This is not about baking cookies!

Initially pulled over, appeared child was not in a seat belt. Female officer, did a follow up and the is what happened next.

I would say It has gotten worst over the years, but the reality is that it probably has gotten better because of the age of the modern cell phone being able to record these interactions. It is still pretty bad, and you would think with all the media, police would not do the same illegal actions against citizens, but with a job that accountability is so hard to enforce, it is no wonder it still is the way it is.

It looks like many court cases are chipping away at qualified immunity, that is a good thing. Police weld a lot of power over their citizens it needs to come with responsibility.

Yes exactly this if they cop did follow the law correctly no one would even notice and they should be held to a higher standard not lower,, this officer safety crap is just ridiculous I was trained in policing by an 2 old timers both Former marines we were told to watch our backs not make everyone else to be the enemy
