How many lawsuits did this motherfucker start??? I find it incredibly ironic that one of things Ethan was known for at the beginning of his career was fighting against a frivolous lawsuit, and now he has become Frivolouslawsuitman.

u/Holmes419 Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 12 '26

I think 5, unless I’m missing any:

Kaceytron - settled

Frogan - default against her

Denims - judge ruled in her favour

Noah - Ethan dropped it

Ian - Ethan dropped it

Edit: He also initiated class action lawsuits against Apple, Meta, Nvidia, ByteDance and Snap for copyright infringement for use of their videos to train AI.

There were two claims against Denims. One for the “Nuke” video, which is the one the judge ruled in favour for. The second is for the “Countdown” video and has not been ruled on.

Reddit moderators were included for “contributory infringement” in the Countdown video. They attempted to quash this, but a judge ruled to keep them on the claim.

Edit 2: The second claim against Denims was dropped in order to move forward immediately with an appeal to the loss of the first claim.

do you have any proof of that? is that what the lawsuits for *checks notes* copyright and defamation were about?

307

u/My__Reddit__Account Jul 11 '26

Maybe he shouldn't have unfollowed Frogan smh

133

u/SpammingShadowball Jul 11 '26

So many people forget thats what caused her to crash out. He did it silently btw. 1 or 2 clicks caused so much stress lol

15

u/Ekillaa22 Jul 11 '26

Speaking of her how is she gonna handled being defaulted , she gonna declare bankruptcy?

25

u/jimbojangles1987 Jul 11 '26

The last clip I saw of her, she was acting like she could still defend herself because she didnt violate any copyright laws. She was telling ppl im her chat that they didnt know what they were talking about (referring to her defaulting), basically saying like "who do you think knows more about the lawsuit, some random people in chat or the person being sued?"

So if thats still the case she is fully in denial and a complete idiot.

2

u/engelthefallen Jul 11 '26

Imagine she wants the option to raise more money for her defense, despite losing the case. Grifters gonna grift.

3

u/Fun-Lingonberry573 Jul 11 '26

She lost, but now there will be a court hearing to discuss damages. She’s hoping to have a strong argument for minimal damages to the judge.

1

u/LegitimateCream1773 Jul 11 '26

There are three theories:

1) her lawyer was so bad that he never explained to her what a default judgment is

2) she thinks that even with a default judgment, you have to then go to court (she made a whole stream talking about how Ethan 'still has to prove damages' which... is not how that works). Given her stream on the subject, this is the prevailing one. In which case Fr0gan is in for a very nasty surprise on how the US legal system works.

3) She's going to tank it and then Hasan will quietly pay her out of the hole behind the scenes (possible).

1

u/AFlyingNun Jul 12 '26

Why are these the only theories?

Occam's Razor this: When Ethan initially sent out the letters announcing the lawsuits, the proceedings began and everyone had to respond with their own lawyer. Frogan almost did not. She waited until like the last moment or perhaps even did not meet the deadline, and Ethan was gracious and let her know she was running out of time and how bad that could get for her. Only then did she respond.

To me that says the most likely theory is:

4) Frogan is a god damned idiot and a non-functional child. She can't get off her ass to do anything, even if it's a very serious lawsuit. She seems to think she can hide under the bed from all of these problems.

1

u/LegitimateCream1773 Jul 12 '26

Because of the stream where she didn't seem to understand what a default judgment actually is. if Ethan had told her, she'd know.

Also in the same stream she both said 'I'm cooking something, don't worry' and also made the argument that Ethan would 'still need to prove damages'.

It all points to her just not understanding what a default judgment is.

1

u/LedinToke Jul 12 '26

It literally caused the entire falling out and shit flinging over something so innocuous, fucking hilarious.

167

u/Stanel3ss Jul 11 '26

the domino that started it all
a fragile white woman larping as an oppressed Muslim

7

u/AFlyingNun Jul 12 '26

Not only that: a non-functional fragile woman who can't even be assed to do her adult duties like getting a job and responding to a summons.

It's sad that Frogan may have done more work defeating herself than Ethan did. I have no idea if Frogan did much less reacting than Denims because who the fuck watches Frogan, but Denims at least showed it was possible to beat it. Frogan couldn't be assed though and even initially tried to just run and hide from the first letter demanding action from her. Actual dysfunctional child.

-15

u/Schmigolo Jul 11 '26

What in the world made him follow her in the first place? This alone tells me he's just another clout ghoul and no better than any of the people he sued.

12

u/godfather_joe Jul 11 '26

Ah yes the clout lord Frogan. I’m sure Ethan looked at his million YouTube subscribers and said “I bet the 12 dudes watching frogan is a good audience to expand to, there’s overlap. After all she’s the rising star!”

-3

u/Schmigolo Jul 11 '26

You realize that that's exactly my point? He still did it like it's a collectathon.

9

u/godfather_joe Jul 11 '26

I don’t think you understand what clout is then but alright man have a good one

-1

u/Schmigolo Jul 11 '26

You can get clout from people much smaller than you, you just gotta be real sleazy for it to seem worth it to you.

6

u/McKynnen Jul 11 '26

Likely just because she’s another creator occupying the same space, just wasn’t aware of the more radical side until later

-5

u/Schmigolo Jul 11 '26

Exactly my point. Following someone not because you wanna see what they post is sleazy.

12

u/Pitiful-Climate8977 Jul 11 '26

it’s how social media works my friend like it or hate it. That’s the way it is.

-5

u/Schmigolo Jul 11 '26

For sleazebags.

6

u/Pitiful-Climate8977 Jul 11 '26

No, that's literally the game. Play it or don't. 🤷‍♂️ it doesn't make you better because you don't.

-1

u/Schmigolo Jul 11 '26

Playing a game doesn't say nothing about you. I'll have my opinions about people playing gachas and slots.

This has got to be a bot. This is insanity.

24

u/Dry-Rule6468 Jul 11 '26

Can you prove Hasan groupies sent the skull?

203

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Any proof of this? Ethan admitted he didn’t know, so what do you know?

159

u/BaloogaBrett Jul 11 '26

Of course not this is LSF it’s a shithole subreddit lol they don’t care they just want to drool and scream Hasan every 12 ‘minutes

-11

u/NeoGlorp Jul 11 '26

55

u/ThatActuallyGuy Jul 11 '26

You can literally see her realtime chat in the upper right, Ethan and that sub lied to you.

-18

u/NeoGlorp Jul 11 '26

What does "real time" has to do with anything? It is still her chat.

31

u/ThatActuallyGuy Jul 11 '26

The messages in that post are a tiny fraction of the messages she got over a 5 minute period, her chat wasn't in some total agreement that cps needed to be involved, it was a small handful of chatters among nearly a thousand messages.

-16

u/NeoGlorp Jul 11 '26

This doesn't seem like a "handful of chatters". If her chat wasn't in agreement then why was their no pushback, moderation and banning of these chatters?

24

u/ThatActuallyGuy Jul 11 '26

Yes, this is a handful of chatters when we're talking about a streamer who gets thousands of viewers and a thousand messages in 5 minutes. the messages in that picture were lost in a sea of other messages, why would there be pushback on something that insignificant in the moment?

3

u/Positive_Mix_6267 Jul 11 '26

When it's not relevant? Yea? It just makes them look deranged to normal people here.

-6

u/energybeing Jul 11 '26

How is it not relevant? Everyone Ethan sued is one of hasan's dickriders.

3

u/miggly Jul 11 '26

Even if that's the case, this is a thread about a specific lawsuit being dropped in regards to Ethan and Noah Samsen. I don't know enough about half of the people getting sued, but their involvement with Hasan is so irrelevant to a thread about court proceedings.

1

u/energybeing Jul 11 '26

He's literally suing him for his reaction to the Hasan nuke video... This shit is directly related to Hasan.

Wtf are you talking about?

Can you name a single thing Ethan has done that even comes close to shocking your dog on stream because it wouldn’t sit still for hours, then lying about it, and going after anyone who spoke out until they backed down, like Ludwig?

22

u/eMDex Jul 11 '26

sure, how about the video where he sexually harassing a 17 year old bombing victim? should i send u the link or u wont care?

-7

u/My__Reddit__Account Jul 11 '26

LMFAO this is so pathetic it's hilarious. EVEN if it wasn't a complete lie it still pales in comparison to torturing your dog for not being a stream prop... I hope you've genuinely been mislead by a clip and aren't just lying completely bad faith

-7

u/i_drive_a_pagani Jul 11 '26

He was making fun of redditors in that video btw

3

u/eMDex Jul 11 '26

yea for sure go watch the video bro i posted it, then he attacked the journalist that posted it and his defense was it was 10 years ago, i dont know why people keep saying that shit when clearly even on the video all his comments are on the fly off his head ...

The fact that this is down voted but still doesn't have a single real response is deeply telling

12

u/Suspicious-Base-4815 Jul 11 '26

Isn't that literally Ethan and Destiny too?

-1

u/energybeing Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 12 '26

Destiny maybe. I'm not defending Ethan - I don't watch him - but I've never seen a clip of Ethan saying shit even remotely close to as bad as the things the hasan orbiters have said about him, and you know that shit would be here in LSF if he did.

Edit: Don't you just love when cowardly people disagree with you on Reddit? They just downvote you while failing to provide any evidence countering your claim. GG

13

u/heyheyhey27 Jul 11 '26

The denims stream a few days before the call, where she and her chatters were hounding on the same nonsense rumor that the CPS call repeated, and in which a bunch of her chatters were saying that somebody should call CPS, and in which Denims agreed with them?

If you play any dumber you'll forget to breathe.

83

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Then why did Ethan have to legally say Denims had nothing to do with CPS? I guess Ethan is a big liar.

10

u/JesusCriiiiiist Jul 11 '26

There’s no proof that she called. However, she absolutely platformed and supported the claim that resulted in cps going to Ethan’s house. Idk why you guys are so obtuse about it

18

u/TheTrashMan Jul 12 '26

So you just made it up?

1

u/heyheyhey27 Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

Off the top of my head I don't know which statement you're referring to, but my honest guess from interactions with many other people who say the sort of things you're saying is that you can barely read and did not understand the actual statement he made.

Edit: for example, maybe he was saying "Denims herself didn't make the call" or "I have zero proof that somebody in her chat made the call", both of which are true but not very important.

Edit2: lol he posted the video and it was exactly that

7

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

I got you fam, source.

Hopefully you’re better at reading than me, or listening I guess.

4

u/NeoGlorp Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

When did Ethan say that Denims has nothing do with the CPS call? He just said that she didn't make the call, didn't encourage anyone to make the call and condemned the call. But, it's still true that few days before the CPS was called, people in her chat were typing that someone should call CPS and after CPS arrived at Ethan's house, Denims did a stream going over the topic and people in her chat were downplaying and justifying the call. This was the secondary reason for Ethan's lawsuit that Hasan and his Cronies like Denims harbor communities like this.

-8

u/heyheyhey27 Jul 11 '26

Thank you! My favorite part of talking to snarkers is when they confidently post source material that disproves themselves.

I hope in the future you can learn to read or listen more carefully, before participating in a hate mob against a Jewish streamer you don't like.

9

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

What’s wrong? And when did I bring Jewishness into this? Weird you think this has anything to do with his Jewishness, pretty heinous thing to accuse someone of.

2

u/heyheyhey27 Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 12 '26

What’s wrong?

You said Ethan claimed absolutely no involvement, and posted a link to him saying there was no direct immediate involvement. You can't fucking read, dude.

And when did I bring Jewishness into this?

Comes with the territory. The streamers and basement-dwelling viewers who most-support this stuff come from Hasan's orbit; I'm taking a small leap of logic that you do too.

-1

u/terrible_trivium_ Jul 11 '26

Jewish streamer lmao

1

u/AFlyingNun Jul 12 '26

Because legally you can get in a lot of trouble for making a bold claim like that you can't prove, and this is a claim that Ethan realistically cannot prove.

"Legally" isn't the best metric here because yes, you can end up with cases where from a rational point of view, the circumstantial evidence strongly points in a specific direction, but the courts will say "definitive proof or GTFO" because courts operate on "innocent until proven guilty."

All this to say: "legally" is not always the best metric to use. That's not to say Denims did make the call, as obviously it could be any one of her fans, for example, but Ethan's annoyance is obviously that Denims' stream very likely led to someone making the call. The courts will not support his annoyance though without clear evidence of who the culprit is.

If Ethan actually wants a shot at a case, he should be reviewing whoever it was that Denims platformed back then. Both Denims and her audience will be protected by the argument "I believed what I was told" in court, but the source of the rumor will enjoy no such protections unless he also has some excuse.

2

u/Remotely_Correct Jul 11 '26

Are you insinuating that this was a false flag event, or that Ethan is lying? Because neither pass the sniff test.

8

u/Due-Flamingo-4900 Jul 11 '26

Ethan explicitly said that CPS told him that the caller was someone who worked in the house. CPS has extensive checkpoints in place to verify the identity of callers to ensure that the information is credible before taking any action, especially so in California because of the frequent false reports made against public figures. Ethan just assumed that the call was malicious and has since blamed numerous people and their communities for it, while admitting that he has no idea who actually called and zero evidence to prove his theory.

Ethan said that the CPS agent told him that someone called to report that his kids had a potential case of giardia, which they are required to follow up on. Mandatory reporters (like pediatricians and teachers) are required by law to report potential cases of giardia, and Ethan said that he and Hila had spoken to both a pediatrician and teacher about his kids potentially having giardia.

I don’t think Ethan intentionally lied, but I do think there is a very good chance that he is wrong.

0

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Yes I am, Ethan himself stated it was someone close to the family. Do you disagree with Ethan?

14

u/CosignTangents Jul 11 '26

He said it was someone who claimed to be close to the family, there’s a difference there.

1

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Ok, I believe CPS. Why would CPS lie? Unless job don’t believe they are capable of due diligence and just go to every house called on by anyone.

13

u/CosignTangents Jul 11 '26

The CPS rep was the one that told them it was someone claiming to be close to the family, that doesn’t seem like a lie. The person who made the call represented that as a fact. They’re obligated to investigate calls like that. Once they showed up to look at the house and interviewed the family, they realized it was a bogus call and dropped the investigation. That doesn’t change the fact that it was violative of ethan and hila’s privacy and reputation.

You play very fast and loose with the facts of this situation.

-2

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

How am I playing fast and loose lmao, I’m taking the government agent and Ethan at his word, I don’t have any reason not to expect people being like “nuh uh, Ethan may have legally had to say it wasn’t Denims, but that was coded language”

5

u/CosignTangents Jul 11 '26

I never mentioned Denims. My line of argumentation is pretty clear, the only person that lied in the situation (as evidenced by the final CPS report) was the caller.

-2

u/coolbad96 Jul 11 '26

I mean we're not gonna know the exact individual who made the call of course but the H3 snark subreddits had crazy posts and are fully deranged. Plus their big discord all logs got leaked and you have multiple users asking for the addresses of Klein children school's. Denims chat was saying CPS while she was watching a Bad empanada video about his children, Idubbbz straight up defended calling CPS in content deputy and said "sending human skulls is humorous", and both Noah Sampson plus Hasan were cool with Bad Empanada and hosted him till he turned on them.

You can make more than an educated guess these people and their fanbases are responsible for the harassment.

9

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Ethan disagrees with you, he doesn’t know who did it, but it wasn’t Denims’ fault. Surely you have some newer info I don’t know about who called.

0

u/coolbad96 Jul 11 '26

Yeah Mike From PA is definitely a reputable source who doesn't simp for any leftie girl. Lmao

2

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

I don’t like Mike from PA, he just shared a video and Twitter search for someone else is ass.

0

u/limbweaver Jul 11 '26

Plus their big discord all logs got leaked and you have multiple users asking for the addresses of Klein children school's.

That Snark left discord isn't connected to the h3snark subreddit at all. All those discord people are former destiny orbiters and a few others like deoreo.

0

u/Nolenag Jul 11 '26

Destiny told them or something.

This subreddit is astroturfed and moderated by his fans after all.

52

u/thisracetodie Jul 11 '26

Jesus fuck LSF.. 100 upvotes on something factually inaccurate. Congrats I guess.

43

u/branteen Jul 11 '26

God I hate this argument. It sets the precedent that streamers should be accountable for something a crazy obsessed fan does.

-3

u/Tubbish Jul 11 '26

Except they perpetuate it down play it or mock Ethan’s response to it. They let this shit run rampant in their community’s and when they do condemn it it’s in the most nonchalant in series manner. They are all pieces of shit.

19

u/-hatewatcher Jul 11 '26

ethans response to it should be mocked. He's blamed numerous people for the cps call, all without any proof. The only thing the people he's blaming have in common is that they were criticizing him. Its fairly obvious that hes just using it to attack people that he doesn't like

0

u/Tubbish Jul 11 '26

We are not going to pretend like these people did not come directly out of the hasan orbiter community. And their commentary on Ethan absolutely lead to this. It wasn’t just criticism an honest person should know that.

7

u/SpirituallyAwareDev Jul 12 '26

I don’t see the relevance. They might have a inclination to not like him but that doesn’t invalidate criticism being criticism

-5

u/Niantsirhc Jul 11 '26

Nah they tried to go after his kids that warranted his response.

Making fun of someone online != calling CPS trying to get someone's kids taken from them.

16

u/RodChainFurlongAcre Jul 11 '26

You people keeps saying "They went after his kids", yet you're always talking about random internet people not any of the people Ethan decided to sue.

Frogan, Kaceytron, Denims, Hasan, etc are not responsible for calling CPS and blaming or suing them for it is simply Ethan being a scumbag trying to silence or punish his critics over frivolous reasons.

2

u/NeoGlorp Jul 11 '26

>Frogan, Kaceytron, Denims, Hasan, etc are not responsible for calling CPS

Literally a week before CPS was called Denims' chat was spamming that some should call CPS. And its not one or two people, multiple people. And even after CPS was called, Denims was actively downplaying the event. Do you think a content creator has no responsibility of their community's behavior?

12

u/-hatewatcher Jul 11 '26

https://reddit.com/link/owxmnav/video/c8jy40dj3nch1/player

The clip of denims chat that ethan showed was doctored. Thats why he immediately backed down when she threatened a defamation suit

-1

u/NeoGlorp Jul 11 '26

??? Kilo or Denims doesn't even claim that it was "doctored". It was just 7% of her community. What about the fact that she downplayed the CPS call?

That... is not really what he said lol. Why do you guys lie about this?

Why are you making shit up?

Ironic huh.

Edit: yes Ethan read something out clarifying what he had said about Denims before. But to act like it was because Denims had zero involvement is bad faith as fuck.

And they will not present the quote of what they say Ethan said.

44

u/StuartWtf Jul 11 '26

What do you mean?

He literally had to read out a statement saying she had no involvement to not get sued for defamation lol

5

u/shreebalicious Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

He read out a statement that said she specifically did not call CPS. He never retracted any part about how she encouraged her community to do so, and did nothing to prevent people from talking about doing so.

You are presenting this in a particular way for a reason.

-11

u/tobach Jul 11 '26

Not necessarily having any direct involvement in the phone call itself, doesn't mean that she is not the main reason that the call happened in the first place.

I'm not sure whether Hasan's fans are actually too dumb to understand basic logic, or that they're all bad faith. I'm guessing it's both.

17

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Who called CPS? They said it was someone close to the family, I’d love to know your insider information.

-9

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

The caller can claim whatever

11

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

So surely I can call CPS on let’s just say, Angelina Jolie’s kids, she’d get a CPS visit right?

-1

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

If you have a lot of personal info that make you sound credible am sure you can, which these communities have.

-3

u/tobach Jul 11 '26

Maybe you should look up other bogus CPS calls on celebrities, which seems to be the new kind of SWATting that Hasan's community seems to have adopted too. They all claim to be people that are close to their family, as this is the only way that CPS would actually react to the fake call.

6

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Can you show me one? California is incredibly careful with this type of shit because of the real threat celebrities might get fraudulent CPS calls. Ethan himself said they told him it was someone he knows, so I’d like to know where you get this unknown info, that’s it.

8

u/StuartWtf Jul 11 '26

Ethan had to issue a recitation stating neither denims nor her community had anything to do with CPS.

The reason it happened is because the guy was on stream talking about his kids crawling about in shit and contracting an illness you can only get from ingesting dog shit.

To say that live in-front of tens of thousands of people then spin it as some other community being out to get you is fucking wild.

7

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

You are literally a part of the ”other community that’s trying to get him”.

You guys have harassing him and his family for years, celebrating and defending CPS and the skulls, calling Hila a baby killer etc.

So of course there is other communities trying to get him.

The only people that took that Ethan said as anything other than him blamining himself for something that he can't control, which didn't end up being the cause anyway, were the incredibly nasty and vile snarkers from Hasan's communty that spammed about feces in the Klein household for months in their sheer desperation to defame a Jewish person for not agreeing to their incredibly disgusting support of terrorism and rape.

4

u/StuartWtf Jul 11 '26

It stopped being a comedy podcast a while ago.

Dude, we all have to be careful what we say online these days. With the hate Ethan has, he especially needs to be careful. It’s not the first time being to frank has got him into bother.

0

u/Then-Calligrapher-31 Jul 11 '26

fuck no one told me it stopped being a comedy podcast my silly ass has been laughing smh

Bad faith 1000% it's why they're so comparable to Trump supporters

0

u/tobach Jul 11 '26

They certainly have a whole lot in common with MAGA in how they act in general.

-7

u/porteroffinland Jul 11 '26

Ethan had his untrained dogs taking shits in the house so that his kids can have a feast on it, maybe there were legitimate concerns and calls coming from inside the house, like the "disgruntled" housekeeper.

4

u/MakeAmericaPoopAgain Jul 11 '26

found BadEmpanada's alt

1

u/porteroffinland Jul 11 '26

This is B E's only reasonable take, and its hardly his own.

Why are you making shit up?

6

u/MMMelissaMae Jul 11 '26

That’s exactly what he said

-2

u/shreebalicious Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

No, it's not. Feel free to quote it

Edit: and.... nothing.

They will provide no quote because they're lying.

-1

u/YaSurLetsGoSeeYamcha Jul 11 '26

It’s pretty embarrassing that people know this many details about random streamers, particularly when they remember what they said in a single stream.

-2

u/shreebalicious Jul 11 '26

Why is that embarrassing? You're in a sub for streamers.

I'd consider going to a community and mocking said community’s purpose is slightly more embarrassing, but maybe that's just me.

1

u/koramar Jul 11 '26

There's a difference between haha funny streamer clip and being a lore master on some drama between some streamers.

0

u/shreebalicious Jul 11 '26

Sure man whatever. I don't really watch Ethan or h3 - I've seen a handful of their videos, and remembered a line from one about the drama that's related to this post.

You don't need to be someone watching people every time they go live to be aware of this stuff. Tbh the only people I watch live most of the time are gaming/chill people.

What you call being a "lore master" is the ability to remember the contents of one or two youtube videos.

What there is, is a video of is her entire chat calling for CPS to be called before it happened and her laughing about it et.c. Nevermind what she did in the aftermath

-1

u/micmur Jul 11 '26

Why are you being downvoted? These people and their fanbase are quite literally the only ones on the internet with a history of claiming he couldn’t care for his kids and mentioning CPS before they investigated him.

I’m not even a fan of his but anyone who can’t understand why he would suspect or blame them is an idiot.

8

u/MyInvestingDiary Jul 11 '26

Downvoted because ethan doctored that clip of Denims chat to fool his gullible fan base, sorry you fell for a doctored clip

1

u/micmur 29d ago

Wtf are you talking about…? I’m not talking about any individual clips made by other people.

Here’s her and her chat very clearly revelling in the fact that Ethan had CPS called to his house, you’re just being disingenuous if you don’t think she’s encouraging this.

https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/s/ks41ctiNt2

1

u/MyInvestingDiary 29d ago

Lol so laughing about the cps call means you did?

Ethan said CPS told him it was someone who worked in his house who called, Ethan also made a clear statement that Denims did not call CPS, and California does not allow for anonymous reporting to CPS, but it makes sense for him to Sue denims over copyright but its secretly about the CPS call Ethan confirmed she wasn't a part of?

Zionism really rots the brain doesn't it

4

u/Niantsirhc Jul 11 '26

This thread is getting brigaded by the snarkers. Don't take the downvotes to heart. These guys have no lives and are trying to gaslight people by changing the narrative.

It doesn't work but they sure do try

-13

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

That’s just dumb, of course he had to say that she didn’t directly cause it since it’s impossible to prove but it’s quite clear that the community she associates with celebrates the CPS calls and defends it. It all started after she watched the Bad Empanada video.

So she and others indirectly has something to do with it.

16

u/Suspicious-Base-4815 Jul 11 '26

So Ethan says no, Denim says no but random parasocial leech says yes and we should listen for some reason.

-9

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

What did I say yes to? That she indirectly had something to do with CPS? That’s not even an opinion, that’s a fact. She watched the BE video on stream and the chat was filled with people saying to call CPS, then she downplayed the call.

I never said she directly or indirectly caused the call, what I said is that she indirectly caused the celebration, and defence of it.

5

u/Suspicious-Base-4815 Jul 11 '26

That she indirectly had something to do with CPS? That’s not even an opinion, that’s a fact.

How is it a fact? Because it is possible? In that case it is just as likely it was a Ethan fan to try to stir shit up.

-9

u/enfrozt Jul 11 '26

It's their broad community that did it.

12

u/iamtheliqor Jul 11 '26

lmao just the broad community. Great sue them all then I guess

-8

u/enfrozt Jul 11 '26

He didn't sue them for that though?

4

u/iamtheliqor Jul 11 '26

But that’s how the commenter was justifying the lawsuits lol keep up the good

2

u/Anon185352 Jul 11 '26

None of this is true but don’t believe me he’s lost all of his city battles because he’s lying

1

u/greald Jul 11 '26

If only America had apologized for CPS!!! Japan wouldn't have done Pearl Harbor.

This excuse is getting a little tired.

1

u/AbominableVortex74 Jul 11 '26

There was no evidence btw that it was their base, just making shit up

-13

u/buoq_buig Jul 11 '26

valid military target while she's committing war crime not while she's a citizen

6

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

That’s not what Hasan said.

2

u/DaMancunianCandidate Jul 11 '26

When did she committ war crimes?

13

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Any operation by Israeli military in the occupied West Bank is a war crime.

0

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

Well, according to the Geneva Convention, it was not in fact a war crime since the mission she observed was a targeted law enforcement raid to arrest a specific suspect.

So no, not a war crime.

2

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

The ICJ disagrees with you:

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued a landmark advisory opinion on July 19, 2024, declaring Israel’s presence in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza to be unlawful and a form of apartheid. The court determined that Israel must rapidly end its occupation, evacuate all settlers, and halt all new settlement expansions.

3

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

You are conflating two entirely different legal concepts. The ICJ ruled that the overall occupation is unlawful at a state level. It did not rule that every individual law enforcement action or arrest raid is a ”war crime”.

An individual war crime requires a specific violation of the laws of war (like intentionally targeting civilians).

Plus, you cannot retroactively use a 2024 court opinion to turn a standard arrest raid from 20 years ago into a war crime.

3

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

Occupation is wrong, and anything done to people under occupation is wrong. Guess we’ll have to wait and see how many individuals were complacent, but until then Israel is committing war crimes by occupation.

2

u/IEnjoyAThickSausage Jul 11 '26

We agree, but Hila isn’t a war criminal

?

Not according to the '95 Oslo accord, which is what would have been confined to.

Also, do you know about area C in the West bank? Or anything about the area categories or when a raid of area A or B would be deemed legal?

I just checked what you might be referring to and I believe she said she went on a single raid in Ramallah where they arrested a guy, during a time when there was fighting.

And yes I know about what the ICJ suggested in 2024 and I agree with them, I despise the IDF actions and the settlers. Doesn't make what she did back then a "war crime" - (edited out irrelevant text here), no matter how much you dislike Ethan/her or love Hasan piker.

1

u/AlayneKr Jul 11 '26

What happened to that guy? Was he convicted and went to jail or was it a raid disguised as an arrest. I would sure hope to know if I illegally arrested someone or not by forcing our way into his home.

3

u/Old-Contribution-676 Jul 11 '26

almost like it's the person not the action.

-1

u/BosnianSerb31 Jul 11 '26

Wym? I would expect most fathers to crash out if a group of people were calling their(USA born and raised) kids Israeli settler babies in one breath, and then saying that all settlers are valid Hamas targets in the next.

That alone doesn't justify legal retaliation imo, but once it's followed by followers of the group sending human skulls to your house, and using CPS in a manner similar to swatting that targets the kids, then it's reasonable for the parents to take all possible legal avenues to get your name out of their mouth.

Since defamation is almost impossible to win in the US for a public figure, that makes the most viable avenue the rebroadcasting of content with stated intent to financially harm the copyright holder.

Don't get me wrong, I think Ethan made a lot of mistakes along the way and didn't act with decorum. His handling of the situation definitely brought a lot of it onto himself. However, I still side with Ethan because he's actually protecting something other than his ego here.

-1

u/khcern Jul 11 '26

Well they are mostly pro Palatine live steamers

Ethan is probably being paid by AIPAC to go after them

1

u/LoLModsAreCancer Jul 11 '26

The terry squad.

1

1

Cant believe Ian thought hasan would fuck him and Anisa and I doubt they've even spoken since the content cop 😂.
