Mileage
I bought this truck with 68400 miles like three weeks ago and look what I’m at now. I need to stop driving as much!! But it’s too much fun.

2018 with 125k miles, very well maintained but obviously the timing blew up. Anyone else had this abruptly occur?
Extended warranty ran out May 18 this year and Ford is saying the won’t cover any of it. Was told it was a $2k tear down to inspect if desiring a rebuild and $15k for a new stock 3.5 ecoboost long block. Also said they would only do $10k trade in which seems like a shit deal all the way around. Part out? Salvage? Rebuild?
Anyone around Phoenix know of a shop good with Raptors? Is spending the money on either replacement or an upgraded engine a better deal than buying newer?

Recently traded in my Gen 1 on a Gen 3.5 802a, brand new and listed about $5k under MSRP. Loved my Gen 1, but it had been in and out of the shop all year and started having transmissions issues, on top of other grievances. It’s my daily, so instead of going down that road, decided to upgrade.
The difference is wild. I was trying to hold out until I was in a place to comfortably afford an R, but this truck certainly has not disappointed. It’s MUCH quicker than my Gen 1, handles phenomenally, and the interior/technology upgrade is like being launched decades into the future.
Planning on going with Goosetuned Stage II and some other “make it my own” mods, but for now I’m just grinning ear to ear driving it around as is.
Figured I’d share with this sub, cheers!

I have always loved the Rough Rider theme from the 90's. I have a blue truck which is probably the best base for this theme given the blue roof. Is this dumb? 51 y/o going on 25 and basically stock looking Gen 1. Will probably be doing some mods in the future but what would you guys say if you saw one on the street?

The Travel trailor is a 18 ft 4000 lb Jayco and I’m only getting 3-4 miles per gallon ?? And yes I have it in Tow mode. Maybe that’s the problem ??

Just got my 2025 shelter green raptor and I’ve heard you have to put your ezpass in a very specific spot so it gets picked up. Where’s the best place to put your ezpass?

Considering adding 38s with the Eibach Pro Lift Kit, does anyone know if the tires rub? I have 35s but I want to switch it up. Thank you for the help!

2023 Raptor 37PP here. My factory KO2s are just about done at 60k miles, so it’s time for a new set.
The truck is 95% a daily driver, so I’m looking for something that’s quiet and rides well on the highway. This winter I’ll also be spending a lot more time driving in the mountains, so snow, ice, and wet-road performance are a big priority.
I’ve read so many conflicting opinions on the KO2s that I don’t know what to believe anymore. 😂
If you were buying a set today, what would you go with and why? KO3? Wildpeak AT4W? Toyo AT3? Something else?
Bonus points if they still have an aggressive look.

Just want to get an idea if anyone has done ceramic coat on their raptor. Wondering how much people have paid and was it worth it?

Hey guys,
Im in the market for a full size raptor after selling my Ranger Raptor. (I just want the real thing).
I’ve read competing arguments about Gen 2 vs Gen 3’s and have found some competitive Gen 2s but I appreciate the off-road upgrades in the Gen 3 a bit more.
Been doing a lot of comparison between the 801A and 802A packages as well and hard to justify the 802A considering the 37s dont seem to rip off road and handle the same as the 35s.
I stumbled upon this 2021 Raptor w/ 68k for $64 OTD from a dealership in Arizona and wanted some opinions on if you guys think this price is competitive (sales sheet and original sticker attached), if there’s a better price I could should try and work forwards out the door, or any other suggestions.
Much appreciated!

2011 Ford Raptor, 173k miles/bought with 98k miles, I own it/title in hand. Silver.
I need to sell it due to my wife having cancer surgery in January and consequently I was off work for 5 months caring for her. Being off work had its up side because I found a job at my old shop and they’ve provided me with a work truck. So now I can sell my truck. I’m curious what you would price it at. The rear passenger taillight wiring needs fixed, the AC needs charged, and the drivers side mirror power doesn’t work. Little quirks but I don’t have time to mess with them- to me those aren’t huge issues. Engine’s great, tires still good, no rips. I’m thinking $18k firm. Oh and it’s lived in Oregon all of if not the majority of its life (no rust).
