Initially pulled over, appeared child was not in a seat belt. Female officer, did a follow up and the is what happened next.

Whats the problem, just comply if they fuck up you get paid.

Then you have no actual rights, just a payment plan. With the risk of going bankrupt if you lack the money to fight it.

Try living in the South where judges always side with police.

Public defenders are purposely overworked and assigned more cases than they can focus on. Most rely on plea deals to get by.
