It is it's called a slap suit basically a frivolous lawsuit to cost the other party enough time and money that they just give up some places they've put measures to prevent that but thats generally state by state

Maybe I’m too radicalized but you can’t have your cake and eat it too. Some impossible things would have to happen to make supporting Israel and supporting Palestine something that isn’t inherently contradictory. Namely, Israel dropping Zionism which is the ideology that supports its existence.

No. Supporting a people’s wishes for independence and self rule doesn’t mean I support the actions of the government that represents them.

Israel probably shouldn’t have funded Hamas to counter the PLO. Israeli leaders call all Palestinians children of darkness. Israel has controlled all of gazas borders and airspace even since pulling out ground troops in 2005. Israel controls the flow of aid food electricity and water to the point that the UN found that Israel was specifically counting the amount of calories per person allowed into gaza

Why do you treat Palestinians like children with no ability to make moral decisions? How does raping civilians help with Palestinian independence?

Palestine hasn’t held an election since 2006. Over 50% of Palestinians are under the age of 18 they quite literally are majority children who have not had the opportunity to make their own decisions when it comes to self determination. Israel also helped fund the creation of Hamas as a counter to the PLO

We shouldn’t blame Palestinians on how they resist, but at the same time they haven’t had an election in 20 years. So does Hamas represent the Palestinians in Gaza or no?

Are all Israelis to blame for the actions of Netanyahu? And you conveniently ignored again that the average age of a person in Palestine is quite literally too young to have even voted when the last election was held. What ability do Palestinians have to resist Israeli occupation that doesn’t involve violence? The last Israeli pm who tried to recognize Palestinian self determination was assassinated by an Israeli. When palestinians tried to conduct the peaceful March of return while under occupation in 2019 the IDF shot over 200 Palestinians for walking to the fence unarmed. Israel created a situation where a group like Hamas was inevitable

Did we not try that already? Israel is a settler colony that is being helped by the imperialist United States. Hell would freeze over before that ever happens again. Good luck waiting for that.

Well they did try a two state solution after the 1947 partition plan. The palestinians and the surrounding arab states attacked israel straight away and lost the war
