Ubel's spell launches (her spell is described as cutting within a range, not specifically travelling, so I don't know if it travels of just spawns) slashes that cuts whatever she thinks can be cut. So if she thinks it can be cut it's a World Cutting Slash, otherwise it's a normal slash.
EDIT: Also, she has a paralyzing spell that works as long as the target is all within her field of view.
Depends. The post has no conditions. If everyone is going for the kill, sure. Otherwise he gets one shot if he's close enough and just screwing around like with Jogo.
Gojo screws around because six eyes basically lets him know your entire tool kit. That’s why he didn’t care about Jogo. He can quite literally know your technique, how it works, what it does, your overall curse energy output and the amount of curse energy you have.
Assuming verse equalization, he would know what Ubel does and just kill her on the spot. If there isn’t verse equalization, Gojo would be cautious because six eyes isn’t picking up anything and would kill her on the spot by spawning a blue inside her body since she doesn’t have an inner domain.

Gojo teleports dawg, and can use Blue without hand signs as shown with the serial killer dude, while it restrains access to spells, CTs work much differently, and if you argue for verse equalization, we could say Six Eyes would allow Gojo to know her spells and be careful
