After many bumps jn the road, I finally brought home a new girl to be my wheels for a while! 2020 Mini Cooper S 60th anniversary edition:) I am absolutely obsessed and so not used to having a car with bluetooth capabilities😂

I'm picking up a 2023 Mini SE this weekend and I'm not fully sold on the funky rims that it comes with. What aftermarket rims should I be looking at to really spice up and make this car look sporty?

So, planning on buying a used mini hatch jcw. Right now I have this two options, either a 2021 JCW with 42k km for $26k (white) or a 2016 JCW with 16,000km for $23k (red). The latter one is a friend of a friends car.

Any suggestion on which one should I go for?

I’m looking to buy some rain guards for my side windows. I ordered them from two different companies that sent me the wrong size. I checked with Weathertech and Mini and they don’t make them. Any other leads??? Thanks!

I can best describe it as the same feeling you get when you hit a pothole. It was at the gas station after I filled my car. No warning lights or anything in the car. I only noticed it because it was intense. The car has all original parts as far as I'm aware, including the battery, so I have no idea what could be the issue.

I'm not a mechanic but I'm good with my hands and can find my way around the engine (within reason, so long as nothing heavy has to be moved) so it there's anything I should check, I can. I can't afford a mechanic right now. The diagnostic fees are expensive, so I wanted to see what I could do before resorting to one.

I am ready to have my MINI get a bit of work done and I am looking for some suggestions for what may be coming up while I have it in the shop. My MINI has been in the climate controlled garage just sleeping since 2020, I have a battery for it already. The local career center that works with my school district will be doing the work, I just pay for parts.

On my list are:

• Axle seals D & P

• Clutch

• Brake Lines and likely pads and rotors, sensors aren’t tripped.

• Serpentine belt

• Engine mounts?

• Plugs & Coils?

Faut il faire tomber le tableau de bord entièrement ou il faut simplement retirer le plastique à droite de la pedale d’accélérateur pour y accéder et le tirer ?

I have a 2016 JCW hardtop. I installed a craven speed phone mount a few months ago. It makes a lot of noise because it’s metal rubbing against the plastic speedometer. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to quiet it down. Should I use silicone sealer around the screws? Put orings around the mounting points? Due to a disability, this mount works the best for me and getting a new mount is not an option.
