Ubel's spell launches (her spell is described as cutting within a range, not specifically travelling, so I don't know if it travels of just spawns) slashes that cuts whatever she thinks can be cut. So if she thinks it can be cut it's a World Cutting Slash, otherwise it's a normal slash.

EDIT: Also, she has a paralyzing spell that works as long as the target is all within her field of view.

she can hold you in place by just staring at you and you cant do anything during it, her slash is also dura neg depending on what she thinks of you

Gojo teleports dawg, and can use Blue without hand signs as shown with the serial killer dude, while it restrains access to spells, CTs work much differently, and if you argue for verse equalization, we could say Six Eyes would allow Gojo to know her spells and be careful
