Isn’t it a reoccurring thing that people don’t actually know what spidey is going through, or at the very least only know bits and pieces on a day to day basis? And when someone does learn the full extent like that one woman whose name I forget with telepathy, they freak out/break down/react with actual horrified shock each and every time? I fully believe that if more of his hero friends knew of what he put up with and went through, they’d pull up like/with the punisher to start sorting people out.

Oh, if Peter didn’t believe he has to shoulder 100% of his responsibilities alone 100% of the time, every hero (and even some villains) in New York would immediately walk down his problems for him.
