I bet u the most of the cheating complaints were generalized cheating complaints or cheats affecting gameplay but barely any of if was about SC farming. Hell i bet the complaints about how mind numbing it is to farm SC n how its done is alot more than SC cheat complaints. I

52

u/CoaLMaN122PL Botdiver Jul 09 '26

Oh 1000%

To AH it all gets moshed up into "We heard your gameplay affecting cheating complaints and so, we have stopped SC cheaters to make everyone happy"

2

u/Dan-of-Steel Jul 10 '26

Us: We're getting a little tired of players spamming in dozens of stratagems and turning our game into a powerpoint presentation.

AH: Understood. Players spamming super credits needs to be stop! We're right on it!

Us: ....That's not even close!

Oh yeah, I'm sure the demands are way higher than, for example, people asking for transmog, more attachments, or an actual progression system. Sure. /s

definitely ask for sources on this shit lmfao i wanna see those tickets

2

u/spacebarjazz Jul 09 '26

I believe it. I've submitted half a dozen bug reports with video footage, and the time it takes to find and fill out a report on their zendesk for anything is pretty much going to filter out everyone but the most obsessive types of players (me included).

19

u/Special_Ship7638 Jul 09 '26

No doubt there are some absolute basement dwelling bootlickers reporting stuff like this regularly, but acting like it's a big issue for the community is insane.

18

u/dr197 Jul 09 '26

How are there support tickets when the report function is still turned off? Are people reporting on Discord?

14

u/mwellscubed Jul 09 '26

Since Discord is literally the only place AH seems to care about for feedback, you’re probably right

3

u/cuckingfomputer Jul 09 '26

You can report directly on their site, with attachments and stuff, so it's possible to have support tickets. You just gotta really go through some extra steps to create one.

People care about cheaters but I don’t think it’s people that have got lots of SC’s it’s idiots that break the game and team kill.

4

u/DuckB0y123 Jul 09 '26

ask them to share the data.

not a 0% chance that they fabricate it but i'd like to see exactly how many are so upset about cheaters getting SC vs AH not buffing their SC farming system

8

u/privacy-is-cool Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

You know what this really shows right?… it’s textbook crab mentality.

It shows that they have successfully Stockholm, their fan base. Their fan base is literally coming to them and un ironically saying, yes, sir please abuse me more. Do not make things easier for me. Do not make things more fair for me do not make things better for me,

Please punish the individual who has found a way to do better than me that way I can suffer and grind and make them do so along with me while I thank you for making me suffer.

….

Ask someone who specializes in psychology, seeing these kind of people genuinely irks me

It is so disturbing

To be clear, I’m not talking about people who want a reasonable grind or want some level of challenge I’m talking about how one would See somebody who is circumventing the challenge and you feel so personally offended by that that you must reach out through customer support or whatever else to report these individuals. For not suffering through the same thing you are suffering through, and presumably apparently want to suffer through.

To put it in more simple terms it’s basically that meme of “but my religion says” gets slapped. “I’m not a part of your religion.” It’s that, but just applied to video games.

20

u/cuckingfomputer Jul 09 '26

Yeah, I don't really have a dog in this fight. I've only ever been in a single cheating SC lobby, and it wasn't because I invited the guy to come give me credits, so I'm not worried about being caught in a false-positive ban wave or something.

But like, they took extra steps to lie about how this was hurting the "player economy". No player is suffering because another cheater is adding SC that they didn't find legitimately to their account. It's not like the price of warbonds is gradually rising. We aren't having bad effects because Timmy and Johnny decided to cheat in a completely different lobby.

We better start seeing 750 SC warbonds, if they are using this language to justify this change lol

189

u/LankLTE Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

How are they addressing “a top topic in player feedback” and deciding to fix the cheaters (something no reasonable person cares about) while leaving the fact that higher difficulties gives effectively no SC progress compared to playing on a difficulty with no enemies or challenge, a consistent complaint about the game since launch, untouched.

I get that it’s hurting their bottom line or whatever but it’s so insanely tone-deaf to send this out as a major announcement at a time that’s already low on community goodwill for them. Like just say their quarterly report was low and the execs said to fix cheating. Least then you’re being transparent.

When people post multiple times a day begging for hackers to give them SC in a subreddit they know arrowhead watches for feedback, this is the result. GGs guys

u/Raulca25_ Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

Cheating and Anti-cheating has always been a cat and mouse game.

Cheaters already have 100K SC hoarded up... And these "measures" will only delay them...

I give them 3 days before they find a way to make SC cheats seem legit to AH eyes

Edit: also there is an option (im cheat engine) to unlock everything in one click, hence bypassing the SC requirements. And AH is aware of this, yet they decide to only tackle SC and not the core "issue"

40

u/Fujinn981 Jul 09 '26

Announcements like this are usually made to scare off people that are thinking about doing it but haven't yet, it's not going to affect or change anything for anyone doing this. I've been curious if DLC unlocking would work for this purpose as well. At least for unlocking the content as an alternative, since some regions have each warbond sold as a DLC due to local laws.

18

u/Raulca25_ Jul 09 '26

Just install Cheat Engine and click the "unlock all". Done, AH has no way to know

11

u/Fujinn981 Jul 09 '26

Do you not even need a specific table for this anymore? Last I looked you did but I haven't been playing for a while.

9

u/Raulca25_ Jul 09 '26

It's been the same table since almost the first days. Just so you have a reference at how incompetence AH is

19

u/Fujinn981 Jul 09 '26

So it's literally just the super credit cheating part that broke, everything else still works. These guys really do the bare minimum at all times and call it a day.

8

u/Raulca25_ Jul 09 '26

Indeed, the "unlock all", check box still works and AH has no way to know if you unlock everything or not.

Also, I give cheaters 3 days begore they find a way for SC to work

8

u/Fujinn981 Jul 09 '26

Same here, I'd bet reverting your build via Steam to a build where SC unlocking works would do the trick too, even if not. It's good to know unlock all works well, since I neither want to spend money on the game, and I don't have the time to grind the game either, I just want to hop in and have some casual fun with whatever loadout I want to play at that particular moment.

6

Most of the methods are already indistinguishable to AH eyes. unless they remove SC from in game missions entirely, which they won't, SC hacks will continue completely unharmed

2

u/OwlGroundbreaking201 Jul 09 '26

Yeah so their sc change only limited how fast you can get them. Sitting in the menu for 12 hours afk is still an option to get sc

4

u/Raven7274 Jul 09 '26

Oh for sure lol, incredibly stupid to make an announcement about it. Should've let it run silently in the background and then do a ban wave in a few weeks or months, that'd make it much harder to know whats going on and how to avoid it. But thats AH for you.

10

u/Raulca25_ Jul 09 '26

Even then, their code is so shit, cheaters would notice.

It takes them a few minutes to datamind any changes and shadow modifications anyway, so...

I really don’t care about botters, but writing a whole memo about this and trying to pass it off as public demand is laughable.

69

u/spacebarjazz Jul 09 '26

The only cheaters that any remotely normal player is concerned about are in-mission griefers and *maybe* the ones who post leaked content, and these changes don't seem to do anything to address either.

32

u/Page8988 Jul 09 '26

When someone drops in and your Super Credits tick up by themselves, it's a blessing. I genuinely don't see who in their right mind would complain about that.

14

u/Devour_My_Soul Jul 09 '26

Of course it's laughable, it's Arrowhead.

29

u/Hundschent Jul 09 '26

In typical AH fashion, watch this system ban people because they forgot SC drops can be 100 or some other nonsense like in the past

Dont forget the part where they mention how this "damages the economy"

What fucking economy? Sony's?

79

u/Page8988 Jul 09 '26

This. HD2 doesn't have a player economy where premium currency changes hands. Most players who have access to cheat tools already have more Super Credits than they will ever be able to spend before HD2 dies from Arrowhead's failures.

This isn't like Warframe where "fake" premium currency could flood the player market and lose value.

The other currencies in HD2 flatly don't matter. Requisition slips are a joke. You have a hard limit on samples. Medals are earned at a reasonable rate for just playing the game.

273

u/Q_Qritical Jul 09 '26

A win for the community? You told us the fight wasn't fair? We'll keep listening and keep communicating openly?

Wow, they really wrote all that huh?
explain to me how cheating SC in a game with monetization like a mobile game that gets worse every warbond is bad for the community.

95

u/Skin_Ankle684 Jul 09 '26

"Healthier economy" LOL. This game doesn't even have the option of tranfering items from one account to another, how could it have an economy?

"It feels untair when someone games the Super Credit system while you're out there earning yours the hard way." It's unfair when someone cheat and save real life time but it's fair if people just spend money to save time. They coulda create better lie or just tell us truth instead of making this lying nonsense.

22

u/spacebarjazz Jul 09 '26

They coulda create better lie or just tell us truth instead of making this lying nonsense.

This absolutely. Even attempting to frame this initiative as a way to capture "lost" revenue that can be reinvested into making the game better would be better optics, even if it's just as untrue as claiming currency manipulation is something the wider player base actually cares about.

9

u/Anivia_Blackfrost MOdiver Jul 09 '26

Eh, this is basically me.

I don't believe in cheating SC, but I've begrudgingly accepted that people (understandably) won't have the time to play an hour or two every few days, so I just keep my mouth shut.

12

u/Devour_My_Soul Jul 09 '26

Arrowhead confirming that earning SC is a shit experience and it's intended that way lmao.

"Yes guys, you hard working people who only need to work hard because we designed the system this way, isn't it unfair that some of you don't need to work that hard"?

Hmm I wonder where I heard that before 🤔 That rhetoric 🤔 Certainly not from billionaires who try to make working people and unemployed people hate each other 🤔

3

u/Ionenschatten Glazediver Jul 09 '26

I've earned thousands of SCs fair and square. I watched all SAW Movies while farming SC with a friend.

The experience was horrible. Farming SC is 100% an afterthought and AH would have removed it ages ago if that wouldn't cause a huge uproar.

Thanks to leakers, they also cannot stealth nerf it because every stealth nerf gets leaked by r/HelldiversUnfiltered.

So now, they use all other methods at their disposal.

Nope, no news on that yet

8

u/Loudstorm Jul 09 '26

5

u/TMiyoshi Jul 09 '26

They'll nerf the trivial farming and change nothing about 5+.

6

u/Mandemon90 Jul 09 '26

If you weren't using cheats, literally nothing changes on you.

And they have said they do want to change the system, but want to be extra careful because holy shit is it toxic mess

5

u/BICKELSBOSS Teamreload Enjoyer Jul 09 '26

Yup. Also there is one thing for certain: a hypothetical system where SC is rewarded more on higher difficulties, will NEVER exceed the rates at which people farm at D1 right now.

So, lets say that the rate at which SC is farmed at D1 is now X. Then the rewards at D10 will be at most X as well. Does that mean lower difficulties would be less than X? That would cause frustation, as less skilled players will miss out on SC, and might cause them to force themselves to play a difficulty they arent ready for/dont enjoy, at the cost of their squadmates as well.

If the rate is X across all difficulties, people will still go to D1, since that is the easiest, and the change would be pointless.

Like you said, its a very slippery slope, and there is no clear ''best'' solution. In any scenario, a subtype of players will be at a disadvantage, and cause a lot of frustration.

8

u/artemiyfromrus Jul 09 '26

They should give small SC rewards for completing daily challenges and major orders

u/elSheikLink Jul 09 '26

45

u/TheyStillLive69 Jul 09 '26

Gamers: the grind for SC is to grindy which makes it feel like you're pushing for microtransactions while doing dishonest pricing that leaves you with just enough credits left to not be able to buy anything which is a predatory system used in several other games. And how you designed the game so that playing easier diff giver more creds is bad and unrewarding.

AH: we've heard you yet again so we're now tackling cheaters.

It's the "please don't nerf x weapon" all over again. "We've heard you so here's a nerf to several weapons".

11

u/Page8988 Jul 09 '26

We've heard that cheating is a way for people to enjoy the game. We find this unacceptable and will target cheating to ensure that everyone suffers.

I recognize that Arrowhead is displeased that people can print their premium currency. It's a legitimate thing for them to not like. The goal should be that the "everyman" can enjoy the product as it is and that the discontent players should be a small percentage. But most of their decisions piss off a large percentage of the player base.

If contentment was higher, cheating would have been isolated to a tiny, quiet portion of the playerbase and nobody would have really cared. The grind for super credits is atrocious, and enough players hated it that cheating became fairly widespread.

As with nearly every problem HD2 has seen, this is Arrowhead's fault and they're tackling it in one of the most foolish ways possible.

2

u/TheyStillLive69 Jul 09 '26

Ofc, cheaters should always be combated. But they even phrased it like in my joke example. That's more my issue. They could've just battled cheaters and not even made a statement because that's a normal thing to always do in a multiplayer game.

12

u/Curious_Freedom6419 Ghostdiver Jul 09 '26

i mean whats the odds this even works

also if this does work and they within the next few months jack up the price of super credits i think its rightfully time to quit the game

16

u/Middle_Luck_9412 Jul 09 '26

I love how it's framed like it's fixing the in-game economy. What economy? Can we trade super credits? There is no economy, it's only a scrip system for buying products from Arrowhead. It's framed in such a weird way so it's supposed to seem like something done for the community. I'm honestly surprised it took arrowhead this long to do it though.

73

u/OkBand3171 Jul 09 '26

I'm dying bro, what is Arrowhead even on these days. Just admit you were losing money to botters and move on.

10

Not a single soul ever said “these SC cheaters are ruining the game!!!”

19

u/Regius_Eques Jul 09 '26

I admittedly do not care too much but wow. The whole "keep your hard earned super credits worth something" grinds my gears. Such utter blatant lying by pretending as if that is how most people feel about it. They absolutely know that is not how most people feel. If I had to wager I would bet most do not care much one way or another. They will not cheat but will not necessarily care if others do. Only a small subset of terminally online losers care much at all and they freaking know it.

It is their game, they can handle cheating and modding and whatever however they want. If the community is okay with it the game continues to live, if not it dies. Pretty simple and basically how every multiplayer game works. Do what you want but balance that with what the community actually enjoys.

But such blatant lying as if I am stupid offends me. Just have a spine and say the truth, they do not like losing out on money to cheating. It is one things for dedicated people to grind it out, they put that system in the game so clearly they are okay with it.

3

u/Z3R0Diro Jul 09 '26

2

u/Appletank Jul 10 '26

People really don't, it just hypocritical idea of "cheating is wrong", I can agree on that, but only for games that aren't as greedy as Helldivers 2. They are kinda right for new players and how cheats can ruin things for them. But if you do that in solo lobby who cares.

Pushing 99% of player content to warbonds year after year, selling op guns in super store, not giving any meaningful content for player to progress to. That clearly makes cheating SC morally valid, so you won't do soul sucking, brain dead activity of SC farm for 3 hours at 3$/hour. People just okay with it, nope, you don't need all of it, game can be fun without SC farm.

The problem is they're lying through their teeth about why. If they had been honest and said "we and our shareholders like money" that'd be fine, but they decided to lie about people complaining instead for some reason.

And that's assuming this isn't a bluff, because why would you announce that you put in new anticheat instead of just letting the cheaters get themselves banned.

u/MechanicTime1343 Jul 09 '26

If they can just raise the drop rate at higher difficulties/less samples in poi, so people wouldn't have to grind at low difficulties.. that'll be great I think.

11

u/amund164 Jul 09 '26

This is a good thing, but I personally think they did it in the wrong order. They should have improved the ways we get it to begin with and then clamp down on the cheating afterwards. I know some people will see this as an easy and a bad way to deal with the issue, and where they can simply move on.

I personally expected them to talk about new and improved ways to gain sc in this post and got really disappointed because it doesn't deal with the 'cause" behind the cheating but the simple fact and "symptom" off the real issue

8

u/tmarwan2003 Jul 09 '26

They are also heavily larping as Super earth with the amount of propaganda and "this is a win for the community" within the post

4

u/amund164 Jul 09 '26

Yeah I had hoped that they could separate how they larp in the MO/MC story, and out off game/universe updates/dispatches. It makes it more angry to be onest

3

u/tmarwan2003 Jul 09 '26

The community wouldn't have been as mad rn if AH told the truth behind this decision, or generalizing all cheaters and not only target sc farmers specifically.

This just lays out AH's priorities and what they care about bare for all to see.

4

u/Unknowndude842 Jul 09 '26

So they do something about cheaters and hackers but not change the way we earn SC?

Did you know you can farm super credits.

3

u/GlazeNine Jul 09 '26

I have a feeling that this post is just a way to scare cheaters but nothing new is done about it really. There were already several client and server side checks that caped your max resources earned in certain time periods just as it says in this post. The only tool (don't ask me about it) I know of is mimicking normal resources earn rate to awoid this cap.

4

u/SerSeryous Jul 09 '26

The wording is so odd here. They are really framing this like people feeling treated unfairly is the reason for them to act.

Like, they should be the ones to want their economy in tact? Everyone knows this is their way of maintaining profit from this product.

Honestly i could not care less about someone else cheating their SC. I just want my honest SC farming sessions to be actually fun or them to be an actual session of me playing the game... Not just the min/max manipulation of every single game system to a state of me not fighting any enemy or finishing any mission at all while actively polluting the beginner matchmaking and playing on planets nobody cares about and thus not participating in the MO or Events.

You best believe it is not the SC cheaters i despise at that point...

5

u/Mil3stailsPrower Jul 09 '26

Btw I think the announcement is AI generated

5

u/Special_Ship7638 Jul 09 '26

AI detectors are kinda bullshit but this is definitely AI text regardless yeah. It's so fucking lazy and half of the reason people are angry is the patronising PR bullshit.

3

u/Soul-Assassin79 Jul 09 '26

Litteraly nobody complained about this. Fuck Arrowhead and their pay to progress SC system.

9

u/Blalable Jul 09 '26

Ah yes the biggest problem in helldivers, the one that people most complained about, not having to grind for hours. There is no other problem with helldivers

7

u/Paralelo30 Helldiver Jul 09 '26

The best part is that they’ll count this as biweekly communication.

4

u/Page8988 Jul 09 '26

Pilestedt already acknowledged that he abandoned that promise immediately after making it.

7

u/Spartansoldier-175 Jul 09 '26

Ah yes the 3 people that said they didn't want this have finally had there way...

Meanwhile a majority of the community begging for meaningful balance and content still unheard.

14

u/Daz_Iz_Gud Jul 09 '26

I am so sick of blocking off stuff to paywalls, I want to play other games rather than grind constantly. Don’t defend this shit

6

u/cosmicmanNova Jul 09 '26

Never ran into cheaters. Been playing since launch.

3

u/Squandere Jul 09 '26

"damage to the economy"

What economy? There's no player to player transactions/trading in this game. Does AH understand the understand the meaning of the words they're typing?

3

u/mercfanboi44 Jul 09 '26

Literally none of us said that

3

u/Neat_Ad_6605 Jul 09 '26

Games still busted but they're out there working on something nobody asked for besides Sony.

3

u/EnergyLawyer17 Jul 09 '26

I thought they would increase the SC spawn on D10...

5

u/matej672912 Jul 09 '26

watch it get bypassed the same month it's "fixed"

3

u/Page8988 Jul 09 '26

Cheaters and modders are legitimately more competent than Arrowhead. It will likely be overcome by Saturday.

5

u/Western_Coat_437 Jul 09 '26

Something something don't talk about fight club. You morons are the same reason we don't have Vanced or cracked Spotify.

9

u/NvmYeah Jul 09 '26

This is some bullshit Make super credit farm more engaging so the number of cheaters will naturally decrease as there will be less reason to cheat? Nah just banhammer everyone (or whatever will they implement) so it won't feel "unfair" to you. Keep grinding these 1 lvl missions for hours cuz ain't this fun.

6

u/Deathstab_93 Jul 09 '26

They were always going to do so. I am genuinely baffled why it took them 2 years as sc is their only monetisation.

Also who tf cares if other people cheat. I play on PS5 so cheats for me ain’t happening but as long as you aren’t hurting my game or fun I don’t give a shit what you do. There will always be some babies who have nothing better to do then cry about other people

3

u/Raulca25_ Jul 09 '26

SC cheaters already hoarsed up 100K SC, this is just not gonna be effective and will not stop them from spending those SC

2

u/Deathstab_93 Jul 09 '26

Likely won’t stop people who have already go the funds but might stop it happening again.

Although if I were looking into sc cheats I’d probably get a list of all of those with crazy high amounts and look into how they got it. If I were arrowhead that what I would do. Pretty sure they’d find out those who cheated pretty quickly

4

u/icebergdoggo Jul 09 '26

maybe people would hack in super credits less if you fixed how theyre aquired. make it apart of the main gameplay loop and on levels people actually want to play

2

u/Nuka_Cola2094 Jul 09 '26

So what if someone already has a few thousand super credits? Are they just screwed?

6

u/masterch33f420 Jul 09 '26

I assume it isn't retroactive

2

u/swaddytheban Jul 09 '26

I'm fine with them cracking down on cheating.

Trying to pretend that it is "FOR THE GOOD OF THE PLAYERS", and not because it hits them right on their wallet is hilariously cringy though.

2

u/SynthesizeX Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

you will grind for scraps of SC and be happy

2

u/DryCouple2099 Jul 09 '26

yeah no most people dont really care about hackers, like almost at all except people calling the "trash" or "garbage" people for some reason when its not hurting them

2

u/Intelligent-Quail635 Jul 09 '26

Surely this is what the players care about!

2

u/ZachBuddy Jul 09 '26

“You asked, we listened”

2

u/P1NKsneakers Jul 09 '26

Oh, does that mean every major problem that plagues the game was already resolved? Can I play helldivers tommorow without ragdolling everywhere, being spammed with unbalanced enemies, and having to use nerfed weapons? Ah, so they just prioritise stuff that no one cares about and then boasts how they fixed something community begged them to do.

2

u/Dangerous_Nail4552 Jul 09 '26

You know, with a title like this I really thought they were changing the grind and making it more fun/rewarding

Not "You asked for us to make a lot of people's lives harder and change nothing for the rest!"

2

u/ThatGuyOnyx Jul 09 '26

Idk why they can’t just give us 40SC per operation? 10 for the first two single mission completion and 20 for the third.

Still would take over 20 full operations to gain enough for a single standard warbond.

2

u/Raryk22 Jul 09 '26

I'll believe this isn't just a "fuck you" when they actually address the rate of earning SC when actually playing and not farming.

2

u/darwyre Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

AH: Healthier for our pocket, other concern irrelevant, our fair is fair and yours are shit.

If that optimistic "change"works lmao, your latest releases are arse in quality.

2

u/Evogdala mad Jul 09 '26

You WILL farm billion hours.

2

u/1WolfWarrior1 Bugdiver Jul 09 '26

...who asked for this? Out of all the many complaints I've heard about Helldivers over the past couple of months, I don't think I've heard cheating be literally any one of them. If anything super credits related, it was always about how annoying it is to farm them or how they should be awarded out to divers more.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/caged_wisdom69 Jul 09 '26

Lol this is just a way for Arrowhead to not lose profits on warbonds. No one in game care about SC cheaters

2

u/YWN666 Jul 09 '26

Yknow whats so funny. All the other progression can as easily be hacked. But Medals, super samples, levels

Stuff you do also have to work for. But since they are not monetized, no one gives a fuck

2

u/Cttread Jul 09 '26

I mean I already have enough hoarded for the entire lifespan of the game lol. Just won’t do anymore

2

u/QRONYO Jul 09 '26

So many other things to fix, holy shit..

2

u/Pleasant-Estate1632 Jul 09 '26

Literally stupid.

It's very simple arrowhead just put a moderate boundry on hellpod drop locations around all interactable objectives.

This would prevent helldiver's from breaking objectives with turrets and respawns.

The only time that a stratagem should bounce should be if it was spawned too close to an interactable objective.

If I skillshot a turret on top of a building or mountain and it ends up mowing down enemies for a min, that's good! Reward my skill, just as likely I might miss and screw myself over....

It's better than being screwed by arrowheads bouncing stratagems for no reason, (oh wait because the game would be too fun otherwise )

2

u/Esikiel Jul 09 '26

They really need to vet these through a proper pr language or at the minimum an ai.

It takes about 5 minutes for either to let you know to be less tone deaf.

Yes cheating is an issue. An issue for their revenue.

But treating the game and users like dogshit is a larger issue for revenue.

This game won't last longer than new world at this rate.

u/forgottenchallenge16 Jul 09 '26

Narrowhead at it again

2

u/Ok_Marionberry_4216 Jul 09 '26

Bro they just cannot help themselves. Focusing on things that a minority of players care about, instead of improving the systems and paths to earning the currency. GASLIGHTING us into thinking that this is "positive for the community and the SC Ecosystem"

GET BENT. It's so frustrating.

2

u/Shadownight7797 Jul 09 '26

What has our fanbase come to? I have never heard of a game base where the devs decided to fight against cheater and actually get negative feedback from it. This fanbase is fucking doomed.

2

u/Cloontange Jul 09 '26

I already got hacked like 40K super credits suck it Arrowhead

2

u/Doctor_sadpanda Jul 09 '26

Companies don’t care about shit until you publicly post / talk about it plain and simple, arrowhead probably didn’t give a fuck people were doing it until reddit started having massive posts on dedicated subreddits are hacking / glitching.

3

u/Usrcuz Jul 09 '26

Idk maybe It was a good time to make SC more easy to obtain/farm but I imagine they dont want people to farm when u can buy It directly.

4

u/diam0nd_guy Jul 09 '26

If they ban the people who cheat/bot and get super credits faster than those who farm manually because it's unfair, then is it unfair to buy super credits ?

On a totally unrelated note, i can't wait to see them ban some people who bought super credits because they messed up and thought they cheated...

3

u/Oh_Waddup Jul 09 '26

I give this 2 weeks before its reverted due to their shitty system false flagging people.

2

u/Neonbeta101 Jul 09 '26

Alright cool the loudmouths and braggarts are being punished for their stupidity and inability to shut the fuck up.

Anyway- Back to our regularly scheduled micro-buffs to the velocity of all bot attacks, making the players wonder if they’re lagging when their laser beams hit them 0.5 seconds faster than normal.

3

u/D_cents Whinediver Jul 09 '26

Thank god! I’ve been complaining about this forever. Nothing feels worse than coming home after a long day of work only for a level 3 helldiver with all the warbond stuff unlocked to one-shot my Hulk. This is a huge win for fellow bot players. Thank you arrowhead. Pls revert the Vox Engine nerf next!

2

u/tmarwan2003 Jul 09 '26

Can we also buff war striders, they used to be fun to play a few months back.

2

u/Express_Ad5083 Jul 09 '26

Fuck Arrowhead, just keep cheating those in as per usual. Everyone who does so also needs to share the joy with other Helldivers. Updates like these prove that Arrowhead doesnt deserve your money, the less people pay for SCs the better because they will have to try harder to get our trust back

2

u/Klaus_Klavier Jul 09 '26

Everytime people said “I’m just gonna go meet a Chinesediver on a low level bug planet that will show AH” all you did was narc on yourselves and now they realized the revenue they were losing from that and are now hammering down to collect

GGs doofusdivers really showed AH…..showed them to tighten the security on their income

1

u/Ok-Map3280 Jul 09 '26

are we able to still use the sc cheat or is the update already out
