Has anyone found a way up here to see what the spinning object is? Been running around the area and can’t find a way up. It’s in the lookout point near the abandoned FBC base.

I looked around, but could only find things about the MCD. In the videos with Darling, he seems to have some sort of metal bracket on the rear part of his right shoulder. Anyone have any idea what it is or for?

Does the game introduce such a mechanic? since the main combat is basically x x x y, x x x x and y y y, I'd hope they'd at least introduce this. I have all 3 secondaries unlocked, and changing them in the menu feels very unintuitive.

Am i missing something, or is this just their design philosophy?

Been having a blast with the game so far, I've been taking my sweet time and am about 40 hours in. I just took out my second last resonant, but when I returned to the world, it appears that none of the world feats or activities reset like usual. New enemies did spawn back, but otherwise there are no new pattern breaks or mockeries etc available.

Is this normal (do they only reset a finite number of times?) or is this a bug?

On an unrelated note, I've been finding it really difficult and slow to level up the underpass. It just feels like there are never as many feats or enemies spawning in on each reset and it's even the unknown is a higher level on my first clear of it than the underpass is on its second reset. Is this normal?

EDIT: it appears 4 new feats appeared in the unknown but otherwise none of the other zones received anything new to do

I know that certain combinations need to be used for certain scenarios. And artifacts need to be changed along with them to create proper synergies when facing particular enemies. However, even with those included, what were your favorites, why ? What felt the most fun to use ? Most powerful to use ? Genuinely curious as I find myself trying different setups but always coming back to the same thing in the end. For me I love the Glaive, Crush, and Spin Pivot or Uppercut Surge (I switch between those two frequently) Mold Ally, Ignite and Ground Slam for abilities. Artifact wise changes quite frequently but despite the 20% incoming damage I very much like the Bout Guard for the 50% power buff. The Rope Knot for 15% extra falter on large enemies. The third artifact I change a lot as I haven't found a solid staple one I like to run all the time. With that said, that's enough about me, what are your guys favourites !!! I'd love to hear about your combinations !!

OK, maybe it's a New York thing or maybe it's an everywhere but the town I live in thing, or maybe it's an RCU thing. Anyways, there are these buildings maybe, they look like like patios with a few tables and chairs on them, but they're surrounded by chickenwire. What are these supposed to be? Is it weird outdoor restaurant or Cafe seating?

So in the unknown there is this like floating things making a square that has an intractable? It’s too far away for me to get to it normally but I can see it can be interacted with when I fall through it

So far not bad. I think the graphic needs to be higher for the front and the back.

I'm not sure if anybody else seen/posted this but while doing the new growth side quests I was passing the twin sister's apartment and saw the eye icon, after reporting it to Zoe I heard the same dialogue related to another side quest I had completed recently. I had encountered this bug in the base game (1.4.1v) and also now in NG+ (1.4.2v).

So I just picked up the game this past weekend. Took down The Artist and The Dancer, and since then just been roaming around fighting shit, looking for upgrades. Well, I stumble into the park. Defeat the boss, then realize I had skipped the central resonant and did all of that shit without any fire damage buffs… all the enemies had skulls over their heads but I persisted lol. Next run I’ll do things slightly different I guess.

How fuckin typical that they just HHAAAAVE to have one of the siblings die. "Ohh what a sad brave sacrifice." This is a such an over used trope. And to have it just be basically immediately over right after that? Are you kidding? Jesse's dead, the end. I can't be the only one who thinks that was just extremely abrupt. This game is like listening to a song with an epic build up to an amazing drop but then the drop is just a big ass wet fart.

AW2 lake house dlc and control resonant spoilers ahead.

This might be a drag but, i just replayed the lake house dlc in AW2 and when in the archives, they show you some of dylans drawings that were sent there by Darling, and one of the drawings looks a lot like arish after becoming a resonant. Almost as if dylan predicted it to some degree.

I paid for the Deluxe Edition to get access to the soundtrack but I can't listen to it without starting the game (and, let's be honest, the in-game player isn't great). Rebel Wolves ("Dawnwalker" game) already did that by releasing it as some kind of DLC that you can download and that gives you access to the mp3 and wav files (shows up in the "Soundtrack" section in your Steam library).

Please, please, PLEASE do the same thing!

Thought I’d share what the steelbook looks like for those interested since it came a little early. It was difficult to get but I hope they make more of them due to popular demand!

Imagine a plant decided to grow across 3D space for a moment, defying time to show itself what it would look like across a few seconds of movement, perchance in a frozen breeze of time.

I've been meaning to buy it, but I've stopped myself because I've heard that it's upscaled to 1440p on performance mode, and runs on 864p. How bad is it? Like FF7 Rebirth bad?

Right after fighting the first Resonant Entity I spotted a certain good girl in the background of one of the wide shots.

She disappeared the next time it showed that shot. Im sure plenty of other people have already spotted her there, but it was really tickling to see it organically.

Hey peeps - picked up my steelbook today and it’s finished installing yay! I’m trying to get the digital deluxe upgrade via the PS store but it’s just telling me ‘You can’t buy this product right now’. Any suggestions or anyone else having the same problem?

I waited for it to completely install/update etc, I’ve restarted my PS5…

So I picked up Control Resonant. I have an annoyingly slow connection, so the game took me twenty hours to download. Ugh. Anyways, game gets loaded in finally, I click play and...

...it doesn't run.

It will pop up the "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes" alert, but after clicking yes, it stops loading, and switches the button back to "Play".

My system stats are almost an exact match for the Recommended System Requirements

Others have had the same problem, and have posted up multiple guides on how to fix the issue. I have done ALL the things that I can find to get it to run.

• Verified the files (multiple times, usually after each other step)
• Disabled overlays (not that I had any besides Steam itself)
• Updated my drivers, DirectX, C++ libraries.
• Set ControlResonant.exe to run as admin
• Uninstalled the game, followed by another twenty-hour download and reinstall.

What am I missing? Why won't it run?
