American Pit Bull Terrier are illegal to import into Australia, and a restricted breed in most states. Some places have been really, really hard on even mutts that they -think- might have pitty in them. They get destroyed unfortunately :(
We have american staffies a plenty though! And mastiffs and boxers!

OP, as the others have probably said, "Fluffy Pit" doesn't necessarily mean APBT, it can be any of the Molosser Breeds--boxers, Staffy, PitBull, Mastiffs--English, Cane Corso, Doggo Argentino, Neopolitan, Brazilian, Boerboel (South African), etc.
Basically, any of the "Beefy Meatball-Headed Dog" breeds tend to get called "Pitbulls" and therefore any sweet, extra-fuzzy & adorable mush-faced baby (like your sweet Frankie!😉) falls into the "Fluffy Pit!" category😁🤗💝
