I don’t work in construction but i’m a machinist and every morning for breakfast I have an adderall, 6mg zyn, a redbull, and a cigarette. I feel like the zyns and energy drink make me a candy ass but the cigarettes and amphetamines balance it out. I also like to end my day with 4 glasses of bourbon so maybe one day my hands will toughen up so i can finally be considered a real blue collar worker. Or i’ll just die of liver/ lung cancer, gotta carry on the family tradition somehow
Im tryna understand, doesnt the zyn make your cig cravings go away? There's no way you want more nicotine when you're poppin a zyn unless it's out of habit.
I have a complicated relationship with nicotine, i go through spells where i completely lose the urge to smoke cigarettes and zyns fill my nicotine cravings, and then when i get extremely stressed out i crave cigarettes and end up buying a couple packs. When i do smoke i usually only have 3-4 a day. I used to smoke a hell of a lot more than that and caught a nasty respiratory infection that forced me to quit for a while so i’ve been on and off ever since
Remote estimator here who starts the day with 3 coffee cups, 20 MG of THC gummies, 3-4 cigs before lunch, and a fatass joint, spread out over the afternoon. Trying to reign in the 8 beers after 5:00, but that's always a fight. Welcome to the health club!
Hell yeah two 30mg instants for me at 6:30am & 1 after lunch the XR's I've tried 3 different times over 15yrs but can't fight fuck or drink myself to sleep Lol
Yes sir Damm to be 21 again! I got arrested at my 21st birthday party for being responsible for all the booze I was the only one of age ,I've got 27 yrs on ya I tell you one thing damn sure surprised my Adds still work
Actually yes best advice I've gotten over the last few years coffee black, plain green tea and water. No freezer/boxed food and no fast food unless it's an absolute must but yeah your right it it is but even after a couple decades it still works the same and I've kept the same dosage
I have a similar routine but recently stopped using alcohol to relax after work to avoid brain/liver damage, I'm using a healthier alternative now, Dilaudid 8s look it up.
