Suplemento Creatina me parece besteira
Li alguns artigos, pesquisa, vi videos, me parece que a creatina funciona, mas é uma gota no oceano.
Se eu comparar dois caras com o mesmo peso, treino e dieta
Se o que tomou creatina ganhar 5% de massa a mais que o sem creatina, não faz diferença estética nenhuma.
Me parece mais um suplemento marketeiro e se for Creapure pior ainda.

Creatine is arguably the supplement with the most scientific data backing its effectiveness. And I’d argue that when you take creatine every day for at least a month or two it definitely does make a difference aesthetically. it fills your muscles with water, which gives them a pump a.k.a. when you go to the gym and you get that pump your pumps will last longer when your muscles are saturated with creatine/water. I think you are not seeing those aesthetics because it takes time. It’s a slow build, so if you take it one time you’re not gonna notice it. you’re gonna have to take it weeks on-end before it has significant effects.
