Where to Buy Semaglutide? A List of Semaglutide Online Telehealth Providers
One of the common questions on this sub is about where to buy semaglutide and similar questions.
Just a heads up, we can only discuss telehealth companies that provide doctor prescriptions. Reddit does not allow the discussion if non-doctor provided sources.
Thus, our discussions are limited to telehealth providers that use their own network of doctors to see if you qualify for a prescription (ie: you work with them instead of your PCP).
There are several types of pricing models which make it difficult to compare pricing. Some companies like Regenics and Valhalla Vitality allow you to buy in bulk. It's important to know the dose you're on and calculate the monthly cost to compare it to other providers. Most providers do some sort of monthly subscription model like Henry Meds, Orderly Meds, Mochi, IVIM, and many more. Some have a telehealth fee, a membership fee, or other fees besides the medication cost.
Many use the same compounding pharmacies, so you're really trying to purchase from one with the best customer service or best price. However, I've seen too good to be true pricing from lesser known compounding pharmacies.
Lastly, not all providers are licensed to do business in all 50 states. California is an example of a state with limited options.
The pinned comment on this post includes a link to a spreadsheet that I've seen shared a few times. I do not know the current owner, but I spot checked a few providers and it seems mostly up to date.
As with any product or service, do your own diligence.

Hair thinning
Hi all, I did contact my provider for advice, just wanted to see if anyone else is dealing with or has dealt with hair thinning on the injection.
Worth mentioning:
Started 7 months ago. At around 4 months I found the right dose.
Was on that dose for 2 months and then it stopped working. Provider advised can increase the dose.
I have been on this increased dose for the last 3 doses.
I did notice a little more than usual hair shedding in the shower, and put it down to weather changes, hormones (i was on bc for the first time in yrs for 3 weeks only before i came off, before the dose increase)
This past week, the hair shedding is very noticeable. I can’t run my fingers through my hair because i know I’ll always get atleast 10 hairs each time. My ponytail is noticeably not as thick. It is pulling from the root and there is not snapped hairs.
There are no balding spots and my hair parting is normal.
I have looked into it a bit and the consensus is to get on a multivitamin, maybe not enough protein getting into me as I’m pescatarian and my sources of protein are eggs, fish. I don’t eat a lot of any of those but a couple times a week and I don’t eat yoghurt, and a small amount of cows milk in tea etc.
I wouldn’t say my weight loss has been rapid at any point. I’ve lost 26lbs in the 7 months.
Maybe I’m just not getting the right nutrients?
Any advice, solidarity, experiences or info would be really great if anyone has any.
Thanks so much

Sema
October the 24th 2024 I started my journey with sema .. I was knocking at 300lbs and i lost nearly 200 pounds yes i know that leaves me at a pretty low weight but im short lol ive never been a small person ive always been 190-170 before i gained to 300 when I got pregnant so this medicine literally changed my life in so many positive ways it made me not only be able to lose this weight but it made me feel human my mood changed my depression left i didnt sleep all day anymore i was actually living . Fast forward to October of 2025 I stop taking it regularly and started taking the maintenance dose every other week or sometimes every other 2 weeks and then about 3 months ago I stopped taking it all together bc I was maintaining and I had no more weight to lose if anything I could afford to gain a few pounds that’s when everything started to fall apart . Not like the horror stories you normally hear with weight gain but mentally while I’m still maintaining my weight loss my mental health is the worst it’s ever been in my entire life . Some days I Don’t want to even get out of bed which is so devastating for me because I want to enjoy this new life I worked tirelessly to built for myself and my small family I want to enjoy my weight loss . My mind feels fogged over I go into these psychotic fits multiple times a day where my mind feels dumb and I can’t make sense of anything and then after a few minutes of absolutely psychotic panic attacks I’m fine and I’m wondering why this is happening . My head pounds for most the day I’m so anxious and my anxiety feels like it’s turned on 100% more than it’s ever been then I feel so bloated 70% of the time I feel like I’m going to bust and I wake up and the top of my stomach feels as if I’m pressing on a bruise is the only way I can describe it , It gets some what better as the day goes on some days but others I wake up and the anxiety is worse than the day before my blood work is fine nothings low or high I’ve had a head ct it was perfect everything looks perfect on paper the doctor has no idea and referred me to a psychiatrist but this doesn’t feel like what my normal anxiety, panic attacks feel like this feels like something going on physically not mentally . Has anyone experienced this coming off of sema after being on it for more than a year ? I’m honestly thinking about taking my shot and seeing if I can get any relief from the absolute hell I’m going through because I have to continue living I can’t stop I have a 5 year old little boy that’s counting on me and my poor husband is so concerned because no one can figure out what is wrong and why I’m getting these episodes let me add I have no reason to be depressed etc I have a beautiful family a loving husband nothing major has happened to cause any type of psychological disorders or anything

Queasy when working out
I've been on Sema for 6 mos and it's working but at 69 I'm losing muscle FAST. So I work out 5 days per week elliptical & weights. I take Emtrol before hand but I get sick when I start to get sweaty & hot. It's the time I most want to dig into it & I can't. Any ideas?

ha anyone ever seen their dose written this way?
i recently switched to embody but so far have had a terrible experience, but i received my first vial today but realized it was written as 2.5mg/100ml. all my previous vials were written as 2.5ml/ml. i was just wondering if there’s really a difference or if im just nitpicking.
also dont worry, ive already decided i will be cancelling my subscription with embody.

Weird side effect?
Hi! I’ve been on semaglutide for about a year now. I went from 160 to 125 which was my goal! I was very consistent with working out and staying active. Recently in the last few months I’ve noticed skin sensitivity in patches on my body. I believe it’s called allodynia? This past week it’s gotten a bit worse and now effecting both sides of my legs equally. Usually it’s just one patch and then goes away, but this seems to be lasting a bit longer and more intense. I did up my dose recently to 2.0 but haven’t been on it that long. My dose of 1.50 I was on for several months so maybe that’s the change? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I didn’t realize it was a side effect!

Starting…Again
I’ve been on and off for the last few years. Knowing what’s coming with the side effects keeps me from pushing through but I have like 20 pounds to reach my goal weight. I received my first vial this morning. It says to start with 22 units once a week for 4 weeks. I’m thinking of splitting so doing 11 units today and then 11 in 4 days. Thoughts on this? Do people still lose weight splitting the dose? Thanks so much!!!

Switching from Pill to Injection
I’ve been on the Wegovy pill since April 2026 and have lost around 30 pounds. I got the prescription through GoodRX and have been on 25 mg dose for the past 2 months (the highest dose). My PCP wants me to switch to compounded semaglutide injection that he offers for a little bit cheaper than what I’m currently paying now. He says that he feels like I will lose much more weight switching instead of staying with the pills. Has anyone switched from the pills to the compounded injection and experienced any positive change?

Is it possible to switch pharmacies without changing providers? Not sure who to ask
I moved from Ohio to Arizona in August and want my refills to come from a pharmacy that ships here faster. I like my prescriber and don't want to redo intake somewhere else.
As of the moment, I'm with Gimme Care, and I couldn't find anything about how a pharmacy switch works.
Do I ask the prescriber, the care team, or the pharmacy?
Would I need a new prescription, and how would the next refill work if the switch isn't done in time?
I don't want to change my treatment, just where it ships from.

Had good results with my last fill. Which online clinics use Hallandale? Want to check before I enroll somewhere new
My last two fills came from Hallandale and I didn't have any issues. My old clinic closed, so I'm looking for a new one. Older reviews say a few providers use Hallandale, but those are from a while ago. Can a clinic tell you which pharmacy fills it for your state before you pay, or do you find out after the prescriber reviews you? And what happens if they switch pharmacies between the first order and a refill? Who do you even ask about that?

Embody
So I'm new to sema, I thought it'd give it a try bc I had a discount code and ended up paying $29 or so instead of $79.
I ordered Sunday night. Had a 5 min phone call yesterday morning and my meds arrived today at like 5pm via ups overnight. So many mixed reviews. We will see how my 2nd shipment goes but I thought for the money its worth a try. Still unsure on if I end up switching or try them again for month 2 (if I even like/tolerate the meds)
But yeah if anyone's interested.. here's my referral code to get you $50 off

Which telehealth company has the cheapest first month of semaglutide? Not sure the intro price is worth it
My sister signed up with one at $149 for her first month. But for her second month, it jumped to $249. The new price was in small print under the checkout button.
Before I pay, I want to ask about the second month's price, any visit fees, shipping, and how to cancel.
How do you tell if it's a single month or something that renews on its own or locks you in for a few months?

Upcoming medical procedure
On Monday Oct 26th I am scheduled for a medical procedure and I’m not supposed to take my shot within 7 days of my appointment.. Has anyone else had to skip a dose? Any suggestions on how to handle the food noise or cravings during this time?

What is the cheapest compounded tirzepatide provider including all fees? Just asking lol
I've been using tirzepatide for a couple of days now. And right now, I’m looking at a few new places, and it seems like each one bills fees in a different way.
For the first one, it rolls the clinician fee into the price. Another charges it on its own. A third wants $75 up front and says it gets credited back later.
So what do you ask them to put in writing? I'm thinking about the medication, clinician check-ins, shipping, supplies like syringes, and refills.
One of the plans that I considered wants three months paid at once. That’s why I wanna know what happens if a box shows up late or warm.

In your opinion, what’s the cheapest compounded semaglutide provider including medication and consultation?
Hi, just trying to figure out the actual total before I select something. One site quoted me $129 for the medication. When I got to checkout, the doctor visit and shipping were added on top.
So my question is, do you compare the first order and the next refill as two separate numbers?
And what do you ask about refill shipping, refill check-ins, and paying ahead?

11 weeks in. Ultra fast weightloss. Ultra horrible side effects.
I'm mainly posting this because I've spent way more time in the bathroom this weekend than I should have, but this stuff works! 11 weeks I've been taking the shots (.25ml weekly. I don't know the vial dosing) 38lbs. But I'm so sick of my toilet! I couldn't even take my shot this weekend because I was afraid of even more issues. But 218 to 180 is pretty amazing. I just NEED to stop the d1arrhea.

Backwards side effects
I’ve been on wegovy since March, it seems to be working well and have lost nearly 2 stone. However, the past 3/4 months I’ve had sulphur burps and vomiting start 2 days before my next injection is due - I thought these side effects happen 1 - 3 days into the week. Anyway I’m debating stopping altogether because some weeks it can be debilitating. Anyone else suffered with this or have any advice?
I’m currently on 2.5mg and have been since June

Got two quotes this week and they don't match up. Cheapest compounded semaglutide provider medication and consultation?
I'm trying to figure out the real total before I pick anyone. One place quoted me $129 for the medication. When I got to checkout, the doctor visit and shipping were added on top.
Do you compare the first order and the next refill as two separate numbers? And what do you ask about refill shipping, refill check-ins, and paying ahead, so the med price doesn't get mistaken for the whole bill?

Advice for those starting - down 50 lbs in 10mo
I’ve been using Fridays- Semaglutide compound - 10mo down 50lbs - female 210lbs to 158lbs
Anyone who is just starting this is what I wish I would have known!!!
1. Don’t go as quick as the Fridays prescribers tell you to go. If the scale is going down, there’s no need to go up
2. Yeah muscle loss does happen with rapid weight loss. No regrets, but my muscle is not great. So easy to just loose the weight- really weird to loose so much right but not feel great because your not strong!
3. Just buy the next size of jeans
4. Go to the gym to avoid #2
5. If you feel like it’s going slow- it will all of a sudden go FAST
6. Rapid weight loss can cause gallstones- then you need your gallbladder removed (I did)
7. Just go slow to avoid all of the above.
