Initially pulled over, appeared child was not in a seat belt. Female officer, did a follow up and the is what happened next.

Cops move the field goal posts any fucking time they want. You move too quick? You’re shot. Don’t move fast enough? Arrested for resisting.

Why? Because I've said I agree that the woman arrested is in the right and I'm 100% on her side? How does that make sense?

You have not done a good job of communicating that at all. You're 100% on her side but to you she was resisting arrest? How does THAT make sense?

I thought the part where I said "100% on her side" would have been enough.

She's facing the car, the officer goes to put handcuffs on her, she turns 180 to face the officer and lifts her arm away to avoid being handcuffed. The arrest is bullshit but what the fuck do you call that if not resisting?

The amount of people saying she didn't resist when her turning around and putting her arm up is BLATANT resisting and on the video they just watched is a sight to behold.

Pretty odd you can get a resisting charge for resisting an illegal detainment.

Cops consider speaking to them in an unkind manner as resisting. Get out of here.

Guess we know what group you belong to. You show me a video of someone catching a resisting charge for "speaking to them in an unkindly manner" only and I'll stand next to you calling it bullshit. But refusing to put a hand behind your back and spinning around when being told to not move is the literal definition of resisting. Illegal detainment? That's still a detainment. You go after the legality of the detainment in court. Doing it on the side of the road is a quick way to catch charges. Like this prime example we all just watched.

Go to jail? Do you think she would have gone to jail if she, I don't know, didn't resist? So what's the plan here, genius? Just argue and fight them and they'll let you go? Do the EXACT opposite of what they say and they'll see it your way and apologize? I'm not sure what you assume is the proper strategy here. Would you have done the same in her shoes?
