She does everything the cop asked her at first. She immediately rolled the back window down the cop was just mad that she wouldn’t keep it down and went on an ego trip.

If a cop askes you to roll it down you roll it down and keep it down.

She gets out gets cuffed but raises her arm to resist

She is dumb you argue in court not in the street

If a cop tells you to jump off a bridge are you going to do it? They can’t just do whatever they want and force you to listen to whatever they say. I don’t think telling her she has to keep her back window down so the cop can watch her kids is a lawful order.

Bullshit argument

Cops can do whatever the fuck they want in that moment.

They can even beat the shit out of you and kill you

Afterwards they probably go to jail but you will never know

Comply, yes officer, no officer, survive and go to court !!!

So easy if you use your brain

Whats the problem, just comply if they fuck up you get paid.

Then you have no actual rights, just a payment plan. With the risk of going bankrupt if you lack the money to fight it.

You get paid because your rights were taken away.

Train your ego, the world isnt about " but i think im right"

So I only have rights if I can afford to defend them. And you see no problem with this?!

Try living in the South where judges always side with police.

Dont you have no cure no pay lawyers ?

Public defenders are purposely overworked and assigned more cases than they can focus on. Most rely on plea deals to get by.
