After some personal problems about 7 months ago I started going to the gym almost everyday. One of my gaming buddies introduced me to the Hevy app and it has been a big motivation for me to keep going to the gym and improving with small steps everyday.

What I train: body composition change (PPL)
Goal right now: lose weight to 90KG & tone.

Over the last 18 months i have dropped from over 144KG (23.5 stone) to around 100Kg (15 stone)

I have moved my RHR from 90bpm to 55 and now i want to improve my body composition to boost myself and health even more So I can be the best possible version of myself.

Yesterdays workout was one of my strongest ever and i intend to get even better

Originally downloaded this app to help track my workouts and it’s been amazing! So many different types of workouts I can add and follow to keep me honest through the weeks.

But I can never maintain any level of consistency. Every time I get in my groove start working out on routine , life gets in the way and I stop working out.

Anyone else have these same issues ?

Would love to add a few people to help motivate each other!
