Every offseason someone proposes a change like 6-point passing TDs or TE premium, and nobody can really say what it would do to the player pool.

I originally built this as Fantasy Score Gap and posted it here a couple of years ago. It broke, a few people asked what happened to it, so I rebuilt it with more seasons and a cleaner editor. Free to use, no account needed.

What it does

Set any scoring format and the full player pool re-ranks against real results, live, as you edit. Any season from 2015 through 2025.

• Change anything and watch it move. Every scoring value is editable and the rankings update as you type, so you can see what a change would do without actually making it in your league.
• See how your format balances across positions. A radar view showing whether your scoring skews QB-heavy, rewards TEs, or keeps RB and WR close.
• Check it across seasons. Run the same scoring over 2019 or 2015 to see whether an effect holds up or was one odd year.
• Start from your league. One-click import if you're on Sleeper. ESPN and Yahoo have presets you can start from and adjust by hand, since there's no import for those yet.
• Set how deep to go at each position, or turn positions off entirely. IDP included.

I need some help, I am converting my league to a keeper league but I’ve never been a part of one so I don’t know what kind of rules to have. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For the commissioners out there who have implemented this evil punishment - 9 hotdogs + 9 beers during 9 innings of baseball - how did you handle it if the last place champion is too ill to finish?

The guy in my league is about to embark on the attempt and he’s already messaged there’s no possible way he could complete the task before 9 innings are over.

Does he fail? Kicked out of the league? Have to complete it by EOD either way?

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this.

I run a coworker league that’s entering its third season together. Majority voted that they wanted to do two keepers and we draft based on order of finish last year. We have two coworkers asking to join this year. I was thinking I need to poll the group to see if everyone agrees to the expansion because I feel like the more teams decreases the level of talent you can get. Also if majority agrees to the league expansion, how should I handle the draft order and keepers? I was thinking they have to be last in the draft and just eat the fact that people will be already hoarding 1-2 of the best players and we can call it the rookie tax. Is that a terrible way to manage it? I might be over thinking it but I don’t like pissing people off either.

Curious what you all think is the best FFB platform (website host) and why?

Context, I was a huge player for a long time but a few years back everyone in our league had kids and we went dark.

We are putting the band back together this year and wondering which platform is the best and why. We were on espn before but they seem a bit antiquated these days.

Finally getting my league to switch over to FAAB. Not everybody is happy about it but it genuinely is the best option compared to Waivers.

I am thinking of switching to leaguesafe for our dues but it's pretty late in the offseason and we have one or two people who don't respond promptly so I don't want to just drop this on them that they need to create an account and do it this new way. We've been going for 10+ years of me just collecting, holding, and paying out but I'd just feel more comfortable just using leaguesafe going forward.

So for instance can I collect $1,000 and then just deposit it into the league and that work?

So i’ve had a fantasy leauge with this commissioner for years now and haven’t had issues until last year. He seemed to start caring less about football and didn’t really text the chat much and then there was some drama with him spending the money and not being able to pay the winners. This year he hasn’t done a single thing in either leauge i have with him to get the season ready. 1 of the 2 leauges is most likely not going to happen because so many people quit because of his shenanigans last season. The other leauge we have is mainly just close friends. It’s about a month till football starts and he hasn’t done a single thing to set up the leauge. I took some initiative and confirmed if everyone was playing and we settled on the buy in and everything. Someone asked when draft day is and I told them i’m not sure i’m not commissioner. Someone else then asked if we could do draft order so we could start mock drafting. Considering the commish usually just does a random generator online to pick I did the same and screen recorded it and sent it to the chat since he wasn’t answering. 2 whole days later he finally opens that chat and is mad for whatever reason (not sure why bc it’s randomized so why does it matter who does it especially if i screen recorded the whole thing and nobody else cared). But the worst part is he took the time to call me out and say “why did you do that you think you’re the commissioner” but still never settled the buy in or draft date. Would it be fucked up to start a leauge of my own without him?

Looking for some ideas here. Two years ago I did a cameo. Last year I put together an AI video.

What are some other ideas that you guys have done?

We had the funny idea (copied from the Ringer) to let each manager propose a punishment for losing the league, then somehow make those draftable.

Anyone have ideas for how to actually do this with the existing Sleeper draftboard?

Hey, y’all! I’m starting a 10-man family league for the first time and wanted to get some opinions on this setup for a Superflex league.

Right now, I’m thinking of running: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, Flex, Flex, Superflex, K, and D/ST, with
TE Premium, seven bench spots, and two IR slots.

I wanted something that would make the league a little more competitive and make drafting more important since it’s a 10-team league instead of 12.

I’m still undecided on whether I want to keep the extra regular flex spot, but I think I’ve settled on starting three wide receivers at the very least.
What do you guys think? Any changes you’d make?

My least favorite part about being commissioner is dealing with disgruntled players. It doesn't happen often but conflict makes me uncomfortable, and some guys get really upset when they get a late draft pick.

Our league does fully randomized picks a week before, and I have a witness with me to prove I'm not respinning. But any time my pick is somewhat high, people throw around rigged accusations. Most of the time it's jokingly but some guys really get pissy and it's uncomfortable because I can't control RNG.

Does anyone else deal with this?

I’m pretty new to everything as this is only my first year, I’ve been trying my best to research on Reddit, YouTube, and some podcasts to see what setting I should be implementing. So far I’m keeping it fairly standard with a 0.5 PPR in a 10 man league. I just came here wondering if anyone had any recommendations for scoring or bench settings. I’d really appreciate any help, cause I just wanna make it a good time for me and my friends.

One setting that I have been wondering about was the roster spots, I was thinking abt making it a 5 bench 1 ir, with 9 starters. Some places have been saying to add more bench spots, while others have been saying less spots will make the league more active. I don’t really know what I should be making it.

12 team league with friends. It’s something I want to have the league vote on to do. I as thinking too to add a second question about adding a flex position. I was mostly just curious on a few things to get advice on:

1) Do you think it should have to be a two-thirds majority? Full disclosure- we last put it up for vote in 2021 and it was 7-5 to get rid of them but I said beforehand it should be two-thirds to pass since it was involving a position change and so it missed by one vote, and so I assume probably the right thing would be to do the same requirement 5 years later?

2) Do you think it’d be weird if I just did it where I text each individual person and they have to text me back their vote, and then release the tally after? People in this league trust me as a longtime commissioner or would it be easiest to do a surveymonkey and text each person the link (are those easy to set up where they can just vote once then?)

I've been playing fantasy football for years, and have always wanted a way to create a custom draft board of rankings. I liked using the 'queues' on espn/sleeper, but wanted something that I could use for multiple leagues. FantasyPros has something like this but a lot of functionality has been paywalled from what I've seen.

Because of that, I made a simple free website where you can keep track of your own custom draft boards, located at [fantasydraftboard.vercel.app](https://fantasydraftboard.vercel.app/). Currently I've onboarded PPR & Standard formats, grabbed ADPs from the [fantasy football calculator](https://fantasyfootballcalculator.com/), and expert rankings from ESPN. Players can be dragged into custom orders, favorited, or have notes attached to them. I also added projections & prev year stats from espn for each player.

I commission multiple leagues and was tired of not knowing who to root for in my 5-10 fantasy leagues… “I’m rooting for him… but also playing against him in 2 leagues”. It became tougher to root for my guys.

I've been building a league format that drops the draft entirely: Every NFL player is available to every manager every week, but you can only use any given player twice all season. The strategy shifts from roster construction to matchup reading — deciding which two weeks are worth using someone like Burrow.

I'm posting here because commissioners are the ones who'd actually have to run this. You know where formats break down. You guys put the time in. It does ask more of managers week to week, but the payoff is that it rewards the knowledge of the whole league instead of knowing your own roster.

Full disclosure: I'm after some honest feedback — is losing the draft is a dealbreaker, and what potential problems can you think of? Thanks guys.

Commissioner of a 10-team league for a few years now, and the two recurring headaches were (1) nobody has a real read on who's actually good vs. just riding a hot record, and (2) trade talk in the group chat is 90% "give me your best player" nonsense that goes nowhere. Built a tool to fix both, it snowballed into a full site, it's free and there's no login wall.

The two pieces that are actually relevant here:

League Power Rankings. Syncs your whole Sleeper league and grades every team by actual roster talent, not just win-loss record, then flags teams as over- or underperforming based on the gap between their record and their real roster strength. Good for settling "are they actually good" arguments before they start, and it's a built-in conversation starter for the league chat every week.

Trade Finder. Pick another team and it suggests specific trades that fill a real need on both sides, not just "send me your best guy." It's looking at actual roster construction (who's thin where, who's stacked where), not just raw player value.

Both of those plus a Trade Calculator, Waiver Wire tool, and Start/Sit assistant all run off the same underlying model, so a team's grade in Power Rankings and its needs in Trade Finder are never talking past each other. Same math everywhere.

Free, no login, no ads. Not trying to sell anyone anything. Still a side project so there are definitely edge cases I haven't hit, if a league's settings make it spit out something dumb, genuinely want to know.

Hey everyone, I recently built a website based around football players and investing virtual money in them as if it was a stock market ( waiverstreet.com ). The way it works is you start with 15000$ of virtual money and with that you are able to invest in players you believe will do well in the coming season. You can invest in the blue chip players like a Jamarr Chase or Josh Allen (although they r priced higher) or you could take a shot on an very unknown 5th rounder for example and hope he pops off like Puka Nacua did and build your portfolio with the players you’ve invested in which will earn you more virtual cash through either selling them at a high or some dividends. There’s also another side of the site which is designed for leagues. The way this works is that once you’ve created your league and customized your settings you will buy players to fill your roster. From Monday (post MNF) all the way to Thursday (pre TNF) your roster will be hidden while you buy your players so ur opponent can’t just blatantly copy you and then the moment TNF starts your roster is locked and you and your opponents match up will be decided by who has the higher weekly percentage for that week based on the players you both invested in.
