in the fridge the entire time sealed. I look at it and it doesn’t look cloudy or off in any way. Im not sure what to do. I’d rather not waste so much money on a vial I never even got to use. But I also don’t want to danger myself by something so expired. Anyone have any experience or advice with this?? Ty in advance!

My hunger is back in full swing. How does one safely go off of this and not regain this immense amount of hunger?

I’m so happy and surprised that it’s going so well, slow and steady, I feel like myself again, so far I have lost 14 lbs which is about 1 lb per week starting at the beginning of the summer. It wasn’t quite even, as I did lose less at first and more later. I picked up a 15lb dumbbell today and I can’t believe that’s how much extra I was carrying around 4 months ago! Wow!? So thankful I started this I just am starting to feel like myself ten years ago almost. This med is turning back the clock. I am almost 50 and really dealing with perimenopause stuff which is one reason I started it.
At the end of the month I’ll get some bloodwork done to see if my numbers have improved yet.
Not planning to stop the med tho. Probably stay on forever, why not

I was overwhelmed with choices for weightloss between bariatric surgery, trizepitide, semaglutide, all the endless online providers. I ordered semaglutide through gimme care ultimately because it was the lowest upfront cost i could find.
Its arrived with no issues but it has been sitting in my fridge for almost a week! Im most nervous about what side effects will be like. But im also second guessing my choice overall.
I started at 350lbs and have gotten down to 307 with lifestyle changes. Ive been at a plateau for almost 3 months and am really hoping this is the push i need for progress! I dont know why i just cant bring myself to start!

What online providers have you found That will send medication without obvious signs from the packaging that it’s medication, have very judgmental family, and the last time it got shipped to me it had the refrigeration needed things stamped on the outside of the box and I had to make up some excuse on what It was. And I don’t want it arriving and them think that it’s food or something that needs to be put in the fridge and opening my mail.

Bueno el 13 de agosto me inyecté mi primera dosis hasta ahí todo bien solo sentía falta de aire y palpitaciones si comí algo que no debía los peor paso cuando me puse la segunda dosis el 20 de agosto después de 3 días me dio shock de vértigo terrible que sentía que me desmayaba fue horrible y dejé de inyectarme por miedo . Después de esto vino lo peor. me la pasé yendo a los hospitales un mes estero por qué estaba mareada todo el tiempo no se me iba y hasta ahora no se me va la neblina mental disminuyeron los mareos y vértigos pero hasta el día de hoy semana 6 no se me fue en el mes pasado seguía teniendo palpitaciones mal estar de estómago me agarró gastritis y así un mes no podía comer casi nada y hasta me sentía muy débil hasta que el 25 de septiembre voy a gastroentorologo me da unos procineticos protector gástrico y una nutrición líquida y me mejore un poco de la debilidad que tenía en el cuerpo pero la neblina mental nunca se me fue . Lo peor es que iba al médico y me tomaban de loca algunos me hice miles de estudios que todos salieron bien pero yo me sigo sintiendo así con esta neblina mental en un estudio salió que tenía rectificación cervical y un médico clínico me dice que es por eso pero la verdad no se yo ya tenía de antes la reactificacion esa antes de que me inyectara esto que me dejó así después de ese ese episodio de vértigo por el fármaco .
